Great place!!

It is clean, very well equipped and the little garden is a very nice plus.

Maybe only that it lacks a bit of intimacy, sice the owner's garden is right under the house windows and there is direct vis-a-vis.

Nice apartment with good location

The location of the accomodation is good, with a 10 minute walk you can get to the train and bus station. There are restaurants and shops also in 10 minute walking distance. The accomodation is located on a small and quiet street. Bus and tram stop is close to it. The apartment is nice and cozy, the bed is big and spacious, there is also a sofa in the living room. The bathroom is also spacious.

The owner was not very helpful, the way we were supposed to get access to the accomodation didn't work and was not really eager to help us out so we had to wait outside the apartment without information for a while. The accomodation was not cleaned perfectly, the WiFi was not working and we didn't get help with it throughout our stay. The sofa was pretty small so it didn't really fit for an adult.

The accommodation itself was very nice, with all facilities in very good condition.

Whilst I was never troubled, the streets around the property are not very aesthetic Check in instructions could have been clearer, for example, knowing in advance I had to use an international code to dial and my Google Map link did not direct me to exactly the right place.

The property is adequate for couples who would like to spend a few days in Grenoble with everything you need to feel at

I was positively surprised to arrive to a complete kitchen with all the utensils you need for cooking and even some spices! The property was clean and the check-in was easy. It's a good idea to provide cleaning utensils for the guests, especially for longer stays.

The microwave and the sink in the bathroom stank a while after usage and the water does not drain properly from both the bathroom and kitchen sinks. The table outside is nice, but too high to use it comfortably. A lower table would be better.

Good equipped kitchen

The bathroom stunk! And its so small that it made the whole place smell terrible! We booked 2 nights and had to leave after 1 night cause it was just unbearable. Of course the host couldn't care less, as long as he got his money, so we paid for both Nights. Very bad experience.

Great place that has everything you need. Good accessibility with public transport or car. Complete kitchen. Bed comfortable, clean room. Check in was flexible.

As you can expect from the name, the place was sometimes a bit small.
