Comfortable apartment for maximum 6 adults + 1 child under 14, for a magical stay in Val Gardena.
You feel at home in this modern alpine style apartment, made of natural materials, for a relaxing and healthy stay in the Dolomites. The two bedrooms with double or twin bed, the wide living room with double sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV and the fully equipped kitchenette, will guarantee you the maximum comfort.
Two stylish bathrooms, both with shower will make your stay even more comfortable.
The modern separate kitchen come with all facilities you need: dishwasher, cooking plates, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, cutlery, kettle, fridge with freezer, oven combined with microwave and much more.
The apartment is set at the second floor and is reachable also by lift.
You will stun by admiring the breathtaking view on the Dolomites from your 2 furnished balconies, one looking southwards and one looking eastwards.
Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided for free.

- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

Shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, ski rentals are only few steps from your mountain apartment away, as you do not even need a car.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
