Lovely! So nice to come back to such a gorgeous room after a really long day! Would definitely stay again!

Best location in West Berlin.

One of my favorite stays! I loved my room, the decor and the whole ambience. I will definitely book again if I ever end up in Berlin or another of their locations.

A bit outdated and run-down hotel. A light did not work in my room. The breakfast buffet was small and not worth the money. Some of the staff were very rude. And most did not seem very interested or proud of the hotel.
Luckily a brand new hotel recently opened just across the street. They have a nice var and very friendly staff. I spent time in their lounge and bar instead.

Nica as always in Berlin. Very good hotel in old style.

Staff is friendly and helpful, unique building with character. Room is spacious however very minimal in decor and bed is rather firm with comforter that was significantly smaller than mattress. Good location with lots of dining and shopping options

Wonderful location, excellent décor, helpful and friendly staff and excellent breakfast

A really nice boutique accommodation. Great location near restaurants and shops. Good to reach by U-Bahn & S-Bahn. Delicious breakfast. Spacious room.

Upon arrival the paintwork is quite tatty around the entrsnce. 1st impressions matter. The hotel is VERY quirky...a bit likexThe Addams Family. Very dark, almost black painred walls and very datk coloyrs. A bit too sinister for my liking but others may like this.Room very tired. Although clean we did find hairs on the sheets. Pillows were saggy and not comfortable. Having said all of this, the location was very good. It might be good for other people but not us.

Relaxing, fun, stylish.

It is somewhat historical hotel with the atmosphere of the bohemian past!!! Beautiful interiors complemented by very friendly professional staff! I had a very pleasant time!
Wholeheartedly recommended!!!

Closed to everything, I really recommend this place

I booked for the Berlin Marathon, by subway, you get to the starting line in 15-20 minutes, with a single line change, pretty easy.
Neighborhood was pretty, quiet and safe, there are stores, cafés, restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
The main door was closed almost every time I had to enter, and it was a little annoying to keep on knocking the doorbell to enter into the building, but I understand the safety measures.
People in reception, always polite.
Elevator is small, and the floors are a little noisy, but it's now bad.
The only thing I'd say to be careful is this: if you have issues with night noises that prevent you from sleeping, be careful, you can listen to all the steps from the people above you (if you're in that room situation), and it's impossible to have a quiet night if you neighbor just keep walking and wandering in its room, it happened to me, and it was pure suffering, bring earplugs.
Also, maybe the rooms need an improvement for the key management, the keyring is extremely heavy and not very practical if you're a tourist, I had to take it off from my keys, to be honest.
Overall, a good place.

This property has also a great self-service breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Great location near Kurfuerstendamm and central Berlin. Excellent breakfast, and the Abendbrot light evening meal which is offered is very nice. I had a quiet room facing the planted area of a courtyard and that was wonderful. Above all, it was the very friendly and helpful staff that helped me have a great stay there.

Hotel Henri is a cute boutique hotel in a busy touristy area of Berlin. The notable positives: staff are very kind and attentive to needs of guests. The room had very cool antique decor and a neat vintage aesthetic. Came with a neat writing desk and postcards to send home. The notable negatives: The rooms (at least ours) had some design flaws, particularly the bathroom. The bathroom was built as an interior addition within the room, up on a platform (not marked with any bright tape), and my partner stubbed her toe multiple times. The shower door didn't close and leaked all over the floor every time. Closing the blinds meant cutting the room off from windows completely and losing any fresh air. Minibar door didn't appear to close completely. The room didn't come equipped with a fan (during the summer heat) but the staff were more than happy to provide one!
I think our biggest disappointment was the surrounding neighborhood which is kind of akin to Times Square in NYC (i.e. busy and boring), but the hotel's very unique design and wonderful staff made up for that.

