The hotel was just 10/10

We were absolutely delighted, good Wi-Fi in the rooms, comfortable beds, snow-white clean towels, pleasant staff, very tasty breakfast with an unreal view of the ocean, there is also where to walk on the territory to look at the magical nature, I definitely recommend visiting, we were delighted!!!

A perfect place to get away!

The views!! Absolutely stunning!! The resort grounds are beautiful. They have kept up with the tennis courts and mini golf as well as the gardens.

The resort is in much needed need of a renovation. Carpet is old and smells, more USB Ports near the bed. There was only one and it was next to the tv. Refrigerator did not cool enough.

Просто неймовірний вид з вікна на океан. Не очікували, що буде настільки круто. Готель старенький, але номер був чистим. Ми брали напівпансіонат, не пожаліли, було дуже смачно і різноманітно. Кожного вечора були якісь нові страви з морепродуктів і мʼяса. Персонал дуже привітний. Отримали велике задоволення від проживання в цьому готеля.

Єдиний мінус, хіба що немає безкоштовної парковки, 10€ за день. Ну і один з басейнів зараз на ремонті, але поряд є інші.

Buen hotel para pasar unos días

Buena ubicación, muy próximo a Puerto de la Cruz, el desayuno bueno y muy variado.

El complejo esta en obras y a las 8 de la mañana de un domingo empezaron a trabajar dando golpes y taladrando las paredes en la habitación de al lado o muy próxima. deberían de dejar los trabajos ruidosos para más tarde

Séjour satisfaisant pour 1 semaine

Le petit déjeuner et le buffet à volonté le soir, la piscine, l'emplacement de l'hôtel, le personnel La vue sur la piscine qui était magique au coucher et au lever de soleil. Pas trop cher au alentours du l'hôtel pour balader et manger une glace par exemple et faire les achats dans un magasin de outlet de grande marque.

Les équipements de la chambre qui sont un peu vieux

Super hôtel, on a adoré

L'hôtel est super : la localisation est idéale, le centre de la ville est rapidement accessible à pied, la vue de la chambre côté mer avec le bruit des vagues est génial. Le personnel est très gentil, l'hôtel est spacieux, joliment décoré. Le jardin botanique est l'atout charme, on a été subjugué par toutes ces plantes et fleurs. Le complexe salle de sport, terrain de tennis et piscine a ravi nos fins de journées. Petit déjeuner copieux, il y a de tout.

Rien à dire, nous reviendrons c'est sur. Le système des cartes des chambres qui beugue est peut-être à revoir...

Super Aussicht und Außenbereich

Die Aussicht auf das Meer aus dem Zimmer und der Lobby war atemberaubend. Wir hatten noch nie so eien schöne Aussicht. Auch der Außenbereich des Hotels war sehr gut und groß. Durch die Pflanzenvielfalt fühlte man sich wie in einem botanischen Garten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Wo am Außenbereich und am Hotelzimmer investiert wurde, wurde beim Essen gespart. Die Qualität des Essens ist eher gering. Frühstück war ok, aber Abendessen ging wirklich gar nicht. Wenn man über das Buffet hinwegsehen kann ist das Precise Hotel ein wirklich gutes Hotel.

Heerlijk ontspannen vakantie gehad, met veel faciliteiten en fantastisch personeel

Het personeel was fantastisch. We zijn nog zooit zó gastvrij ontvangen. Reden voor ons om te overwegen in de toekomst vaker naar dit hotel te gaan. De tuinen zijn prachtig en geven een heel vrij gevoel. Het is erg prettig dat 1 van de 3 zwembaden verwarmd wordt.

Geen echte tegenvallers, want we hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Als we dan toch iets minder positiefs moeten noemen: het hotel wordt momenteel gerenoveerd. Dit vonden wij niet erg, maar voor sommige gasten zou dit als een domper ervaren kunnen worden. Er wordt dus hard (maar wel rekening houdend met de gasten) gewerkt om het gedateerde deel van het hotel op te frissen. Wat ons verbaasde was de harde wind aan de zeezijde van het hotel. De golven die tegen de rotsen slaan zien er prachtig uit, maar je hoort de golfslag en de wind 's nachts echt heel erg goed op de hotelkamer, alsof het hard stormt. Oordoppen bieden dan eventueel uitkomst. Het uitzicht aan de 'zwembadzijde' (met wijds uitzicht) is ook erg mooi, dus hiervoor zouden wij een volgende keer kiezen.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Hotel! Trotz den kleinen Nachteilen zu empfehlen!

Wunderbare Anlage, herrlicher weitläufiger Garten! Lage direkt am Meer ist toll, aber nicht für jeden geeignet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Blick aus den hinteren Zimmern auf das Orotavatal und den Loro Park ist wunderschön. Richtig gut ist auch der kleine Laden unten bei der Rezeption, der alles hatte, was man so braucht, dazu Öffnungszeiten bis 10 Uhr abends. Die jungen Besitzer waren sehr freundlich.

Beim Frühstück hätten es mehr frische Früchte sein können. Die Sauberkeit in meinem Zimmer war nicht so toll, ein von einem Vorgänger benutztes Handtuch hing noch tagelang an der Dusche. Im Schlafzimmer wurde fast gar nicht gesaugt. Der Preis für das Parkhaus ist gesalzen. Schade, dass es kein Abendprogramm wie Flamenco oder andere Vorführungen gab. Musik an der Bar hat gefehlt. Über einige Tage hat ein Gast Piano gespielt, das war toll! Es war zum Teil leider Baustellenlärm (Presslufthammer) aufgrund der Erneuerung der (einzigen) Terrasse.

