I don’t know if it is due to renovation work going on (we did not hear any noise as we were out most of the day), but the rooms and the hotel overall had a strange smell. It was like a combination of chemicals and dust and all our clothes have that smell. Location was good to explore different parts of the city. Breakfast was good but it was always the same. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Neighborhood is fun ... not close to Buckingham Palace or Westminster Abbey, but is within walking distance to the Globe theater (full of full and edgy stuff) and St. Paul's. All clean; good breakfast buffet though very crowded. Modernized, with friendly front desk staff. Missing: room safe, although we dealt with it.

This is a property for travelers staying no more than 2 nights. We stayed for 8 nights. The room didn’t have any closet or dresser. Imagine trying to store a week’s worth of clothing for 3 individuals in luggage! It was very cumbersome. Otherwise, it was a quiet hotel, breakfast every morning and transport nearby.

So Holiday Inn US can sometimes be not very good, but not this property, it was very clean, nicely furnished, great breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Amazon Store across the street, great for sandwiches, snacks and drinks. The Tube is a 5 minute walk. I would recommend and definitely stay at this property again.

Was initially an issue with the room assignment. Requested tein beds but got assigned a double bed(👎) in a handicap room. After some complains (bathroom fixtures for handicap bathroom is much lower for everything. Eventually got another room, the twin beds we requested. After that all was good. Room was smaller but better configuration and a comfortable bed arrangement. No in room safe. Construction scaffolding all around. Breakfast was good with warm & cold options. Weak coffee.

Location was not as good as we thought. Exterior construction made the entrance and walkways difficult. Desk staff was indifferent, morning buffet Ok, nothing spectacular. The location of the hotel was great. Only a few minute walk to the Thames in close to the Millenium Bridge. Underground stations near by, so that all important sights were easily accessible.

Disappointed that the bath towel and bedsheet has stains on them. Housekeeping also not great as room not that clean with no attention to detail. Otherwise location is great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and contemporary and the bathroom had been updated recently giving it a very modern feel. Breakfast was more than adequate. Cereals, bakery items and good cooked breakfast selection. We would use this hotel again.

Great location, spotlessly clean and recently refurbished. Our room was a spacious corner room. Breakfast was good and we never had to wait-even at peak times. Comfortable bed and pillows-we slept well. WiFi good. We would have liked another chair in the room, plastic glasses for water and heating in the bathroom. A safe would also be useful-I did spot some in reception-as we were leaving!!!!

Amazing staff, very relaxed and couldn’t be more helpful. Unfortunately, our side of the building had a very unpleasant smell. This included in our bedroom (304). It was very strong and appeared to be coming through via the air conditioning. I did raise this with a member of staff, who did say she would feed it back. It smelt like fumes, petrol, pollution. Since arriving home, I have realised that my clothes and suitcase have this smell lingering on them. Very strange and unfortunate, as otherwise, the stay was lovely. The breakfast was more than adequate and the bed was comfortable. If the smell isn’t resolved however, I fear it would stop people from returning, which would be a shame.