Fabulous quaint hotel perfectly placed near the Kudamm. Staff very friendly and breakfast excellent. The only problem is there is no chest of drawers in the bedrooms but plenty of hanging space. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved it, can’t fathom why it isn’t a 9.5 already. It’s a GORGE old building beautifully restored, feels like a fancy home not a hotel, and they have thought of every convenience and comfort. Just loved the character of the building, rooms were very comfy with a lovely open wardrobe space. And these gorgeous secret staircases which are just a delight, truly never took the lift because the maroon staircase was just *chefs kiss*. Adored the hotel, going back to Berlin cannot imagine staying anywhere better. Highly recommend, especially if you like a classic hotel. Oh and they have their own dog too! I mean what else can you want.

The rooms are nicely and cozy decorated. My room were very quiet too. Good central location if you are in for shopping.

So good! So competent! So cozy! So clean.

I was tempted to visit this hotel because I love 19th century tenement houses. In the photos it gave the impression of being atmospheric, their website defines it as the historic design hotel par excellence. Unfortunately, the visit to it changed my impression and it did not confirm the announcement of the hotel. The decor is chaotic and randomly selected. It does not seem to come from the era. I was particularly disgusted with the dining room rug, which looked like it had been pulled out of a garbage can, and the stained sofa at the table where I had breakfast. The hotel rooms are cramped and stuffy. At least those offered as double rooms. The rooms with windows facing the courtyard make a particularly terrible impression because it is completely undeveloped, even neglected, left to itself. I spent one night in the hotel (fortunately) and only the third room I was offered was quite suitable for spending the night in it. And all this because the staff cannot cope with order. The rooms were simply dirty. Thick layer of dust on the wardrobe, not specially cleaned under the bed. Other furniture, lamps and other room decor also seem to have not seen a cleaning cloth for a long time. The windows saw the water last time I think it was raining. You could paint on them with your fingers. In summary, this is not what we expect when the accommodation costs over 200 euros

Had a good time viewing different sights

The property itself is unique and historical. It is a classical building with tall ceiling. I had the room that looks exactly like the picture for half of my stay and the other half I was moved to another room because both heaters were down for service. The configuration is different obviously but just about the same space.
The breakfast was served till 11 - plenty of leisure time.
Self-serve and log papers are there for the guests to have tea, coffee, wines, beer all day Long. Pretty nifty.

Room very run down.

Nearly perfect! Very well kept hotel, clean and cosy. Very beautiful rooms. My only complaint is the lack of sound proofing between rooms (tv and talk can be easily heard) and wifi often going off.

Amazing hotel perfect position.

Great boutique hotel. Feels more like an inn in the middle of a city. Loved it. Great breakfast. Great snacks and drinks selection that you can charge to your room from the lobby. Ideally situated on a quiet street, but close to the subway, trains, shipping, restaurants and shops. Very helpful staff. Comfortable dining room and lounge.

The decor and rooms were excellent nice to have a good sized bedroom with an opening window and easy to operate heating. Breakfast was a nice selection stafffriendly.
Nothing bad.

Beautiful hotel in renovated building keeping the charm of an old manor house. Authentic antiques throughout. I was fortunate to get a room with balcony overlooking the garden.
Breakfast was tasty but crowded with many children the weekend I was there.

all was perfect except of some noise from re parings.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The common rooms are charming and reminiscent of Berlin before the wars. Everything is done to such a high standard- it was a treat to stay at the Hotel Henri!

Great hotel! It's distinctive and stylish, with lots of old-world charm. Most of all the service was incredible. We had to make a last-minute change to our reservation and the staff and management were extremely kind and accommodating. We'd highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful old building, tastefully updated with modern comforts. Our basic room was small, but adequate and had mini-fridge, hair dryer, TV, etc. The bathroom and shower were very nice, clean, and modern. Very nice charming small hotel. Well done! Highly recommend.

The Henri hotel was one of the best stays I have had at a hotel. The staff were efficient and super helpful. The rooms were spacious and quaint. The bed was comfortable and it was very peaceful. Staying at the Henri Hotel was like staying at your own home. I would highly recommend this place if you want to experience a peaceful stay in a lovely location with friendly staff who ensure your visit is the best.

Gorgeous hotel in great part of Berlin.
Rooms beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and spacious with vintage touches. Great for a romantic break.
On a leafy street with local restaurants but only a short walk to the main shopping street, Zoo and underground. Cannot recommend enough.
Would definitely stay again.
