Great place, location but room was smaller than I expected but overall a great spot dining options, close to the train.

Very good clothing store close by, shin-okubo station very close by. Clean and staff speaks very good english
4.6
Hotel was very close to the station and lots of good options within walking distance to the hotel! Also 711 next door was a life saver!

The hotel was as advertised, but I think we were just hoping for a bit more space. It served its purposes, but was too cramped to be relaxing. Shin-Okubo also has a bit seedier feel and we would not choose to stay in this neighborhood again.
PROs:
Super close to the subway line
Lots of cute amenities like hair ties and toothbrushes
Clean rooms
Easy check-in/check-out
CONS:
Window looks out to a brick wall
Cramped rooms (but again, not necessarily unknown or unexpected)
Dirty neighborhood (was surprised to see some litter on the streets in Shin-Okubo)

Very nice clean modern room and I LOVED the location. This was my first time in Tokyo and I found the immediate area around the hotel super cool. And being so close to the Yamanote line is perfect for exploring the city easily. A small station so you can catch a train very quickly and it's pretty impossible to get lost. I stayed out late each night for food in other areas but there's a tonne of options by the hotel. The hotel resteraunt itself seems very nice but I didn't have the chance to try it.

I didn't stay at the hotel because the ADA room was not available, but the hotel staff was nice enough to refund my reservation. This would never happen in the US. I checked out the rooms and they were nice and clean. The hotel is located in a very busy market street right next to a very busy metro station, so keep that in mind if noise and traffic is an issue. Otherwise, I would come back if the room I need is available.

Very nice area, comfortable room and easy to check-in

Excellent Hotel, huge by Tokyo standards, incredibly clean and all amenities work excellent, bed and pillows were comfy and the hotel is a 2 min walk from the train station, on a very quiet area. Will definitely come back.

Great location, friendly and efficient check in.
Restaurant below hotel very handy, good food and drinks with a nice outdoor terrace.

Hotel was in a great area! Close to lots of entertainment and shopping. Close to major transit lines.
Room was quite small compared to other rooms on our trip to Japan. The onsite onset was great!
4.6
Considering the lower price point of this hotel, the facilities and cleanliness of this hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel had an onsen that we enjoyed every night after a long day of walking.
4.6
Clean. Convenient location. Smooth check in and check out. Staff very helpful arranging baggage transport as well.

Lovely hotel

It was a great stay. Kiosk to check in, very clean, toiletries available in lobby, conveniently located, etc. Would stay again! Only complaint would be 2 the small pillows not being enough.
4.6
This place was excellent! The double room we had was slightly bigger than other rooms in Tokyo. It was also 2 min walk to Shin-Okubo station, just a stop down from Shinjuku station for the busy area. The area around this hotel is nice and quiet though! There’s a 7/11 and Donqui right by this hotel so everything was super convenient! Will definitely stay again the next time I visit Tokyo!

Great location next to Shin-okubo station for the JR line! Convenient and easy to find. Keep in mind that this is a business hotel so the staff will have limited English.
4.6
It was a perfect location for the train and walkable to many places as well.
4.6
Amazing location, very clean and quiet, onsen in the hotel, great reception amenities, really nice friendly staff.
4.6
My stay was extremely relaxing. I was struck by how clean and comfortable it was. The proximity to the train was ideal. The staff was incredibly helpful, very willing to use Google translate to ensure I received the communication I needed. I loved the complimentary coffee and skin care in the lobby and the spa was very clean as well.

Perfect 3-night stay to end our 2 week trip in Japan. This was probably the most spacious room we had during the entire trip. Wish they provided more pillows though. They have coffee and tea at the lobby. Only a 2 mins walk to the train station which was convenient. Close to restaurants and dessert places. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time.

Took us awhile to find the place because there were too many people around the restaurant and can’t find the address plus the block the entrance of the hotel.very tiny room.
4.6
It’s super convenient as it’s only a few minutes walk to the train station and there’s so many restaurants and convenient stores below. The rooms are clean but they are very small, you can only open one big suitcase and walk around. The bathroom is also super small, so if you don’t mind how small it is, I would recommend it. They also have a small public onsen for their guests, a coin operated laundry machine and an O2 room (never used that so no idea) located near reception.

Ok

Very nice hotel, in a convenient area, just two blocks away from shin okubo station.

Highly recommend

Great experience overall. Good beds, nice spa, friendly staff. The only thing is, like many rooms in Japanz ours was very small and it made it a bit complicated to have our things organised.
4.6
Newly Renovated property and very convenient to Shin Okubo JR Station (3mins walk max). Although Front desk staff is not quiet fluent in English but they are willing to take extra steps to satisfy you request. You may drop off your luggage first even thought the checkin time is later. Amenities Kit such as Toothbrush, Hair band, Wet towel are offered in the lobby and there's also a self serve coffee machine. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone that loves staying in Shinjuku.
4.6
Very cozy place, close to JR Shin-Okobu station and lots of restaurants in the area. Perfect to reach other areas in Tokyo. Also very clean and Onsen was very nice as well.

We had a perfect four night stay! The hotel was comfortable, staff was very accommodating, and we loved using the public baths and other amenities. Definitely recommend staying here.

Service outstanding, spotless, amazing Onsen, pjs, amenities, room was comfortable, bed comfortable. Did I say service? The staff is the best they are really helpful
4.6
Very close to station. Room is clean.
4.6
the public bath is amazing for your tired feet at the end of the day.
Very clean, spacious for a Tokyo hotel, the beds are comfortable.
4.6
This location a super convenient as it was close to a popular train station and we were able to get pretty much anywhere in the city we wanted on the train in less than 30 minutes. Great amenities too!
4.6
The stay was comfortable enough, though I was slightly mislead on the size of the bathtub from the photos. It is not a soak tub. Also breakfast was not offered. Overall it was a nice stay.
4.6
Everything about this was great - staff, checkin, room, comfort, convenience, price … I will stay there again next time I’m in Tokyo.
