My wife and I went to Denver for a conference and stayed here. Room was large, clean, great couch and amazing shower. The property itself is located near some decent restaurants and within walking distance to them. All and all it was an enjoyable stay.

My room was immaculate and cozy. The bed was firm and came with fresh bedding. The mountain view was exceptional. However, due to the thin walls, I could hear phone conversations and the television throughout the night.

Nice rooms, etc. but one of the perks was the free breakfast. Now they are charging $8, which I will admit is still a deal, but touting it as "upgraded/improved" breakfast items. Umm, no. It's the same stuff you've always offered. If you're going to charge, just call it what it is: $8 breakfast.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I checked in quite late.

Great stay with friendly service & clean

Easy check in, nice room, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Only negative experience we had was sitting at the bar waiting for an order of fries and 8 chicken wings for 45 minutes. Not worth the money or the wait. $25 bucks with tip.

Great hotel. The front desk staff could have been a little nicer. Some were cold and short.

Visiting Denver to drop our child off at the University of Denver. Only 7 minutes away from the campus. Lots of places to eat. Laundromat is right across the street. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Parking is $15 per night but in a secured fenced area. There is a $100 hold fee for incidentals. Breakfast is wonderful!! Room price is a little high but shop around.

MY STAY IS ALWAYS VERY GOOD!

We booked this stay to celebrate our anniversary. I let them know this when I booked and said if there was anything they could do to make it special, it would be appreciated. I was thinking maybe they’d leave a card with a couple chocolates, a single flower, nothing fancy. They did nothing. I never even got a reply. When we checked in I asked about getting Hyatt reward points for the stay. He said he’d find out the answer and let me know. Never heard back. We splurged and booked the king suite. It was a nice big space—which shared a wall with the open-24/7 workout room. Trying to fall asleep we could hear the thud-thud-thud of the treadmill and clanking of weights. The exterior of the building looks quite rough; the interior is nicer and has been remodeled. Lastly, personally I think it’s absurd to charge $15/night for parking in a regular parking lot. Not covered, not gated, just a lot. This place is serviceable, but don’t expect any bells or whistles, or for staff to go above and beyond.

Reserved a room with a view based on wet positive reviews of the hotel and its staff. Glad I did! Hotel lobby was clean and just looked nice. Staff was welcoming and just plain nice people! Rooms were clean and in good shape overall other than the typical dings from use. Housekeeping did a great job daily! Plenty of options to eat at the included breakfast. The only bummer was lack of seating at the entrance as we waited for rides. Both benches are kind of small and both near smoking stations. It was a comfortable stay for our 5 days in Denver!

Nice place to stay I highly recommend this hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful - at all levels. The lobby is comfortable, the breakfast room and food were very good. Our only problem involved our check out. When we first went to check out we were told that we had another day which was paid for so we stayed another day. What wasn't mentioned was that we had to check out before 4 or we would be charged another day.

Friendly staff, safe and clean property. The only issue was a very thin shared wall and a VERY noisy neighbor the first night. Other than that, it was great!

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It smelled so strongly of weed I was afraid my kids might get high. The desk attendant seemed high and was very sloppily dressed. Even on the 8th and 9th floor the stench of weed was extremely strong. It was not just the lobby.

Very clean, beds were comfortable, large rooms. We have family in the Denver area. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Comfortable rooms. Had to knock it down by one star because of a broken elevator during my stay. It was so I convenient and was only fixed by the day I had to check out. Not sure what took so long.

The property was fine. The largest noticeable challenge was the breakfast service was definitely understaffed as each item was out or very picked over.

Issue #1: The day I made the reservation I sent the property a message asking that they add an additional name to the reservation. Since I did not hear back from them day of check-in I called and first spoke to young man and explained I sent a message, did not get an answer and asked if he could help me. He immediately hands the phone to a young lady. When I asked if the young man had not explained the reason for my call she rather curtly said, "How can I help you?" but was very faint. I apologized, said I could barely hear her and her response was to sigh and repeat, "How can I help you?" After explaining my initial concern to her instead of asking for the information needed to add the name, she put me on hold for a few minutes, comes back and finally gets the reservation information. In telling her the name to add I told her, "First name Aaron, last name Floyd" She asks how to spell it, so I spell out f-l-o-y-d. She then asks me for the last name. Once I correct her and say that is the last name, tell her the first name again and spell it I move on to my additional questions. The entire time she had an attitude. I was nothing but calm and did not give her a reason to have an attitude with me. I almost cancelled my reservation right there with her and then called my bank to block all charges. There were other issues, however, Expedia has a limited amount of space for reviews.

It’s not that it’s dirty it’s just old. Even the rooms smell old. It needs to be refreshed. Also the tall lamp next to the couch, blocked the AC while I was in bed. The king bed and couch bed was really uncomfortable. We assumed the pull out would be but it our king bed was like sleeping on a box top only. Also the bedding is horrible. I must have pulled a whole chicken out of the comforter. The pillows were feather too but they didn’t poke us. The plus is it’s a great location unfortunately now you have to pay for parking now.

The staff wasn't engaged or welcoming - every time I approached the desk they wouldn't acknowledge me for sometimes close to a minute, which was just strange for someone in customer service. I got in around 10pm on a Wednesday and there were no less than a dozen men standing at the door smoking cigarettes - not the kind of inviting and safe atmosphere I was hoping for at that hour. Also very limited in-room amenities - no cotton swabs, shower cap, etc. Just a very average experience.
