I went to a film festival. It was a fantastic location and comfortable. My only BIG complaint was the forced cold plunge every morning since there was no hot water in the shower. Every morning, I would take a hobo shower since hot water came from the sink but not the shower.

Overall, the stay was good. The room while fairly comfortable was small for the price point. We were offered a much appreciated upgrade to a room with a downtown view.

I was in Austin for a wedding that was taking place on my birthday. I mentioned this to the concierge and a beautiful plate of macarons, a bottle of wine, corkscrew, and two wine glasses to my room were in my room when we returned from the wedding, such a lovely personal touch. The view from our room was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was a bit small, so next time I'll request one with two queens instead of one king. Lastly, at checkout, the valet brought my vehicle around within just a few minutes, no waiting. Love that!

Short two night stay on our Texas road trip. Hotel is in a great location on corner of Congress avenue and close to the State Capitol. We used the valet services to park which were more convenient than finding somewhere. We were greeted and checked in by Daisy who was very efficient and polite. Our double queen room on the 12th floor was lovely and spacious and exactly as shown. It had all the amenities you need including a steamer which I prefer to an iron. Shower was great and the separate cubicles in the open plan setting worked well when sharing a room. Floor to ceiling windows ensure good views and I am sure if you are good with heights (unlike me) there would be impressive views on the higher floors across the city. We did not eat in the hotel but the amenities and menus looked good. The location is perfect for exploring and with Austin being known for it’s eating, speakeasy and music scene there is plenty within walking distance.

Service

The employee's were great. Front desk made accomodations so that we were on a higher floor since there was a lot of noise coming from the street and a party that was occurring in the 8th floor bar that was reserved.
4.6
Mostly good but charged us an extra $20 to my talent for an earlier check in.

This was a great hotel to stay at. Clean rooms, exceptional service, and a quick walk to the Capitol building.

Daisy and Deltaniece at check-in (and throughout the stay) were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Austin.

Staff is excellent. One of the best hotels we’ve visited in a long time!

Amazing views of the city from this hotel and a cool location. Rooms are very small and I doubt that was a kind bed. Not a comfortable bed at all but the room was clean and quiet. Great for one night. Parking is very convenient and parking staff were great.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was fantastic!!

The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable of the area and were able to make fantastic recommendations. I can not wait to stay again.

This hotel was in a perfect area, everything is walking distance from the hotel... and the rooms was quite and bed was comfortable....

The hotel was fair. The black spots in the decor of the floor made me do think of mold, but it was an optical illusion. Hard to take a shower without water going everywhere, and the shower head would not stay in place.

We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent view and great location

Great location. Clean, friendly people, very modern.

Our stay was wonderful. The customer service here is top tier. EVERYONE was ultra friendly and available at all times. The only gripe(which wasn’t horrible) was that it was a bit small. That’s expectant die to the fav we were downtown. It’s perfect for a solo person or a couple that’s on a weekend getaway.

Great place to stay in Austin. Easy accessible for sightseeing. Staff were very helpful in checking in later than the scheduled time.

Really good.

The rooms are nicely designed, but a few hicups during my stay
Neighboring room ripped their fire alarm at 1AM, and it blasted for 2 hours preventing me to sleep
Heavy construxtion right above my room started at 6AM…
Needless to stay, not a lot of sleep.
The hotel was nice enough to leave a goodie bag with macarons, and offer to give me some hyatt points for a future stay. Appreciated the gesture for sure, just not a very restfull stay.

The staff was so welcoming! Upgrade your room. Is worth it.

Great location

Only bad is the Valet. Took over 20 minutes to get my vehicle pulled up. No reason for valet to take a long time. Especially when you give a notice

The hotel was undergoing some renovations, so the ground level / street level restaurant was only open for breakfast. The 8th floor rooftop bar served bar bites and nice cocktails. The evening bartender was amazing, friendly, tremendous service. The afternoon bartender rolled her eyes at everything, clearly didn't want to be there, and that affected the service experience. The room was smaller than I thought, but very clean and comfortable. Overall, the experience was nice.

This stay was AWESOME!!! Super walkable to bars! Super awesome staff! Highly convenient!

We stayed for two nights, and the only hiccup was when it came to housekeeping. Our room wasn't cleaned until 330pm after having to let the front desk know twice. To the credit of hotel mgmt the issue was resolved and they did make it right with us.

We really enjoyed our Capitol view. The room was modern and clean, and the service was great.
