No plates or cookware available.
Overall a bad place to stay.

The customer service was amazing, they took care of my family and I, but unfortunately the room was terrible there sofa bed was bloody, rusty, dirty but once bought to knowledge they took care of the problem asap made sure my family was safe and put into a cleaner room.

The room was so quiet, clean and comfortable đ

The room smelled like cigarettes even though we were in a non-smoking room. The faucet in the bathroom leaked, the couch was uncomfortable, the drawers on the inside were dirty, the door wouldnât open right away when accessing it with the key, and one of the guests looked âshady.â I chose this location to get great quality and feel safe. This didnât meet my expections.

Staff was friendly. Room was not clean. Someone else's hair all over the shower. You can see the cheap repair patches throughout the room.
No TV remote for the room. Told the front desk, who let me try a few spairs, but no luck.

For only a one night stay, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with no issues or disruptions whatsoever. We had never stayed here before but will definitely stay again in the future.

I've stayed here for the past 6 years while attending the Westcoast Nationals carshow at the Alameda County Fair Grounds, but this time the parking lot was all torn up, and homeless people sleeping in the parking lot.
Even though the room was pretty clean and comfortable, the hallways and stairways were not clean at all, infact the wife wanted to leave, but since this was a big weekend for the event, there wasn't much availability.
Too bad, but the whole country's going to hell !!!

Staff was awesome!!! Entire building spelled like cat piss! If you have allergies i would not stay here. They definitely need an upgrade. Wont stay here again unless upgraded and carpet removed!

Front desk was very informative and helpful.

Safe busy area old hotel with no mini bar, no coffee maker

The bathroom door gets stuck it was hard to opening , on the upper floor it was someone making a lot of noise , I called the reception many times to complain about it but nobody answered
Not the best experience this time

Fast check in, area was very quiet.

The staff at this location is the nicest Iâve ever dealt with. I booked a night for my family and they all loved it. Staff was welcoming, attentive and friendly.

Our go to place to stay for softball tournaments and when visiting family. Its cozy and staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The entire third floor stunk. There were people smoking pot inside their rooms and the smell came out to the hall. That wasn't the stink though. The carpets for sure need to be replaced cuz all the stench of years of filth lives there.
There was nobody at the desk all night. I went to do a laundry around 11:00 and the phone was just ringing unanswered. Ergo there was nobody to report the pot smoking too.
There was also nobody to ask if I could get a cup to make tea or a spoon or anything because my kitchen was completely bare not one utensil or appliance in the entire place. I'm sure you've had that stuff stolen too many times to count but it should be offered at check in, if that's the case.
The laundry room was dirty with lint and dryer sheets on the floor and soap on the top of the washing machines.

Its too old

Loved that it was quiet n clean very spacious. Just no condiments like coffee in the room not even a trash can. The bed was hard n uncomfortable.

Property gives an âunmaintained feelâ. Main hallway especially on the third floor has huge dark mysterious stains and an odor of body odor and dirt. As far as my room, it had patches on the walls where there were repairs but not painted. My stove did not work. The room just had towels anything else like cups/silverware had to be requested. Barely got to use the kitchen and I had gotten this place for that specifically

Everything is excellent

1st room had a super noisy AC, 2nd room was so dirty to where they handed me a vacuum to clean the room myself. Microwave doesnât even turn on. No sheets were provided until I had to go to the front desk. The kind lady supplied me with sheets pillowes and a thin blanket. Had to make my own bed after vacuuming it!!
3.1
When I "checked in", my room was no longer available. So I then had to spend $300 and travel to another hotel in the area. I will be call expedia to get a refund and get some answers.

Not clean and smell was really bad

Front desk was the only saving grace of this place. It was all downhill from there. Room floor was sticky. Window drapes were short leaving about 5inches maybe to a foot of exposed window. Bathtub was clogged. There were also stains of ink/chemical or something (maybe i nsect blood?)on some of the walls (brownish-red). Lamps by the bed was loose, so is pretty much anything in the room. Stove runs hotter than most ext-stays I've been to though. Overall i regreted coming here thinking it is better than the other ext-stay further down by the airport, and they offer additional "key points". Typical you get what you paid for...

