The hotel was generally good , very clean and excellent view. Themain prob6was that the heating systems were not working and they could offer additional blankets only!! The weather was 4 degrees centigrade and the rooms were reallycold. Also the breakfast had very limited choice.

Service was good but the hotel needs some serious updates and attention. Our room had cracks, stains, peeling walls, musty doors, no bathroom fan, non working light so it was dark, tv was poor quality small and the remote did not work. The pillows were mismatched in size and there was no immediate xtra blanket. We also could not change the room temperature. The only saving grace was there was breakfast included that had egg options, toast, hot and cold drinks and a waffle machine. It is the cheapest hotel in Belleville so price it good but it is apparent why it is. Surprised it was like this considering it’s a Ramada by Wyndam hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights.The hotel was very old and everything needs to be updated. The lobbies and room were cold. The thermostat adjustments didn't seem to make any difference. The breakfast was poor in selection and quality. Lots of parking close to major roads. It was also close to train tracks which woke us up around 3 to 4 am each morning.

Wry much an older rundown place. We had a suite. It had peeled wallpaper and very old furniture. It was cheaper but the location was good for our purposes this trip. Staff at front desk were nice but the place is run down.

Reviews are mixed and I have no idea why. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it's perfectly adequate. It was clean, updated in parts and has a nice setting by the water. The balcony was old, but it was still nice to be able to open the door and get fresh air. I would totally stay again.

The property is in very rough shape. Maintenance is sorely lacking everywhere. There was no room cleaning, fresh towels or anything for a 2 night stay. They only supply 2 cardboard coffee cups and there are no glasses. We couldn’t get wine glasses or a corkscrew to our room. This property has been in steady decline for years and it shows.

Very very pleasant staff, just getting off a shift at 10 I thought I would’ve been in a red zone for checking in so late but they were very understanding. That said, I also managed to overindulge with sleeping so they were once again very polite and friendly when I panicked thinking I overstayed (which I feel like I did) Overall very very VERY pleasant staff, super considerate. Would recommend ten times over!

Dirty, old, not well-kept. Cold, no proper pillows or blankets. Will not be returning. Old and dirty furniture. No sound-proofing - guy next door was snoring all night and it sounded like he was in bed with us. Springy, uncomfortable mattress.

Well... it's clear that they are just doing the basics. Rust showing up in many places - hinges, bathroom shelf, etc. Clean enough, but a mop would help and the hall carpet could use a cleaning. We were charged extra for a third person in the room - but they weren't set up for three. I had to get extra cups, coffee, towels, etc. Called down for a couple of blankets. After close to two hours, I called down and cancelled. Asked for a 'do not disturb' sign, which they said they'd put on our door. Never happened. Very pleasant guys on the front desk, but I guess they are short-staffed elsewhere.

Pool was okay, kids really enjoyed the water slide. Otherwise it was quite small, couldn't really swim and outdoor pool was closed. Beds were fine. Breakfast was really disappointing though.

The complimentary breakfast was not very good. The bed is not comfortable and the beddings below average. It did have a nice view of the marina. The internet of the business office computer was not working. It did not even have a chair in the business office...

Indoor pool has slide, but kuds could not use it. No water coming down. Breakfast was good with choices. Deadbolt of room 312 was not working. The patio was extremely hard to open/close- emergency safety problem. Elevator carpet and hallway carpet needs cleaning. Room was clean and nice. Bed great

Check in was slow. Only one person on staff. Had a line up 5 persons back. Otherwise good place to stay in Belleville. Also noticed the downtown core shops, restaurants and cafés were closed by 8 o’clock. Not much to choose from to go for a late dinner.

The stay was ok but not a good value for our money, air conditioner worked well but the interior of the property is unkept and looks shabby. Ramada welcome carpets are stained, our room while clean was very rundown. was paint peeling and what looked like mold or dirt on the walls in the corners . Breakfast was tidied up early, so we missed out. This would be fine for a budget hotel but $300 (incl taxes) was ridiculous for the condition of the hotel.

We have come for several stays at this hotel in the past, and it has unfortunately aged very badly. It is poorly maintained. Cleanliness is very average. For a stay of several nights, you must request room cleaning...and even in this case, they sometimes don't have the possibility or the resources to do it. We are unlikely to return.

We have stayed here the last 2 weeks. The first week we just though we arrived to breakfast to late and that’s why there was so little. No bacon or sausage. We stayed again this week were there first thing for breakfast again no meat and waffles were to runny so couldn’t have them either. Very disappointed

Our room door was open when we got there. No amenities, no towels, no cups and one sixth of a roll of toilet paper. No sweeps on the doors, therefore it was very noisy till all hours of the morning. Breakfast was non existent. One morning there was literally no food or coffee. Was not impressed with this Ramada at all. I expected better of. a Wyndham property.

Room was spacious and clean. Liked the mini fridge , a kettle amd the view from my window. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The only thing missing is a common drinking water fountain.

The automatic doors at the entrance were broken. We had to squeeze through them. There was one very small elevator. It took about 10 tries for the keys to work. The bathroom sink was completely stopped up. If you closed the bathroom door, you couldn’t get it open. The shower was a trickle & only got warm. I heard someone trying to use their key in our door at night & someone tried to open the adjoining door. It was not a nice experience

The room we stayed in was dirty and infested with all kinds of bugs and insects in every corner of the room from ceiling to floor. Can only imagine every other room suffers the same circumstances. Gladly, the staff and service were exceptional; helpful, prompt and convenient.

I reserved a room with pull out couch, because I had2 kids with me. We checked in late only to find out that I have a room with a queen bed and a chair. To make it right, they charge me extra fee for a cot bed. They turn off the lights to swimming pool with any warning for closing time. Yes there is complimentary breakfast but no meat or potatoes 🤔.

Our room was near the stairs. The doors close VERY loudly and they were used frequently by other guests. It was very disruptive throughout the night as late as 3am.
