Worst stuff ever.

Convenient, but small. Great location and price.

Our stay at the Brown Hotel was abruptly canceled at 10:00 a.m., on the morning of our reservation - a first in my 27 years of frequent traveling. Despite having checked in and received confirmation, our booking was nullified due to an ongoing rebuilding. The hotel's response was dismal, with a managerial callback coming in at an ungodly hour (23:51pm). I spoke to Hotel.com and they were supposed to cancel my booking (which they did not do) - but gave me a $19 compensation!!

Me and my girlfriend stayed there for one night, Friday-Saturday.
No availability on the phone since Friday morning until we physically arrived to the hotel to the front desk.
No parking! And this is an area with a lot of traffic and no parking spaces.
So we had to park the car about half a mile away from the hotel on because it was a weekend.
Front desk talking to you like they are doing you a favour .
I paid for breakfast, which was poor and bad. And the worst thing is - no soft drink or even cold water in the dining room except for hot drinks (what in the world!!!)
There was one small container of juice which was empty before we got there- no body refilled it for 2 hours.
I had to go back to the room to drink.
I’ll never go back there.

all in all it was good. location is perfect!

Better than I expected, very cozy, and surprise vine rice, dates, and shots of anise liquor for visitors at the reception. The rooftop jacuzzis were not working at 9.30am when we visited, but that was fine.

Friendly staff. Allowed early check-in.

Great Place for a short stay

Location excellent for light rail on Jaffa Rd to Old City and train station. Room overlooked major building work at front of hotel so was moved to upgraded room at back. But road work there too so early morning wake up. Stylish room but bathroom walls are glass with curtain which does not give much privacy. Not nice. Paid for breakfast but no restaurant in hotel so given vouchers and a list of cafes in area. Mini bar in room but no kettle so had to go to foyer to make a hot drink. Room small with little storage space. Staff OK. No taxis on Jaffa Rd so pickup and drop-off on adjacent street (in middle of road works). Wouldn't stay there again.

Ok

Hotel was perfect for our short stay in Jerusalem. We especially liked the jacuzzi and the proximity to the Machne Yehuda market.

So many things broken - water pouring from ceiling coming under our door, TV broken, toilet kept running - staff mostly grumpy
3.6
Very close to the Marketplace. Easy walking distance to the Old City.

The location is great; Machne Yehuda, and the Old City, and the tram line just outside the door, not far from the Rail station...
The hotel is situated above a bar/restaurant, and music kept me up until midnight (not a problem), but the neighboring construction started daily at 730-8am. No way to sleep, except between those times :)
The hotel has small rooms. They are functional and sufficient. If you've stayed in Paris, this is what you get.
The gifts are nice (wine, chocolate) in the room, which lightens the spirit.
The breakfast consists of vouchers for four neighboring restaurants. One is great, others are OK. The free coffee in the hotel lobby is nice.
In general, they do the best they can, but the noise is challenging and the rooms are small. Still, it gets an "OK" from me.

I love the modern vibe and amazing location

Hotel is in best location.
Breakfast is not recommanded you can eat on Mahne Yehuda Market its 10 meter nearby.
Parking is expensive 240 ILS for 30 hours
Cleaning is done by young children 16-17 most.
But again its great hotel for night or two because of the location

I only had one night here but found my short stay pleasant. The hotel is very stylish and has a cool vibe in the lobby and rooms. It has a great location for exploring Jerusalem and is less than 3 min walk from the Davidka tram stop. There was construction happening on the backside of the hotel so later sleepers may be disturbed by this — it seemed to start up around 730 am, so plan accordingly. I would consider staying here again as it met all of my needs.

Lovely lobby, friendly staff but no recycling facilities and room was very noisy. I was awoken by the couple in the room next to me at 2am playing music, talking loudly and I heard far more than I wanted to at 3am. I would not recommend this hotel to someone who wishes to sleep.

Was an amazing place very comfortable and very clean.
Please design and architectural Properly and amazing.
In the right location location on the center of Jerusalem Few steps from the market.

Nice place to stay

At check in we were surprised by additional parking and tax payments, but the nice staff made up for it with the possibility of a late checkout and a bottle of wine. The hotel is very nice in a central location and there are activities and refreshments, but the room we got is claustrophobically small, the ceiling is low and there is not too much room to move beyond the bed, the toilets here are inside a glass cubicle. This is the smallest room we have ever received in a hotel

It was pretty good. The hotel is nice, nice location, cool vibe. The rooms are a little small and the staff does. not all speak English but all in all, nice.

Great experience. New hotel, perfectly located, lot's of treats and "pinukim" for the guests. The service was great. The room was a bit small but the décor was very stylish and the jacuzzi in the balcony was a great idea! Definitely recommend to others.

New hotel, still with absorption ropes. very nice. Tastefully designed like all Brown hotels. There is No Parking in the hotel. Parking in a nearby building costs a lot of money!
