There for a shopping trip and the hotel was very centrally located. Free parking and breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable.

We traveled from Idaho on short notice one day before Thanksgiving for my uncle's funeral. There was so much to do and the weather was beautuful so we stayed 7 days. Hotels.com made it easy to find hotels that were cheaper than anything on airbnb, and we had a great variety with free breakfast. Rooms were clean and well kept. Beds were not so comfy and hard. Breakfast wasnt very good sausage gravy was pasty and cold biscuits were hard as rocks. You could do better for sure. My plastic fork broke trying to cut the biscut. Coffee was good thank goodness!

Great stay! Breakfast was good. Hotel was pet friendly and we loved that the front desk was excited to welcome our pets too. The kids loved the water slide and the pool. We will be staying here every time we’re in Rapid City!

We always enjoy the king beds type of room, which are comfortable and roomy. My girls completely enjoy the pool and the free cookies, except they didn’t have any during our stay. No matter what country inn and suites is our favorite hotel to stay at.

This is an older but updated and well maintained hotel. It was very clean and had a great swimming pool/slide. Conveniently located next to an authentic Mexican restaurant with lots of other options nearby. Also, located close to 2 shopping malls, Cabela’s and theaters. Well worth the stay.

This was the best hotel we stayed at from our week of traveling. We will be heading back this coming week and I hope we wind up stopping in the same town. I’ll definitely be saving this just in case we ever come through Rapid City again. The staff was very welcoming, probably one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

Stayed two nights. Had the option to have our room cleaned after the first day but didn’t need it. Their pool area is very clean with lists of towels. They even have a late night option for adults only in the pool. Two hot tubs are nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Room was clean. They don't clean the room everyday if your planning a 5 day stay but they will clean the room on request. Clean towels are available daily. The motel is located close to restaurants, gas stations, and tourist attractions.

I had an unexpected problem upon check-in. I opened my wallet, and my DL was missing! I had not gotten it back from a different hotel miles away from the previous night. I was distraught. The clerk wouldn't let me check in and called a manager, She was TERRIBLE. No sympathy for my situation at all. She offered no options for me to check-in. She was dismissive and rude. She was terrible. Finally, the initial clerk let me check in with my Costco card. Why can we use credit cards everywhere, without ID, but not in hotels? I am 69, and I've never encountered a worse "manager" than this woman. She even said that I "should carry a photo ID." She was totally dismissive and just walked away with no concern for my issue. Terrible experience. Thank you to the original clerk for caring about my issue .

I loved the doggy potty area; that was a wonderful and convenient amenitiy. I didn't have any worries about bedbugs. The beds were fairly comfortable. Shower was fine and water was good and hot. Breakfast was typical Continental style breakfast. Coffee was okay, too. We had a good night's sleep in a safe environment.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would reccomend it to others. The accomadations were good, our complaint would be that the dining area is small, the food selection very limited (in comparison to other Radison hotels). The plasticware was horrible--they supply a combination fork/spoon with small tines that makes cutting food items more difficult. Additionally, the area for food display was limited so guests frequently asked servers to replenish food items which they willing did

They are AWESOME! We were coming to town for a midafternoon wedding and needed to get ready beforehand. They were so kind to put our room on the priority list so we could have an early check in and Angela even gave us a call as soon as the room was done to let us know we could check in and get ready! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly! We will absolutely stay here every time we are in Rapid City!
