I always worry about hotels being clean, but this one was very clean! The bathroom and kitchenette were both spot free. Linens clean. The front desk was helpful, and the breakfast pretty good. Just know that there is no parking lot for the hotel, so expect to pay to park somewhere.

Hotel is a dual property- shares a lobby and check in as Tru by Hilton. Clean and comfortable room. Staff friendly and attentive. Sylvia (breakfast area) is a gem and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed to start our day. 5 mins walk to the Milwaukee Market and several dining options. Free train stops conveniently on the corner, across the street.

Hotels are hard with families. We usually opt for an Airbnb because of this, but they are not economical when only needing a one night stay. If all hotels were like this, we would definitely stay in more hotels!! There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable!
4.2
Very good, clean hotel, with friendly, helpful staff, located downtown near lots of fun, family places and restaurants. Perfect for a family stay.
4.2
Great hotel! Really good sized rooms. The only fault was our room smelled musty.
4.2
Great location to the Public Market District, but traffic in the area is busy which made it a bit louder in the room during our stay. The staff was very welcoming, but overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. Overall good stay.
4.2
Clean and lots of space in room. Suites are nice and breakfast was good.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The problem, however, was checking in - Hotels.com had a "block" on the virtual credit card and there was no good way to contact Hotels.com for help. We had a concert to get to, yet we were in the lobby for nearly 20 minutes trying to "unlock" the virtual credit card so that we could check in. It was very frustrating to not be able to readily contact Hotels.com for help. All the ridiculous "chats" and lists of help items that do not help - sometimes we need PEOPLE to help quickly in such situations.

It was a great stay! The staff were great! Sylvia at the breakfast area was the best! Thank you!

Checking in was asked to cover cost for 2 rooms though reservation clearly showed only 1. They deleted 1. Got to my room and was unpacking when other people opened my door. I’d just noticed the welcome message on the Tv didn’t say my name but figured it was a mistake. We both went to the desk and got it sorted (I was sent to another room with new key). Weird… but I’ll always use the secondary flip latch now.
An hour before checkout I was getting a quick shower (incredibly low water pressure) when room service attempted to enter despite the “do not disturb” sign on the handle. Good thing I used the backup latch this time!
Sorry, but it had to be shared. Just bizarre experience from start to finish.

Good location. Clean room and surroundings.

I booked 2 rooms on my reservation, thinking we would be put together but we were on 2 separate floors. When asked if we could at least be on the same floor we were advised that we could not.
The hotel website says there was a pool, however there was not. They also boasted a fire pit area and had pictures of it, however it was broken. We were advised that not all of their locations have the same amenities and they didn’t know when things would be fixed.
The beds had NO blankets on them. There was a regular sheet and then some type of other sheet but not one blanket on the beds or anywhere in the room. I called the front desk for blankets and no one brought them up. When I left for the day I stopped at the front desk and asked for more towels and blankets. They left ONE towel by the couch and NO blankets. I had to go back to the desk at 10pm when I returned to ask again for blankets.
The lights in the hallway were not working. Half of the hallway was pitch black.
The food at breakfast was absolutely deplorable. The eggs tasted like chalk, I took one bite and spit that out. The fruit looked like it was spoiled as it was all discolored.

I really liked this place. Staff was incredibly friendly and the room was nice. It looked just like the pictures. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. I travelled solo but seems like a great place for families. Excellent location, as well. A great value overall!

Fast Check-in, zero issues. Nice Place.

Had a great stay at the Home 2 Suites. The room was spacious. Everything was walking distance (Fiserv Forum, bars, restaurants, Public Market). It was clean and everyone was very friendly. Would absolutely consider staying again when we are in MKE.

Nice hotel

The breakfast options are limited

Breakfast and lobby area is great. Room air conditioner is a bit noisy and hard to adjust the thermostat, it got too cold or hot.
Room was spacious.
4.2
Helpful staff, clean, easy to walk to everything we needed to get to.

Would recommend. Good location and reasonably priced. About 1 mile from summerfest grounds so walkable option. Lots of dining options within walking distance too.
Nice outdoor seating in front. Staff very friendly. Had an issue with our room and it was immediately take care of. Free breakfast had a lot of offerings

It was super busy and the check in line went fast.