Kamer ruim,grote comfortabele bedden,fantastische locatie : uitzicht weergaloos mooi,zee vlakbij,prachtige tuin. Rustige locatie gevraagd en ook gekregen. Zeer redelijke prijzen voor parking en dranken.

De maaltijden waren een grote teleurstelling. Buffetten : geen enkele poging tot verfijning qua kwaliteit of presentatie. Geschikt voor jeugdgroepen( die ook talrijk aanwezig waren) : voldoende maar totaal zonder inspiratie bereid.

Tout s'est très bien passé, séjour très agréable

Repas excellents/buffets. Le personnel partout très agréable. Le staff animation. La piscine extérieure chauffée, superbe jardin botanique et chouette centre sportif.

Puerto de la Cruz très à l'écart du reste de l'île. Montée à pic pour rejoindre l'hotel depuis Puerto de la Cruz. Les chambres sont assez vieillotes et mériteraient d'être rénovées complètement. Mais le rapport qualité/prix est très bon de ce fait.

Muy confortable, el personal amable y las camas muy comodas.

El desayuno le faltaba mas variedad en embutidos ya que habia mucho de estilo americano. Las cenas eran muchos mas amplias y variadas en comparacion habia mucha diferencia. La habitación con vistas al mar es un espectáculo poder tener esas vistas, esta en una ubicación que lo permite.

Que cobrasen la bebida a parte de las cenas mo lo entendi, y que si tienes pagada la cena no encuentro lógico tener q pagar la bebida aparte, y mas clientes como nosotros que solo tomamos agua, se podria tener un servicio de agua de grifo como en el desyuno.

Kiábrándító

A hatalmas, szép, ápolt kert a három medencével nagyon klassz. A szállás a város szélén, csendes helyen helyezkedik el, gyönyörű a kilátás, 5 perc sétára a Loro park.

A fürdőszoba nagyon lepukkant, a csaptelepekről a felső réteg hiányzik, a kád tiszta sárga és foltos, gusztustalan, finoman szólva se 4csillagos szállodához való. A padlószőnyeg tiszta mocsok. Már réges-régen ki kellett volna cserélni! Az ablakok rosszul szigetelnek, az aki rossz alvó ne válassza az óceánra néző szobákat, mert úgy zúg, mint ha folyamatosan vonat menne el az ablak előtt, ha szél van mozog az ablak. A reggelinél kicsi a választék és nagyon nem finomak az ételek, még a tojásnak is mű, vegyszer íze van. Az étterem, evőeszközök, tányérok, poharak tisztasága nem megfelelő.

L'emplacement bien situé sinon dommage d'être côté jardin, c'est-à-dire avec routes, stade et terrain de padel bruyant. La moquette réduisant le bruit bien que très désuète.. Le personnel très professionnel

Expectativas 100% superadas

Absolutamente todo, desde el personal hasta las almohadas 😂 Absolutamente fueron el 90% de mi instancia y fue algo increíble, vistas maravillosas, limpieza, buena ubicación, el trato del personal algo increíble, un desayuno de 10. No tengo absolutamente ninguna queja al respecto. Volveria mil veces mas

Mixed wouldn’t recommend

Loved the pool and garden areas and views. Reception area and staff were lovely and helpful too. Good variety of breast options

room was dated, not clean and shabby. There was only air conditioning in the kids room and not the main bedroom. Did not have clean fluffy towels every day and balcony was not cleaned the whole time we were there. One male staff member in bar area was rude and waited for 15 mins to be served at the bar one night by lady with short hair and she did not acknowledge us. Felt like she did not wish to serve us either because we are English or because we are mixed race couple - it made us feel uncomfortable. The theme nights for the food were good but not every dinner meal was good quality and the bacon served at breast was very low quality meat and some of the fried was tasteless.

Complete disapointment from the hotel.

Location was perfect. Just on the edge to the ocean.

Hotel looks nice only in the lobby. Rooms are too old, curtains with holes, carpets are “very tired” Breakfasts are the same every day and very simple for such county as Spain. Fruits are not fresh and very little verity. Looks like Precise (Maritim) Hotel used to be very good some 15 years ago, bit not anymore. Childs swimming pool needs to be repainted. We were invited on the cocktail event in the hotel but were late for 8!!! minutes, the guy from the staffed said: its over. Despite that my wife ordered a glass of Champaign, after 15 minutes that guy came to the swimming pool and asked to transfer Champaign from glass to paper coffee cup. Can I say the stuff was good? I don‘t know. But I am pretty sure for the next time I will look for apartments not a fake 4 star hotel.

Excellent and I would definitey stay there again.

The food is excelent with great vegetarian options. The sea view is wondeful - ocean as far as the eye can see - next stop southern Ireland. The location is great for a walking holiday with Rambla de Castro nearby and several excellent northern Tenerife walking areas accessible by car or bus.

Separating non-smoking from smoking accomodation, perhaps with smokers on higher floors. The occupant of the room next to us was a heavy smoker and the stench of tobacco smoke was continually wafting over into our room so we had to keep the balcony door closed a lot of the time. This was a pity as it did spoil the overall experience to some extent - breathing second-hand smoke instead of pure sea air was a bit of a downer.

The hotel is in a great location with spectacular views. The staff is very friendly and helpful and multilingual. The restaurant is great and the food very good. I’d go again anytime.
