Our room had a view of Skytree which I specifically picked. I loved this hotel and area. Breakfast buffet was a good price for 1,800 yen. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We had it a few times during our 8-night stay. Skytree is just a very short walking distance away, with all the shopping and restaurants. Oshiage station is next door. PJ is provided and fresh towels are provided daily. Trash picked up daily. There’s scheduled normal cleaning a few days into arrival. Front desk was a great help getting us a taxi to the airport. She even helped us carry our luggage, which I felt bad for. I wish I got her name. Thank you, Keisei, for a great stay!!!

The service was only so-so and the condition was acceptable but it has a good location close to skytree and oshiage station. In fact, I stayed in the hotel next door which I think was a better choice.

Bed was a little too firm for me. Excellent staff. Tub to soak in was great. Supermarket filled with bentos 1 min away. Sushi in the hotel and a 7 story mall 3 min away. Subway entry 1 min away. Excellent location.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating, the room was small, literally 2 beds and about 3 feet wide walking space. The restaurant and breakfast were a huge plus, also this hotel is conveniently located close to SKYTREE and train station, which were the main reason we chose it. There’s also a grocery shopping across the street if needed

When we arrived at the hotel, manager told me that you need to book an another room for my son because he is aged out to stay same room. If there are any age restrictions for children they should not be allowed to book through the system.

The hotel was near Tokyo SkyTree and was next to the Train station. The hotel also have the 2nd floor access to Kura Sushi and was our overall favorite place to eat.

Ok. When we arrived at the hotel. The manager wanted us to get a different room for my daughter because she is no longer a minor and cannot stay with the 2 adults. To make a story short .we ended up paying extra $250 to keep the room the originally reserved for us .

We, a family of 5, stayed in the early days of Golden Week 2024. My parents and my aunt had a triple room facing the Skytree. Our room faced the other side, but still we had no problem with it. Location was the bonus! Amenities were offered generously. We could even leave our luggages before check-in late at night, after touring Tokyo all day. Next to it was Life Supermarket. It had everything you need.

Warning to fellow travelers, this property is in a hostile neighborhood… the residents don’t want the rentals in their neighborhood. And they have no problem taking this fight to you as the guess. Be prepared for them to call for any infraction you may make on your stay. Typical Japanese passive aggressive bs.

Everything about this hotel was really good. There were very good breakfasts, good security, complementary cosmetics, and many other things that were well done. Only this I actually disliked was that the air conditioner was weak and none of the staff spoke English but thy tried very hard to help.

The hotel is just right next to Oshiage station and directly to and from airport, it’s very convenient especially when you carry your luggages. The hotel is clean and tidy and service is good.

This was our first time staying there, but it's really convenient for travellers whether they are using Haneda or Narita airport, since the train runs directly to Oshiage Station for both airports. The hotel room was very clean and well-kept, while the staff at the counter were friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotels - there being a sushi conveyor belot restaurant just downstairs, and the Tokyo Skytree together with a shopping mall just across the street. If you are like us and prefer a convenient and clean hotel in a more quiet part of Tokyo, this would be an ideal place for you.
