The air conditioner didn't work properly. It was on 60 & we were sweating all night. There was a weird smell. The toilet wouldnt flush. The manager did come & fix that immediately though. The waffles for breakfast were ok. The juice tasted spoiled. The room cost more than it should have for what we paid for.

We came to New Braunfels for medical reasons. The staff at the hotel ensured we were booked into a room with handicapped accessibility. The room was quiet, very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were also close to the hospital. I would recommend SureStay to other travelers.

Pool was very nice. Breakfast was very limited. Staff was friendly and nice but couldn’t figure out how to give me points for the rooms which needed to be done at the hotel due to a booking issue with the app. Shower handle in room came off and there was no one available to fix it properly. A man who spoke no English came and did what he could. My elderly mother found it very frustrating.

RUN! HORRID PLACE TO STAY- Stayed 2 days with SERVICE ANIMAL and this "pet friendly" dump charged $400 and when i checked out they charged me 2x! Stains on carpet gross rooms smelled of stale ciggs because of my service dog being i dont smoke- guy at desk was rude 200 dep for animal i was ok with but he didnt charge that. He instead called it a 100 cleaning fee no deposit so he could keep the 200$ this place was REDICULOUS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN - 2 NIGHTS COST ME ALMOST $600 IM LIVID

They were charging me for my service dog that is a French bulldog and is under 25 pounds, then, on checkout, they were sanding at the door, watching, as if something was going to be taken out of their rooms. I usually stay at Marriott Hyatt and I have never felt the way this place made me feel and the only reason I booked this is because it was already late. I was tired and didn’t want to spend too much money to sleep for a few hours.

This is an older facility on a very busy street corner. Our room was loud with sirens and traffic sounds late into the evening. The breakfast has no hot food. It's not a very walkable neighborhood, hard to get around.

Roaches, brought this to the front desk attention but nothing was done. Creepy old, eastern Indian guy walking around cars staring at people really freaky. Play stunk like curry., the towels had stains on them. You can tell these owners or property management did not care of the condition of the property. It was really beat up. The whole thing about roaches. My wife and daughter could not sleep because they were crawling around. That’s just disgusting talking to the other. Guess we were not the only ones that had this problem.

First time here so I was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't so great. The carpet from the door to restroom was completely wet and they was an ant infestation. Management was notified and they tried to make it right by moving us to another room. I would have rathered a refund.

Traveling for business it was getting late so I went through a 3rd party online booking. I was 1minute past for that nights registry but the employee saw to it my reservation was redeemable so we could stay. The place has a great location right off of the highway which was great to get right back on to continue our business trip.

the quality was low. Inadequate breakfast...packaged food No attendant actually available. Worn looking carpet, furniture etc. Was not accurate in the internet appearance. Only adequate as a cheap, fast place to stay.

We were in town for a concert at Gruene Hall and this was a reasonably priced motel pretty close to the dance hall. Staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable. Other than a small issue with housekeeping thinking we had checked out at 8:30am everything was great! Would stay there again
