If you want an apartment at the beach, this is not it. Even though it is close to the “beach”, you cannot swim there

The unit is very nice and clean. Well kept.

It says it is close to the beach and that is true, however, the beach on this side of the island must be the worst in St. Maarten. Super muddy, no way you can swim there

Adoramos ficar aqui hospedados, um pedacinho do céu no meio das Caraíbas. Um lugar cheio de encanto, espaço bem tratado, a casa muito confortável. A cama e as almofadas eram das melhores que já experimentei fora de casa. A casa possuía tudo o que era necessário para a estadia, cozinha muito bem equipada. De ressaltar o nosso querido Pepa, o sr. que nos recebeu. Logo nos disse que não sabia falar muito bem inglês e que falava espanhol. Português que é português dá o seu toque de portenhol, e o Pepa matou as saudades de falar com outras pessoas. Foram 10 dias de muita conversa. Sempre prestativo, estava sempre lá. Deu-nos indicações preciosas de como nos locomovermos em Sint Maarten, e de locais onde poderíamos ir. Acredito que sem a ajuda dele nos primeiros dias estaríamos um pouco mais perdidos. Ajudou-nos em tudo o que pôde, e ficamos eternamente gratos. Adoramos estas férias, não sabemos se voltamos porque o mundo é cheio de novos locais para descobrir, no entanto ficará sempre no nosso coração. Já estamos com saudades!

It was wonderful and will be back for sure.

We loved the room, the cat which named welcome, the pool. It was clean, friendly staff and very helpful.

The power outage. This was an All area power cut but the owners tried their very best to get back electricity for us, which they did in a couple hours. We didn’t have direct access to the beach area.

Very well kept property with fantastic staff

Very comfortable apartment in good location. Best thing is still the staff. They let us stay till 17:00 without extra charge and they were always very helpful. Pool was small but nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. And the "bonus" cat was the best.

Kitchen could have had a little more supplies. We did not really need them but if you want cook more it might bother. And it would be nice to have some basic spices like salt. Area may look shady to some but we did not find it at all scary.

Très beau séjour !

Hôte très accueillant.Vraiment paisible comme endroit le jour , bien situé près de l artère principale avec cafés , Restos , clubs . Prendre notre café le matin sur notre balcon en regardant la mer , Priceless ! Les photos sont représentatives du lieu en vrai . Netflix gratuit , une belle surprise !

Les coqs qui chantent à toute heure, les chiens du voisinage qui jappent la nuit , la musique parfois très forte jusqu’à 2 h de la nuit . Vive Netflix !

we really enjoy our stay

Staffs are really friendly and helpful, one of them speak Spanish but no problem for communication. They help us a lot during our stay and we really appreciated it. Full-equipped kitchen with dishwasher(yeah!). Room is clean and very comfortable. Easily to get access to main street and supermarkets.

A lovely relaxing location with the sea lapping below to calm and destress the visitor.

Loved the location and design of this small hotel. Michel and Hugo were waiting for our arrival and answered all our needs! Sunset and early morning on the deck was heaven.

Maybe a change in towels mid week would have been nice as every day we were bathing in sea and shower.

the staff was super friendly and accommodating, we had a late flight so they allowed us to check out a little later. They were attentive and it felt like a home away from home. I have already recommended to friends visiting in a few weeks to book. This was a prime location also and within walking distance of most nightlife in simpson bay

The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment was modern. Liked the little touches it had a homely feel. Plenty of places to sit inside and out. We were so close to shops restaurants and bars literally walking distance. Wi-Fi was amazing. Not once did it drop out and was very fast as it states on the website. The aircon was great as well and worked perfectly.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Drove round a couple of times as we missed the property the first time but that certainly wasn’t the hosts fault as they had given directions but also a phone number to call.

Great Stay

We have one of the apartments at the front for 7 days and then a small studio for one night. Both were very comfortable and well appointed. Beautiful views and close to the restaurants and marina's. Adrian was very helpful when my flight was delayed saying late to greet me.

Great property but location is a bit out of the way and hard to find

The property was just as pictured. Gorgeous and cozy with a tasteful bohemian theme

It was very hard to find. We spent hours circling trying to find it as there was no clear signage. We almost gave up and booked somewhere else.

Comfortable stay with great sea view

Great view at the sea side, comfortabele apartment, very friendly and supportive host. Nice restaurants on walking distance. We have always felt safe.

Walking as such (to a nearby restaurant/shop etc.) is not ideal, no good pavements, but that is not something the hosts can have any influence on! Just do not wear high heels 😉.

A perfect sand and surf vacation. Great apartment; awesome food options nearby. Absolutely 100!!

The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The apartments are in a great location, beautiful oceanfront views and close walk to many restaurants, bars , grocery stores etc. Only place I would stay when in Saint Maarten.

There were a couple of nights where a bar in town was rocking well into the early morning hours. Unfortunately bass notes travel a long ways so you can hear the faint ‘boom boom boom’ beat pretty well. But it’s completely out of the control for the property owners. It’s probably not something loud enough to wake you up, but if you happen to get up in the middle of the night, you’d likely notice it. It wouldn’t deter me from staying here again though.

Perfect value for money!

Wonderful place, convenient and nicely decorated. Michel and Hugo were really friendly and helpful. They even arranged a later check out without charging anything. The location is ideal as many places are accessible by foot.

Bathroom was a bit smelly. In the room there are hooks. They ruined my swimshorts as I do have rusty stains on them now. You can see the rusty stains also on the towels provided.

100% coming back!

My boyfriend and I, spent first 5 days here and then decided to stay a week more! We first stayed in a smaller apartment, which was already super cozy: nice kitchen, good water pressure in the shower, king size bed with a very comfortable mattress. The TV worked perfectly (Netflix, prime, etc), as well as the wifi and the AC. For the second part of the stay, we got an upgrade and spent the days in the apartment with the private terrace overlooking the sea: I would highly suggest to book this one! It was even more spacious and nice! Since we've been many times in SXM, this time we wanted to relax and so we spent a lot of time by the pool (it's stunning!). Also the location is perfect, even if you don't have a car: walking distance you have all you need: shops, restaurants, Cafe and the beautiful and quiet beach of Simpson Bay just in front of you.

Its overlooking the sea, but it has no access to the beach but you have to walk a bit further on the road. The pillowcases as the linens are super quality, but the pillows themselves were too thick. Italians would love to have a colander for their pasta 😋
