wonderful unique property! Friendly staff and great location! What a pleasure to visit!

We love staying at the hotel. Stayed there before.
The bed sheet had holes and the bath towel had seen better days
4.2
Nice room & great location. Would definitely stay here again.

While the room is a bit on the small side, it's a nice hotel with plenty of options for donong nearby. There's also a outdoor pool and area on the rooftop where you can enjoy the sun.
4.2
The room was small with no draws to put things in but we loved the location and the roof top pool was great.
4.2
The room was very dirty. It was full of dust, the carpet was disgusting and the sheets were dirty. The staff at night is useless they don’t even answer when you say hello.
4.2
Great location, but the room is very small, no closet. Service was fine. Not clean
4.2
Pros - Nice and pleasant hotel stuff, the hotel design is good and relatively new, nice pool on the roof.
Cons- the room was too small and not clean (bathroom, walls). The breakfast service was very slow, they stuff didn’t managed to provide good service to all tables, there weren’t enough towels in the pool, so we had to go to the lobby to get some towels.
The hotel gave us a relatively small room with one side of the bed was the room wall which was very uncomfortable to access the bed, and it wasn’t appears on the hotel room pictures.

Everything was awesome. However, the room we picked was extremely small. If you can afford it, get a bigger room ( I think ours was 118 sq feet). On the other hand, the staff was friendly, breakfast is good and the hotel is walkable to most Old City sites.

I liked the location

Great location in center of town but not noisy (as some hotels can be in this area). Easy access to everything in walking distance or public transport. Many eateries nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is a little bit small (like most boutique hotels in Jerusalem) but was clean and well layer out. Hotel had lovely small touches throughout—fruited water in the lobby, very nice bathroom amenities, and books in many languages in the lobby. There is a delightful lap pool and sitting area on roof which was not yet open for the season. Note: one small surprise for a hotel in the heart of the Jewish area of Jerusalem; the hotel breakfast is not kosher. Overall a delightful stay.

Superficially: Great decor and location within a short stroll of the Western Wall and the markets
Accommodations: Threadbare towels, flooding shower, nowhere to store toiletries in bathroom, major electrical panel prominent in room, T-bar ceiling, tv could rip your shoulder walking by it in narrow passage space, tiny door, inner door (weird unless it was once a utility area, see below) missing but hinges still on door frame, room safe box sitting unattached to anything in plain view and light enough to grab and go, room needed significant patching and painting, many visibly obvious maintenance hatches in walls and floor, poor view, through small window, was probably a utility room before they thought to monetise it. So elf-involved staff make you feel that they're doing you favors just for basics. Roof: deck, bar and pool all closed. Brekky restaurant isn't kosher though they don't let you know until staff hopefully says something when you get there (lucky we opted out when reserving) and not even grape juice available for Sabbath. Glad to be leaving.
Stayed in the other Brown nearby years ago and loved it. Never returning to this one; It's worth half the price we paid, maybe.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

Pros
- Swanky hotel.
- Nespresso coffee machine in the room.
- Excellent selection of food at breakfast.
Cons
- Noise from the outside bars can be heard. So if your a light sleeper not great.
- Shower has no door to keep the water from seeping out.
- Floor towel once soaked from 1 shower. No place to dry it. Still damp after a day.
- You can hear the pipes banging when someone else in the hotel uses their bathroom. (Disruptive to sleep!!)
- No carpet in the room.
- Clothes storage is not great. No proper cupboards with doors. Just a rail so dust can easily get on to it.
- No drawers. Just shelves.
Not a place to go back to.

Excellent new boutique hotel in a great location. Quiet, modern, comfy with a great vibe and breakfast. Asala at the front desk was wonderful.

Room was beautiful and breakfast was very good

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location, just a short walk to the old city, mamilla mall, Ben yehuda and machane yehuda. They also offered complimentary breakfast which was delicious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family

I have stayed in a few different brown hotels and they are fantastic, however this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a hotel. We checked in during the afternoon and were yelled at, had the room key tossed at us as and charged additional fees that were not explained or issued a receipt for. On asking for clarity on why we were being charged we were ignored and told to go to the room or leave. Our presence was an inconvenience, and he didn’t hide it. Things slightly improved as the next day we received an extensive apology from reception with the promise of a refund for these supposedly incorrect charges. However this position was reversed again the next day on check out to no refund on the basis of extra “packages” which the lady on concierge explained as additional people in the room (ie 2 people staying in a double room not 1). The manager of this hotel was no where to be found despite multiple attempts of staff to reach them. After I had finished talking with the helpful and friendly lady on reception as we checked out, the manager appeared out of thin air to berate the staff in front of guests. Aside from this, in-keeping with other Brown hotels the room was very comfortable, great mattress and friendly and helpful housekeeping staff, the majority of the staff were lovely but our experience left a lot to be desired. I would recommend checking out Brown at Mahne Yehuda, max 10 min walk down the road we had a brilliant time here.

The rooms are beautiful, lots of detail and thought was put into the design of the rooms. Gorgeous view.
In the afternoon a cozy Happy Hour in the lobby.
The staff is super friendly and helpful but so unpolished, serving breakfast in their sweatshirts, wrinkled dirty clothes, eating their McDonald’s takeout on the restaurant tables intended for guests. It’s a shame because with a little effort this could become a much more professional establishment and provide the guests with a luxurious feeling.
During breakfast the buffet isn’t kept tidy.
The lighting in the lobby is really bad not nearly as cozy as in the photos. This too would be easy to fix. At over 400$ a night + vat it’s quite outrageous

Truly amazing! Beautiful hotel, staff is wonderful, amazing breakfast, 20 out of 10 stars!

What a great accommodation option in a great location, in Jerusalem. Great size rooms, modern, clean. Far superior to simillar hotels in the same area and price point. Great breakfast too and great staff. Highly recommend

The rooms are modern and fun. Our room was a bit tight with one large suitcase so we had a chair removed. Great mattresses. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location, tasty breakfast, offsite parking, easy check in. Shower could be cleaner on floor area.

We only stayed two nights. Fortunately. Positives: Great breakfast with good service. Quiet room. Welcome chocolates.Good location, close to the old city and also the Mamilla mall. However, a few things could be better. The design of the shower is such that there is no barrier preventing water from escaping, and not sloped toward the drain much. My wife showered, not realizing the drain didn't work well, and water flooded half the room. The wifi was flaky. Sometimes, pages would load. Other times not. The hotel sent a questionnaire during our stay. I tried to report the issues, but the wifi wouldn't allow me to load the page!

This was our home base for a brief two-night stay in Jerusalem, very conveniently located near the Mamilla Mall, Jaffa Gate of the old city, and the Ben Yehuda restaurants and shops. It’s a newish, well appointed hotel with fairly small rooms — but not unusually so compared to what one finds in Europe. Only real negative is that it can be a bit noisy outside late at night, with post-bar people.

Clean but very small rooms. Great breakfast!

The hotel had an outdoor patio wall mounted speaker that played technopop music loudly all night long. The chairs were wire frame style and quite uncomfortable. The TV service was often interrupted then it stopped working the last morning of my visit. The menu choices for breakfast were limited - there was no breakfast buffet The reception area was too small resulting in crowding. The room itself was small for the price range.
