Exceptional

Everything really. Location is superb and host was very responsive, kind and accommodating. We come to the Philippines often and this is really high up on our list of places to stay. I personally love how friendly and accommodating the host is. It is a quality that is most important to me. Janet was great! 10/10

Nothing. Only one minor thing was fixed asap and I appreciate the communication and effort on behalf of the host. The only thing we would recommend, if any, would be a bigger TV, but the current setup is good. We used the room as a place to put our heads and rest up. The room is great! 10/10 would recommend and stay again soon!

Would certainly book this place again!

Well located within the BGC which is also our favourite and most preferred area to stay when in Manila. Right next to the condo is a huge supermarket and across the street has many restaurants and cafes.

Prime Real Estate! Smells great! Great interior design! Very responsive owner!

The location - it is in prime real estate, close to basic and fancy dining options alike, the groceries, and it is easy for Grab drivers and riders to find it. It is a short ride away from St. Lukes Medical Centre - BGC. The foyer smells of Chanel Mademoiselle Eau de Perfume. The interior design of the unit is well curated, it is not huge but the zones inside it implicitly states what each square meter can be used for. The owner is lovely, who provided well-thought out response to all my Enquiries within hours.

Pros: Some staff are very helpful. They would offer to help us carry our bags and other heavy grocery items all the way to our unit without expecting for anything in return. This to me is a true to traditional Filipino service. Cons: Some of the doormen were a bit racist and I find it very very annoying! As a good count of people who walk in and out of the main foyer entrance are Caucasians, and we are brown Filipinos, we felt harassed each time we walked in to the foyer because we kept getting asked whether we were “Visitor or Owner”? And each time I answered “renter”, then they’d ask, “What Unit?”. This to me sounded very discriminatory and it made us feel pissed off each time we walked in to our unit. The doormen who kept asking such questions did not even bother providing the formal context that were only doing this for security purposes. And from my observation, white people never got intercepted at the foyer with such questions.

Can't ask for more

Convenient location, straightforward communication with host, standard amenities (washing machine and dryer are a big plus). Malls flanking the front and back of the building. Home away from home.

Nice, clean and centrally located

Very nice place, clean and the location was extremely convenient. Easy self check in and out. We were able to use the gym and the pool as well! The area was excellent, mall and tons of restaurants and grocery that is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Place was cosy and very neat and tidy. Check in process was super efficient with quick support. Location is very good too being close to multiple malls and restaurants.

Curtains does not cover a section in the middle, letting sunlight hit you and potentially waking you up

Superb

I love the place, smells good and clean. They provide some toiletries WiFi and netflix works! I was able to work remotely. Fast response and accepted to check in earlier. I will definitely stay here again. Great location! Comfortable beds and the unit comes with washer and dryer.

Very responsive contact person who provided excellent details on how to check in and check out of their apartment. Very clean and quiet. Excellently furnished. Completely secure.

No soap provided. The auto-lock door kept suddenly locking before you could close the door. It's a bit of a game trying to time the door shut right. Wasn't quite what we were looking for. But very nice staff at front desk and door.

Living the life in BGC

Great location next to Uptown Mall, nice view from the apartment which is located in 35th floor, cool swimming pool, safe area in BGC, snacks for free

Bed was a bit short for us, my boyfriend is 1,80m. Different information given about how to use the pool, took us some time to figure out

The room itself. The host is super nice. She gave us a welcoming gift which we didn't expect! A cheesecake and 2 bottles of water. There are some amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. like where you can find in a hotel. My girlfriend and I were very satisfied with our stay! We will definitely book this again when we have a chance.

Made our first wedding anniversary more romantic

I like the view and the design of the unit. The view is a bit romantic during the night (if you turn off the lights, you'll see city lights). Toiletries are complete Location is great. It is near uptown mall.

we had some trouble with some tiny details like the exact location of the unit and the tower number. Wifi is prepaid (they will have a fiber connection in the future accdg to the handler) Bidet water pressure too high.
