Very clean, nice staff, nice lobby, too expensive for the very small rooms. We kept hitting everything’s.

Clean room and polite staff

The place is clean and nice. We were awakened at night by the loud noises on I-25. I would ask for a room on the otherside of the hotel if possible.

I had to wait 10-15 minutes at the front desk to check in, because no one was there. There was a note stating they were helping a guest & back soon. Once there, the girl checking me in accidentally charged me for the room i had already paid for. Unpacking & reloading the car was a bit awkward, as the drive way in front of the hotel is sloped. Odd. And, giant concrete balls, similar to what you see at Target, but larger, lined the entry to the hotel, making it somewhat difficult to maneuver luggage onto the bag trolley. Once in our room, we turned the A/C on. The thermostat blinked for a couple minutes & no A/C came on. I called the front desk to inquire about the AC, no one answered. I called 3-4 times & no answer. However, after 10 more minutes the AC came on & we then settled in. The sheets on my bed were a little worn, where the fabric had pilled & felt bumpy. The next morning, while packing up, & watching the news, the TV blacked out & would not come back on. I believe poor internet connection. When we checked out in the morning, i dropped my rm key. The woman at the front desk was not very friendly, but did half-heartedly say, “have a nice day.”
Overall, an OK stay, but nothing to rave about.

Room was clean and comfortable

Our restroom door would not close and only stocked with two sets of towels

Reception area ok, staff not so good , coffee & hot water was always cold & had to keep asking for it to be refreshed , outside trash bins overflowing & not attended to. Shower cubicle was not properly cleaned , did not like that there was NO room cleaned , bed made ,clean towels replaced on 2nd day, would not stay at this TRU again, very disappointed

I was looking forward to my stay. The hotel was clean. Neighbors on same floor were very loud and there were broken alcohol bottles around the hotel parking lot in the morning. This has more to do with the guests but made me not want to return. Also the man at the front desk at check in was impersonal and not accommodating AT ALL. Girl working g in the morning was professional and attentive

We have stayed at multiple Tru Hilton across the country and this was one of the best ones by far. Great and safe location and plenty of restaurants and stores close by. The hotel was modern and clean. The only thing I have negative to mention is the gentleman who checked us in was very unprofessional, grumpy and obviously did not want to be there. Other than that it was a great and I would highly recommend staying there.

The parking lot is congested and in a crime area. A lot of homeless and drug addicts awaiting you to exit your car. Parking is congested and confusing as it’s behind a gas station but same parking lot. Fixtures in bathroom coming off wall. The ac and beds were nice.

When trying to check in on Sunday, Michael the front desk attendant, was very unpleasant, he did not listen to anything I said, wouldn’t check me in because the booking was under my husbands first name and not mine. Once my husband went inside to check in he asked to speak to the manager, Michael stated, “There was no manager on duty and that he had the right to refuse service to anyone and I refuse service to you!” Michael is the Karen of the service industry. We had asked for a manager because we canceled our room on Friday due to a logistic issue with our trucking company, we called well in advance of the 24 hour rule for cancelation and was advised by a woman at the hotel that we would be charged on Saturday and then to book for Sunday and they would transfer the money to our room for Sunday night. We also have all of this on record with Hotels.com, but Michael instead of communicating and trying to assist was better and just refusing service. Save yourself the headache- book a different hotel!

We stayed during a very hot time of the year and when we got into our room we noticed how hot it was. We called right away down stairs because we could not change the thermostat. They advised us to turn it on and off but that did not work. We were not offered another room nor did they attempt to fix it. We weee extremely hot all night.

Great hotel

Upon entering the lobby I was not greeted in any way by the front desk guy. He simply said “I need your ID and credit card “ the reservation was under my husband’s name and he just handed me back my cards and said he’d have to come in to do the check in. No pleasantness at all or the least bit of politeness. I would never want him working my front desk!

Rooms are definitely not sound proof could hear every footstep and door opening and closing. Bed was comfy but pillows were not. Nice clean atmosphere. Not the worst not the best

Very overpriced. Poor attendence at reception. Bathroom had structural deficiency (cracked tiles, stucking entry door, not closing shower door).
4.3
Was great but the beds were hard, and made it hard to sleep the first night.
4.3
Disappointed that the pool doesnt open till 10am, an hour before check mout time. There only 2 towels in our room, when requested for 2 more, I was told there was no housekeepers onsite and this was around 9am. Pillows were too soft. Last time we are going to stay here.

The hotel was very clean and safe. Check is was supposed to be at 3 but rooms were not ready until 330. This hotel was located near everything and only about a 7 minute drive to balloon park. The pillows were to soft for my liking but the bed was comfortable
