i read the reviews, but the price was too tempting (low). went to look at hotel. they are dumping money into it , what i saw and are very concerned about how it looks and is. room was nice. we spent 13 days on the road and this was very comfortable too us. we drove to airport in am and it was 18 min away. met manager he was very accomodating and nice as was front desk clerk.

The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the facility is old and has not been well maintained. The light above our sink did not work, the walls and carpet were stained and dirty. The light switches were dirty. There was a cigarette burn in the coverlet on the bed. Breakfast was extremely limited.

The staff wes excellent and caring for my personal situation. I will always recommend them in the future for everyone. The day front desk gentleman wes an awesome person and very respectful and polite and same with the evening one.

The bathroom had small bugs/knats crawling everywhere and there was a hole in the wall by the tub that looked like mold growth. The caulking around the tub/shower was moldy and there appeared to be mold on the wall over the window. Some of the lights worked and sometimes they didnt. You turn off a light, get across the room and it turns back on. Staff was friendly but not a clean location.

The ad on Hotels.com said there was a kitchenette. A mini keurig, perched on a microwave, perched on a mini-fridge like some sort of post-modern hospitality pyramid does NOT a kitchenette make. Second, the hotel wifi was so bad I had to use my own phone as a hotspot to achieve any sort of connection. When the wifi did occasionally work carrier pigeons would have had more bandwidth. Third, the overall state of the rooms. One of our rooms, the doors were hung so badly that outside door refused to lock at all, and the bathroom one almost could not be closed. (the outside one was later fixed) Fourth. Our stay was four nights long. In that time housekeeping never came to my room. No towels were replaced, no cleaning was done. The other people with me had to beg for cleaning to be done one day while we were out. Fifth. Though the building does have extensive camera coverage it's rather unnerving to see rear access doors wedged open 24/7, making for an obvious security concern. Sixth. In neither of our rooms were the TVs connected to anything at all. Not cable, not satellite, nothing. Maybe the aforementioned carrier pigeons took them. On top of that, one room's A/C unit was barely functional. Seven. The breakfast "buffet" consisted of a waffle maker, a toaster, two coffee jugs, juice, a jug of milk and cereal cups. A friend of mine told me this was the hotel people go to end their lives... I see why.

The carpet in the lobby are and stairs near the front desk had stuff on them when I checked in, and it was still there when I checked out. Also the laundry room on the second floor near the lobby stairs was a mess each time I walked by it. The key card had to be rekeyed four times…I only stayed there one night. Then, they actually charged me $30 to check in early. My room was already ready for me, yet they still charged me. Not a very good business practice to encourage people to return. Got up to my room and found the toilet not properly mounted and moved a lot when sat on. There were two loose steps on the outside staircase near my room. Definitely not a place I will ever stay again.

The place has potential but there were tons of little things that made me wish I booked somewhere else. The hotel itself was muggy had no air flow. Some small issues in our room like nonfictional bathroom fan, possible mold in bathroom, noisy a/c. They changed our room and still got a room that was broken down, had messed up tv, smaller fridge than previous room, mold in bathroom, beds were really used and uncomfortable, and when we were leaving we saw bug traps behind the mini fridge. Like I said they have potential if they fix things but as of right now you really get low price and get exactly that, low quality.

The room we stayed in was a bit unclean… we did see a couple of ants crawling around. They did not provide a lot of body care such as soap and shampoo so we had to ration out our supplies carefully. Everyone was really friendly and accommodating! I really enjoyed the breakfast they provided as well.

Stayed there instead of other places because they had a pool. Got there, and the pool was "not yet open" for the summer (in the first week of August). New owners just bought the place in May and are overwhelmed with too many repairs to make to operate like a real hotel. They should close and make the repairs, rather than con people with all the nice photos that are obviously inaccurate and obsolete. To their credit, the did try to satisfy me by offering me a room with its own spa tub. Fair enough. However, the tub was unusable because there was no stopper, so I couldn't fill it. The room's phone was not connected and my room was so far away from the office (having made numerous trips to it already for various other issues) that I just gave up. This place needs to CLOSE while they are repairing things and reopen only when they having working rooms. Not a good business plan here.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! BLACK MOLD!!! I stayed at this hotel expecting way better service. This hotel is nasty. Broken furniture, smudged walls, TV was unplugged and when I turned it on there were hardly any channels, drain in Jacuzzi tub didn't seal. I even gave them a chance to move me to a better room. I was expecting it to be ready by 11 because that was what the first guy said but I came back around noon then a different staff member was at the front desk had no clue they were rude with me told me I had to wait another hour. The room that was supposed to be clean for me smelled of cigarettes and had broken furniture. I had to crawl under the desk to plug in the TV to this room again but at least more channels were available. I couldn't get the jets to work on tub there were no buttons or instructions so I took a shower instead and found BLACK mold! I also saw broken syringes outside near the pool, their ice machine wasn't working. The manager was condescending and the cleaning staff were rude and glared at me. I've done cleaning work too I would never do such sloppy work. The guys cant tighten screws or fix the shower rod where it connects to the wall? Do better.

It has average accommodation facility. Fixtures in the room were loose and old. Very few charging plugs in the room and it was hiding behind the side table. It was hard to access. Our toilet needed service in the night. We called the reception to get equipment to our room to fix it ourselves, but they said no service till tomorrow morning. I asked to send the equipment first thing in the morning he confirmed for 07:00AM, but no one showed up. We had to call reception 3 times in the morning to get the equipment to fix it ourselves. It took us more than 1 hour to get. No elevator in the building. So, choose if you can climb the stairs and carry your luggage up the stairs. Breakfast area is not fully stocked. No Butter provided with breads. Only option is Orange marmalade. No other choices. On a rare day they had very few samples of Jam if you are lucky to find. I know I have pointed out only the deficiencies so far as I wanted to put an honest review of what I experienced. Of course, it’s not all bad. Here are some good things: - Breakfast is complimentary. They had Waffle maker with batter and syrup. Juice, Coffee, cereals, yougurt, and apples. - Wifi and air conditioning in rooms. - Have microwave, mini fridge and TV in room. - Lots of free parking available on premises. Overall, It was an average experience.

Would only give 2 towels and expected us to bring the dirty towels to the desk for clean ones - there were FOUR of us. I don’t recommend this hotel. Hotel staff were irritable, hard to understand, not helpful, rude and unwelcoming. The hotel was dark and dirty, our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Bedding had food stuck to it, sheets had stains on them, the bathroom walls had poop on them, there were ants in the bathroom when we arrived and nothing we did helped get rid of them. There were four of us in the room, they only gave us two towels for the bathroom and when I asked for two more I was told I had to give them a dirty towel before they would give us more, didn't matter that we didn't have enough for all of us. The pool was empty. One ice machine was covered in dirt, spills from who knows what drinks and also covered with ants, the other was dirty and didn't work at all. The outside entrance right by our room door wasn't secure, door didn't even latch. Room stunk like bad food and wet dog.

They have pictures of a clean hotel with pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub are empty with trash in them. Room was dirty, electric outlets didn't work. Holes in the walls, stains on the chairs and in dresser drawers. Mice running around the corridor. No clean towels. Absolutely terrible hotel. There were more issues.
