About this house rental
Exceptional Location!
Sleeps 1-4 guests (extra for additional guests ). Perfect for a couple vacation , a small group of friends or family.
We are located in the heart of grace Grace Bay , within walking distance to the famous Grace Bay Beach ( around 15 minutes walk, 2 minutes drive to the beach and main attractions ( Supermarket, shopping stores & restaurants )
You will be renting your private side of the Villa duplex. You will have your private dining screened porch. The only shared space is the pool deck area , where you will have your own lounging chairs , BBQ and table.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with attached bathroom.
The beds are Queen size , there is AC in each bedroom and 1 in the leaving room. Washer & dryer as well as Dishwasher.
We will provide you with -
Beach towels, beach chairs, & a cooler .
Security is important for our guest and so our property is fully fenced with entry gate.
We have security camera in front of the house in parking lot area & light sensors detector.

We rented one size of this duplex for a week for two adults. The place is very clean, very quiet and very safe. There is parking spot for your car, on the side of the house there are clotheslines we were happy to use for items that should not go into a dryer. The pool in the back was a great addition, we would cool off after a day of activities.
The beds are very comfortable and with the AC the inside temperature is always as you like it. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you may need for cooking, including a large BBQ outside. This location is also great, very central to good restaurants, beach, and shopping. And the property manager, Fay, was extremely helpful and approachable - all together an excellent experience.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Fay’s!!!
Pros: The property was stunning, private and quiet. Very safe. Spacious! The pool was an AMAZING treat and the backyard is beautiful and partly shaded. Fay accommodated us with beach chairs, cooler, towels and umbrellas which all we used. AC was great. As others have said, I feel a car is a must for this location as the walk to everything is just a little bit too far to walk all the time. But our car experience was great so we highly recommend TCi rentals! The cons: the beds! Extremely firm. A topper would go a long way. Cleanliness was great except the tile floors. The tile turned the underside of your feet so dirty so prepare to wear house shoes or your sandals!
Otherwise an incredible first trip to Turks but certainly not the last! Thank you Fay!

Property was great and as described. Very well stocked. Close to everything. We did have a car and checked out a lot of the beautiful beaches. Walked to dinner twice and drove to others further away. The property had beach chairs and cooler which we used daily!

We (My friends and I) really enjoyed our vacation in Turks and Caicos. Your home was wonderful--easily accessible to Grace Bay beach, restaurants, and other activities. We especially enjoyed our time at the pool.

Location was nice as it was about a 14 min walk to the beach and 20 min to shopping. It was really clean and the host was awesome with communication making sure everything was going well. They let us keep our suitcases there until pick up, which was great!

The location was great and we loved the villa and pool . The check in was easy with the codes we were given . Would Definately recommend to others . The island is beautiful . There is a-lot of construction on the road and some big pot holes you have to be careful with . We rented a car and would recommend Thanks Faye! I already miss it

This property is very charming and the pool was a wonderful addition to our stay. There was another couple staying in the condo next door but we hardly saw each other and never saw them use the pool, so we essentially had that to ourselves.
The location is in a little neighborhood just off of Leeward Highway. Some of the roads to get into the neighborhood are treacherous (as in you'll pop a tire or lose a hubcap if not careful) but if you stay on the main roads you should be fine.
There is a lot of new construction going on in the neighborhood but it wasn't an issue and it's exciting to see the beautiful properties going up. You really can't go wrong with this property. It was simply lovely. :)

The villa was awesome!! Everything was great from the start. check-in was smooth and all else ran well. Faye was always in reach if needed. the property was great for my wife, myself and 7 year old daughter. having a car was not necessary, but did come in handy for some beach excursions and exploring...5-10 minutes walk for just about anything you need. Patio pool was a bonus for coming off the beach and relaxing. couldn't have had a better time!!

This is a very good villa with an excellent host. Fay was responsive and attentive, and five stars on that alone. It's a spacious side-by-side house with a shared pool.
If you are in need of multiple bedrooms and areas to sleep, this is a great spot. It would have been double the price to stay in a standard beachfront hotel room during New Years week. This made the expensive restaurants and excursions a little easier to justify.
It's not on the beach so if that's what you are looking for this might not be the right place. We rented a car and took daily trips to restaurants and beaches. You can walk and we did sometimes walk to restaurants or for coffee, but it's not super close and would be difficult while lugging beach chairs, etc.
We did not use the pool, but it looked nice and refreshing.
Overall, excellent spot. We recommend and will refer friends and family.

This house was perfect for us. I would recommend making sure you have a car. It was close to everything but not close enough for walking. We loved the pool! Fay was very friendly and responsive.

We really enjoyed the pool, which was well maintained. The AC was fine, we grilled a lot outside, and the place was clean and well appointed. It was very close to Grace Bay beach which is just glorious. Thank you Fay for your hospitality.

Fay's Grace Bay property is the perfect beach house, it is located up the road from Grace Bay Rd. Fay supplied all of the items listed in her listing, we did not have to buy any additional items for our stay. She was extremely responsive and took care of our issue immediately. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone that was interested in visiting TCI.

Fay has a great place and is super easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and super spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare at-home meals. The pool was awesome. This is a great location. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Grace Bay. We rented a car which was very helpful even though we could walk to the beach we wanted to go to other areas on the island and taxi/transportation can get expensive. This house was attached, but the neighbors weren’t there so we had the pool all to ourselves. It was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the water did not get hot, just lukewarm. We didn’t think it was much of a problem. That’s why we didn’t even complain about it! It ended up being very refreshing, but both showers the knobs did not go all the way to the hot position. We used the beach gear everyday it was very convenient to have all of that available!

Walkable to Grace Bay Beach and many restaurants and bars. It was an incredible vacation and we are glad to have stayed at Fay’s. Fay accommodated an extra day when we messed up our departure date. The pool was great to have, the beaches could not have been more beautiful. Fay provided a beach umbrella and chairs and even a cooler. These were fantastic because we visited so many beaches and brought our lunch with.

We could not have asked for a better property or location for our stay in Provo. Fay and the team set it up so seemlessly, and we would HIGHLY encourage anyone to book your time at this property. It was such a short walk to the Coco Bistro, and to Grace Bay Beach. We did have a car, but didn't need it much.

The Property have everything you needed the beach towels and chairs and umbrella etc..it feel like home. Nice property with great location. A stones throw from the center of Grace Bay tourist area but far enough for seclusion. Attentive owner. Also a lot of supplies for making the beach enjoyable.

Great place to stay. The bikes came in handy as we rode them everyday into town.
Will be a definite 100% recommend and will only stay there when we go back. A hotel or resort doesn't compare to this.