This location was perfect for us. We came into town for the Brewers/Braves game and it was easy to get to all the locations we wanted to go. The shampoo was hard to get out so not sure if it was low or not and I am not a fan ever of square pillows. Square pillows are near impossible to sleep on. Other than that, it was lovely and the staff were very nice.
4.2
Real disappointed they did NOT have a bar, and they also did NOT sell any in the cooler area.
4.2
Check in crew was super nice! Valet was great too!
4.2
Great hotel in a good location. Air didnt work that great. Hallways were very warm and our room was hot, but we made it work
4.2
Long story short - rude, unprofessional staff- gave us wrong room key and I walked in on a couple. The man came running at me very mad. Moved rooms and that room was filthy and the bed sheets had obviously not been changed- we ended up changing them ourselves. There was hair all over the room and bathroom and dirty dishes in the dishwasher I was treated like an inconvenience with so much disrespect. I was told the GM wanted to talk to me and when he never contacted me, I asked for him 3 times in which he never contacted me or even attempted to. The lack of customer service and attitudes there have leave me speechless. Waiting on call back from Hilton corporate.

If you're looking for easy access to downtown Milwaukee and the lakefront, this hotel is in a good location. Parking is not convenient, however, because your only options are valet (expensive), parking ramp around the block (expensive and confusing to navigate), or street (good luck!). The modern open-concept lobby areas are versatile and comfortable, but noisy if your room is on the first floor. Our room was clean, but the perimeter of the bathroom floor was coated with previous guests' hair, like it had been quickly mopped but not vacuumed. Yuck.
4.2
Rooms were nice, breakfast was good. Convenient location for the Harley Davidson homecoming. Upon arrival there was no toilet paper in the room-
I called the desk and they said we could come get some.

Very nice property.

The room's have kitchenette's. Unfortunately, upon check-in, our room had uneaten groceries in the refrigerator from the prior guest. In addition, the dishwasher had a sign on it that any dishes inside were clean. Unfortunately, housekeeping must have forgotten to run the dishwasher. We were told the sofa sleeper linens, blankets and pillows would be in the room, but they weren't. There were two extra pillows, but they didn't have pillowcases on them. Also, we prefer a room with a safe and there wasn't a safe. The breakfast food was some of the worst we have experienced - and the toaster wasn't timed properly so many folks toast or bagels came out burned. However, on a positive, it was located convenient to Summerfest and to some nice dining and to The Third Ward. We regretted booking it, but our choices were limited.
4.2
Everything. Clean, friendly, and courteous.
4.2
Very basic, very clean. A-C didn’t work, and motorized shades were broke (stuck down) but we didn’t bother calling to fix so probably would have been taken care of.
Spacious room

Great location especially if going to Summerfest!
All the employees were friendly and helpful!

very nice hotel.

When we checked into our room there was a lot of cleaning issues, there was strands of hair in the sink, shower and freezer. There was dirty silverware and also a cup they still had the last guest left over juice residue. The really bug thing that got me was when I talked to the fronts desk about our room not having a hot plate and the lady at the desk said she would bring it up to me when she got the key but the issue was when she brought it up it so much left over crumbs and residue from whoever used it prior. So the moment I grabbed it out her hands there was crumbs falling all over me and the floor. I get not being able to get them spot less but it’s like she had no care and didn’t even attempt to clean it off before she brought it up to me
4.2
The staff was wonderful and the breakfasts were good. Our suite had a broken garbage disposer and the toilet paper holder was hanging on by a slim thread. There were no sheets for the sofa bed; only one blanket.
The hotel is in a wonderful location. A few minutes walk from the Public Market and directly across the street from the Hop stop, a free streetcar going around the city.
4.2
The room showed a fair amount of wear: chipped and worn woodwork, splattered dried liquid on some walls and cabinets, vinyl peeling off all around ottoman in front room, orange mold stains in corners of shower, heavy smell of pot in hallway always. The kitchen was great.

Very friendly staff
Very clean hotel 😊
