enjoyed despite accomodation and not because of accomodatiom

Location fabulous. However room not up to standard we had in property 7 years ago. Curtains hanging off. No mugs Only small amount of toilet roll. Only time anyone in reception was when we arrived .so had to get mugs, toilet roll from cleaning staff. Had difficulty gettimg cases down stairs on leaving (risky for us OAPs) and no one to ask for help. There was a lift but only went to garage and shutters were down, so no help. Really enjoyed stay overlall despite this but not what we expected.

Sauber ist etwas anderes. Eine Stunde auf Check in gewartet. Rezeption nicht besetzt, telefonisch niemand zu erreichen. Bad ohne Toilettenpapier, uns wurde versprochen welches zu bringen. Passierte leider bis wir weg waren nicht. Kein warmes Wasser in Bad und Küchenzeile.

Carlsuites Düsseldorf is an outstanding hotel! The top-notch service and friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Very nice, cozy and convenient!

Nice old building, cozy room with kitchenette, very conveniently located near to Altstadt and shopping area. The garden was full of flowers and beautiful. I didn’t meet front or anybody but they seems to be always accessible via phone or booking.com chat.

Door lock was a little tricky for me but you can manage.

great location, nice size room.

the communication is awful. we were asked when we booked if we wanted bikes we said yes, the bikes never appeared despite being promised on site. Messages were not replied to. automatic checkout did not work. people rarely on site and those we met were unable to do anything except leave a message for the ‘manager’ who did not respond. We asked about leaving bags in a safe place. No response. We are now leaving not being able to check out.

Size and location.

As soon as I checked-in the TV was not working and the toilet was missing basic cleaning tools. I asked the receptionist who failed to provide them. For the price paid this behaviour was not acceptable.

Extremely dissapointing lacking all reason to stay in this place.

Location is probably the best thing about Breidenbach Suites which when there, its called Carl Suites!!

Room was nothing like what was presented when booking. Numerous facilities listed, were simply not present. Not clean, with a bathroom in disarray and the kitchenette seemed like it was about to fall in pieces. Perhaps one of their not so fine rooms, however i dont rememebr ever such an experience in all my travels especially when considering the €320/night rate!! I tried contacting the property via email (since the only person i came across on the 3 days i was there, dod not speak or understnad English. I never received a reply from the property. An extremely dissapointing experience.

Nice place but checking in process is poor difficult to get into and no reception in the evening.

Check in experience wasn't great... online book in you need codes to enter the building and rooms which you dont get when you check in on line...especially difficult if you arrive late there's no reception and they're difficult to get hold of them late in the evening if there's any issues...they didn't answer the phone no straight away I had to call several times before I got hold of them. Also there was a problem with my invoice which they said they would change but despite speaking to them twice they never sent a new invoice...really poor wont stay again.

A perfect stay for a business trip in Dusseldorf

The check-in and online communication was excellent. The location was wonderful and the studio apartment was spacious, clean, well appointed and quiet.

Wifi works only a bit in a corner behind the bed, basically useless. Floor needs to be cleaned properly. Reception was closed all the time, by fon not reachable and emails only partly replied. Asked to exchange towels, but no reaction.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, quiet room overlooking a large garden, parking options in-house, lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel, within 5 min walk from the old city.

A curtain in the shower area could have prevented the water spills.