I had a nice efficiency room but it had no cups, glasses or anything from which to drink included.
3.1
The place is dirty, front entrance and elevator smell marijuana. Room is very small and have bugs. Will definitely never stay in this hotel.
3.1
Not the worst dump I've ever stayed in, but definitely in need of cleaning and repair. Exterior key card door jammed open, didn't lock. Stairwell smelled like pee. Several ceiling tiles missing in hallways. In the room the hide a bed couch was broken and stuck half open. Sticky black goo residue on the table. No blanket on the bed. What looks like dried blood on the bathroom drawer. Leaky sink. Generally in disrepair.

Nice staff

Place was clean and comfortable but customer service was terrible

No one was around when we arrived for check-in. We and several others had to wait a while before someone showed up at the front desk. After checking in, we found out that there was no sheets or bedding for the sofabed in the room and the TV remote was also missing. I called front desk to try and get what we needed, but again no one was around to pick up. I went downstairs to the front desk and no one was there. I waited a while before the same person who checked us in showed up, explained what was missing and he said he would bring everything to our room. The sheets and bedding that he brought were handed to me in a garbage bag, not neatly folded but tossed in like they were used. The blanket even had hair stuck to it. It seemed he was one person handling everything, from front desk, to housekeeping, to room service. For a similar price, I would have stayed somewhere else nearby.
3.1
The receptionist issued a room key for a room that was already reserved and I walked in on another couple in the room. Then once I got into my ânewâ room, the smell of marijuana reeked from the room either next door or below me. You have to ask for shampoo otherwise you wonât have any in your room. The room was fairly clean but the bed was outdated and not comfortable. I will likely not stay again.
3.1
No one at the front desk when I arrived at 10pm, had to call the phone to get someone to show up, then wait for the computer to boot up. Room had a stuck drain in the bathroom sink filled with some dirty water. No garbage can in the room - overall not a good stay although previous visits to his hotel have been fine.
3.1
There were no utensils, plates, etc of any kind in the kitchenette. The staff do not keep the hallways clean. The building entrance door is supposed to lock for security but it does not even close. The price is low and you can see why.

This place came to our rescue at a difficult time. The staff were the shining stars. They were completely full which stretches resources, yet the staff were on top of things, and really made us feel like family. Having a pool was a great feature with kids. No place is perfect, but when the staff is amazing, nothing else really matters.

I have to start off by saying i usually donât ever leave bad reviews even if i had a horrible experience but this hotel was so bad i had to. I do have to say though that the staff that was around was so friendly and apologetic that it made up a little for our horrible experience we quickly realized they were understaffed. But the hotel was so dirty like even the lobby looked like it needed a good mop and sweep. Once we walked towards our rooms it smelled of wet dog and cigarettes and it looked like the hotel was under construction with all the broken fixtures and moldings. Our rooms also smelled and there was what looked like a pubic hair in one of our fridges. Then not to mention later in the evening the fire alarms kept blaring on and off both nights we were there. On top of everything the rooms we stayed in all were either leaking water from the ceiling or the floor boards. It was the worst experience ever!! But this isnât a reflection on the employees who were there, they were very accommodating and apologetic and I canât reiterate that enough.

Extended stay has gone down quite a lot, especially in cities like Dublin and Pleasanton California where you would t expect. My keycard kept deactivating so I would go all the way up to the third floor with a hand full of stuff just to try and use my keycard and it stopped working. This is an ongoing issue at extended stay. I had to go down to the main lobby three times to get my room key reactivated. Breakfast??? Forget about it, they left out some stale chocolate muffins with poorly made coffee then found that my muffin was molded on the inside. Yes I bit into a molded chocolate muffin. Lastly, they donât even have around the clock desk clerks. After a certain time there is no one manning the desk. I had to get my keycard reactivated by the guy cleaning all the sheets at night. Extended Stay is not what it used to be befor Covid. It sucks now.
3.1
I reserved 2 rooms in the morning and 5pm they called and said they were booked. No more rooms available.
Whatâs the point of making a âreservationâ
