Staff were most wonderful. Especially the breakfast staff was considerate and patient when we ran tight against 10am. Bed was a tad too soft and floor is t carpet and so it felt cold to walk around the room without shoes.

Had a great 3 days wpuld highly recomend this property. Although the fruit flies at breakfast are annoying

The experience was OK but still I think they could have done better. First the room, I think the bed should be more comfortable and there was A LOT OF NOISE from a group of teenagers going to a hockey tournament but fortunately the staff tried to help andddd it didn’t work. Next the pool, no one was there and I could tell why. There was NO lifeguard on duty so the pool was very shallow and the chairs were half broken. The worst part was there were NO CHANGING ROOMS so either you had to get dressed OUT IN THE OPEN or you had to go up to your room with your swim gear. But despite all the bad stuff there were computers downstairs so that was good and you had a source if your here for holiday and need to do some homework. I would suggest coming here for a short stay but it’s near to some attractions like Niagara Falls and a mini theme park.

My husband and my 2 sisters went to Niagara Falls for our little getaway. Booked at comfort hotel thru hotels.com. Our room is in the 6th floor, we got to the room peacefully and had our stuff organized. It was around 7:10 pm when we decided to go down and have supper and maybe a little stroll to the Clifton hill. When we’re inside the elevator, it didn’t move even if we already pressed the G (ground floor) button. We tried to press the “open and close” buttons, still didn’t move. After almost 10 minutes of trying to push buttons we decided to push the bell and help button as the realization sinks in that we might be trapped there for a long time, but every time we speak to from desk she keeps saying “help is on the way” 20 mins later, still no help arrived, the elevator got so hot as there was no oxygen. We were all sweating and it’s getting so hard to breathe. I called from desk again and she also was waiting for the maintenance person to open the elevator. I had to take off my clothes because I was drenched with sweat and this time I am already sitting on the floor. Finally I called 911. The firefighters and paramedics arrived in more or less10 minutes. They tried opening the elevator door for a few minutes before they finally opened it. We were all exhausted but glad that finally we were able to get out of there. I asked the front desk to move us to the ground or 2nd floor as I am not getting into that elevator ever. She was apologetic and gave us a room on the 2nd floor.

I have traveled a lot and this was in the top 3 worse stays I have ever had. Parking is $20/ day which was not information given prior to booking. We arrived to a homeless gentleman walking through the hotel trying to to get into rooms then walking right up to our vehicle. From here the walk to our room was not tidy there was garbage along every floor. Our room was very much a DIY job with mold in the windows, paper thin pillows, and a remote that didn't work. We were there for about 15 minutes when the elevator alarm began going off which we could hear from the room. Other guests got stuck in the elevator on our floor so we listened to the alarm along with the firemen struggling to get the guests out. This took probably a good hour and a half. After that chaos we were informed this had happened the night before as well yet the elevator was still offered to guests as though it was safe. To top things off we were on the upper floor so we got our steps in rather than using the clearly unsafe elevator. Overall, absolutely awful experience. I would never recommend this hotel.

Room was clean. However, the room was vlose to the elevators and there was noise - beeps and moving as well as from people waiting. One annoyance was the sink handle which kept falling off. Breakfast was fantastic.

not even close to a 3 star hotel, food sucked, beds were uncomfortable and paying for parking even though you are staying with them is ridiculous

Clean and modern looking room but bed mattress lumpy and best compared to water bed. Checkin was quick and front desk staff was friendly. I liked to see fall decor in the lobby. I did not like that I was unable to reach anyone by phone as we were arriving late and I wanted to let the hotel know to expect us late and not give up our room.

It was a clean nice hotel.
The workers were I Nd and helpful.
The breakfast was good but basic.(Egg, bacon, bread, juice, potato)
The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean.
The bathroom, which was the most important to me, thankfully, was very clean and had a nice mirror that could light.
The heating, WiFi, airconditioning was all great and well functioning.

