The location felt safe and very convenient.
3.5
Only bagels for breakfast
3.5
It is outdated. The staff members are friendly and courteous
3.5
Carpets were filthy. Smelled like cigarettes in the check in area and entrance. Dirty smell in the corridor. They called this Deluxe.. wonder how bad non-deluxe would be. Never staying there again.
Lifted the toilet seat cover and it had stains under the seat. Horrible!
3.5
Room and bathroom were clean. Curtains need to be updated and some of the furniture is old.
3.5
Don’t have enough breakfast for guests such as always shorts because we were 12 people some of them got breakfast and some of them not also bathroom bathtub too old
3.5
For an overnight stay, it was adequate. If I wanted to stay longer, I’d probably choose any hotel.

I think the owners should put a little money into this place because it could be so much better! Kind of a shame because it is located in a prime location, near the Colleges, Downtown Commons, Farmer's Market, many waterfalls, there is even a Wegmans and other shopping across the street. There is a motel and a hotel on the actual property, we stayed in the hotel part. The place needs serious cleaning and decor update which seems to be stuck in the 70s and 80s. With that said, the the air conditioner worked good, the towels and sheets were clean and beds were comfortable. The free TV channels didn't sync up with what the directory said and when watching a free movie, it stopped streaming half way through. Breakfast, that was included, was kind of ridiculous and was basically bagels and muffins in packages. If you book, keep an open mind.

Carpet was filthy, stained and sticky. Bathroom floor tile was broken and floor was dirty. Bathtub was stained and broken & chipped. Shower head wobbled like it was going to come out of the wall. Ceiling stained like water leaked. Sheets were also stained. Curtains falling off wall. Nothing had been updated there in at least 30 years. Tried to get another reservation but none available.

The first room was really bad not clean etc. I asked what the difference was between standard and deluxe and was told deluxe was newer more hotelsie
And little bigger I asked to upgrade and was given this at no extra charge I believe. The deluxe was definitely cleaner and regular towels toilet paper no spotted tobacco in the room cleaner mattresses etc. whoever was on the front desk was extremely nice about it or I would have not stayed.
3.5
friendly and courteous staff. The only problem was a non-working in-room coffee pot

I stayed for four nights and I do not recommend this hotel. The room and hotel was overall dirty and had a very funky smell that sticked to everything that was in the room. Further, the toilet clogged the first night and was not repaired until the third day (even though notice was given to the reception), entailing that I had to use the toilet in the reception for two days. When informing the reception the first time, they responded "it is common, try to flush". Also, I am pretty sure that I did not have fresh sheets in my rooms as I found several dark hairs in the bed (not my hair colour). I further tried to contact the hotel before my stay both via hotels.com and by a form on their website, but I did not receive any response. The breakfest was very poor. However, the wifi was good!

Very good for a place you need to stay for a night. You get exactly what you pay for. Not less, not more. The place is clean, but very outdated.
3.5
Carpet was stained. AC was leaking into room and made a giant puddle. The shower would scald you if anyone flushed the toilet
3.5
Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access. Comfortable bed. Room was nice but rug needs to go!
3.5
Easy check in, room was decent, can improve the looks inside and outside the rooms.
3.5
Nice family owned— only ask for the new building wing. The older parts are dicey. Good, average food and well priced meals on the property with friendly waitresses. Bar is old town favorite.
3.5
Television confusing. Streaming was buffering with no conclusion

There is a big difference between the motel and hotel part of the inn. The latter is much nicer and the area cleaner, with amenities like microwave and coffee machine. We were booked into the motel part, but our room turned out to still be occupied when we arrived. No one was sure what had happened, and fortunately the occupants were in the bathroom when we let ourselves in (we quickly left). The day clerk was very nice and upgraded us to the hotel part, which was much better. Otherwise, it was conveniently located near a supermarket and not too far from downtown Ithaca. We were visiting Cornell.
3.5
Facilities are very outdated, but the staff were fantastic. They were accommodating and listened to our concerns and even upgraded our room when our first room had a less than working air conditioning unit. They were friendly and helpful.

First room was unclean. 2nd room not much better. It’s a crappy cheap hotel. You get what you pay for.
3.5
Absolutely disgusting. Had a smell I can not describe. So bad it was hard to breathe. I couldn’t stay in the room for more than a few minutes. Immediately went back to the desk and requested a refund. Then booked a hotel down the road. The lady at the front desk did not seem surprised at all snd immediately refunded.

There was a very bad shower but the rest is fine

The Tv did not work for 2 days. There is a lot of upgrades that need to be done.
3.5
Very convenient for visiting Cornell University campus

Staff super friendly; room was OK.

The front desk clerk, Jody, was wonderful. She was very responsive and did her best to make our stay a good one.The phones in the rooms did not work. The WIFI, even when it worked, had very weak signal, so for 2 of the 3 nights we were there, we could not use the internet. We had to change rooms because the bathroom mirror was falling down (almost fell on me). In the second room, the towel rack kept falling down, and the microwave was filthy. There was a lot of rust. The cold water was warm. There were no coffee nor cups in the second room. There were no teabags, neither in the room nor at breakfast. No decaf. Breakfast offerings were minimal. The housekeeping staff need a CHECKLIST. They were young girls and did not seem to have been trained well.

The staff at Meadow Court Inn were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was consistent and reliable. The breakfast area was clean. There was ample parking and the motel was well located with easy access to the rest of Ithaca. Grocery stores are near by and the room has a bar fridge and microwave which were convenient for economical lunch prep. Unfortunately the carpet in the room needs replacing (odd smell) and the air conditioner was loud. It was hot so going without the air conditioner was out of the question.

Atttendant was great. First room had broken TV and smelled like cigarettes also dirty
3.5
This place is very, very dirty!

Loved the property and stay. The lady at the front desk was rude and unaccommodating unfortunately
3.5
Room is pretty good but the breakfast is terrible
3.5
The breakfast room and food choices were unpleasant
3.5
Not super clean. There was long hair everywhere in the room; bath tub, carpet and bedding.
3.5
Not very clean and needs some updates.
3.5
Cigarette and pot smoke were drifting into the room all night. The windows had been left open, so the smoke was already in the room. Other occupants stood on the balcony coughing and talking loudly the entire night. The ac did not keep the room cool. A terrible experience.
3.5
Very professional and nice staff

Beds not made from previous guests. Linen stained & marked, hairball in shower. Complained & was moved to NEW block!!!! This still had linen with marks, covered them with towels. Killed a cockroach hanging around the coffee pot. Hotel decir was back in the eighties. Thankfully the CB was quite nice.

Central location, clean and quiet

I have stayed here twice in the last month, and both times they neglected to clean my room. I can't understand why. but it was not done. The hotel was not that full. When I went to the front desk to ask for it to be cleaned, I was told that the staff was gone and there was no one to clean it. I had to get clean towels myself. We come up twice a year and may have to consider another hotel option.
