room was comfortable and clean but we didn’t have hot water for showers. manager had said it would take 5 min or so to warm up but never did. manager was very helpful in fixing the reservation that the hotels app failed to make.

Overall the Tru by Hilton is a very nice, very clean comfortable hotel. The only issue that we had was, the afternoon we arrived i showered before dinner with friends and there was zero hot water. After my frigid shower i called down to the front desk and was politely apologized to, and it was then informed they had water heater issues over the weekend and she was authorized to comp me one night on my stay. She was very polite, she offered to move us rooms, but couldn't guarantee that there would be hot water in any other room. While i appreciate the politeness and the quickness to comp me a night, i was fairly frustrated that this was obviously a known problem and they took my reservation knowing there was a pretty good possibility that we would not have access to hot water. We did end up getting warm water and i left the issue alone, they had already offered the comp and i felt it wasnt worth making a huge fuss over it. Overall a nice place to stay, and the one issue i had truthfully couldve happened anywherd.

Room key card did not work when we got to our room. Back to the front desk, unable to code the room keys. Front desk person had to come to our room and open the door.

My room was very cozy and comfortable. The lady at the front desk to check me in, was sooo friendly and personable. Loved her energy. This was my first time at Tru but definitely won’t be my last.

Hotel was comfortable. My reservation through Hotels.com was never received at the property. This resulted in a lengthy delay checking in at the end of a long day. There was no hot water in my room and toilet wasn’t flushing.

Being a newer hotel the set up was very modern and practical. I appreciate the breakfast not being too starchy nor sweet. The basic food groups were covered and the meat tasted fresh not frozen. I booked a king size but end up having two queen size beds because apparently they don't have the ability to see what is booked through hotel.com, they were willing to accommodate.

Be early for breakfast because they don’t restock even if still 30 mins left before breakfast closes. Water pressure not so great and don’t expect a steamy shower. Don’t remember these issues the times we stayed there before. Still a good hotel for the price and convenience of shopping.

My biggest issue was just that the room was small which was unexpected and also you could hear across the hall or next door. So it wasn’t as quiet as we are used to. The employees were all kind and very helpful!

Well I put a request in about my fridge not working Friday night was supposed to get taking care of Saturday no one every took care of and the was supposed to give me money back off the room and did not! Was not mad about fridge not working was mad they did not even want to help take care of it!!

The hotel was very nice but one of the staff a tall Indian man who worked the first night treated me and my son like trash and acted like we were not welcome at all. All other staff was great and yes there was other Indian staff that was awesome just one that acted like he hated a white man with a mixed kid

Love the room. Beds are comfortable. I wish the breakfast was better the food is really nasty. No pancakes or waffle(being lazy I guess). No selection of meats. Boils eggs just nasty. If we pay for complementary breakfast late it be decent.

Window shades didn’t work properly. Switch was loose in the wall. No instructions on how to use it. There is a master light switch by the door. Didn’t know that to start with. Couldn’t shut off the horizontal light in the entry. So it was in my face all night. I don’t think I will use Tru again.