I had booked the hotel thinking this was a good location to stay,
But when we got there the lady in reception said she couldn’t find our booking and also didn’t tell me there are two hotels with the same name and we left without checking in
I didn’t like the sneaky attitude and didn’t feel comfortable or safe in the comfort inn
I will never stay there and tell all I know too

It was clean breakfast was good, the rooms were clean bit very plain no color or pictures, no storage even in bathroom one towel bar and no handicap seat . I guess just the very basics!
3.0 / 10.0
Room was pretty basic, good for the price not much place to put clothing/items aside from some hangers and 3 drawers with hair in them (not sure who’s hair exactly). Building surely needs to be updated but biggest issue was the extremely small shower which was pictured to be much larger, and that there was no way to angle the head of the shower so water wouldn’t fall outside the shower itself. The curtain prevented it, but overall extremely tight shower in the poorly designed washroom made comfort a bit of an issue, I’m not a large lady and I even found it a bit difficult to maneuver within the shower.

Left elevator on first day was out of order…
Never received room service, hence “5 star” on eco-friendliness. Heavy traffic for breakfast “buffet”. Picture of what is on buffet (in the elevator) not similar to what is served. (Hard boiled eggs and sausage vs scrambled eggs and bacon.) Bus loads of people depart at 7-8 am. Parking is $20 in lot. Coffee is strangely served in odd device that might be considered a modem day version of the old metal Folgers freeze dried container. Hotel is a little dated. Bed was decent and bathroom clean.

The property was clean and room wasbig but do not have luggage rack and the hook in the washroom was broken whiich they did not replace.

Great for the price. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast.

Only 2 elevators and 1 was out of service for most of our stay (2 nights) causing major backups at the elevators. We had to use the stairs most of the time but 6 floors with luggage is not convenient. Dated interior, and unpleasant view.
Breakfast was decent but had limited seating, and again, the elevator was an issue as the breakfast is in the basement.
Walking distance to attractions was nice.

The pool area was very dirty. We had to cool down after a hot day and the smell was so toxic, we got out right away.
The king room was incredibly small so thank goodness we weren’t in there very much.
Location is ok as long as you like to walk!
The only plus is they gave us a to-go breakfast as it was early.

We got the room on ground level that looked out into a busy parking lot. We had to keep the drapes covered even during daylight for privacy. The sheets, towels were clean. The hotel is aged, and needs some updating. The weekend we stayed, only one elevator was working, so there were a lot of congestion trying to get to the breakfast room. The breakfast was good. Convenient location. The stay was satisfactory. I like the convenience with easy access for dogs potty breaks. There was a parking charge and a dog fee charge.

Decided to try this “pet friendly hotel” and did not go as I had hoped for.
It’s closer to Clifton Hill (Niagara Falls) which is why we decided to give it a shot.
Walls are very thin, people sleeping in the bedroom next to us were very loud throughout the entire first night and had to ask them to please keep it down at 4am as they were full on yelling and woke me up.
No one informed us our pet was not allowed in the breakfast room (we’ve stayed at multiple pet friendly hotels and pets are allowed everywhere) so we got kicked out while the staff gave us a look.
They only informed us pets were not allowed on floor #4, #5 & #6 and the spa. We would never go against hotel rules intentionally.
The majority of the staff clearly did not like dogs (they gave us several looks throughout our stay) which I find very funny and upsetting at the same time as it’s a PET FRIENDLY hotel.
We also had several other people staying at the hotel give disgusting looks to my dog (they clearly did not like dogs so maybe look into staying at non pet friendly hotels next time?)
Breakfast was good, enough parking as well.
But unfortunately we won’t be staying here ever again and will continue to stay at the Radisson Hotel which is were we always stay and it’s great!

budget friendly hotel with a good breakfast. The rooms are small. Not place to sit but on your bed. The fridge froze our food. The bathroom faucet was loose so if you are not careful, the water can become too hot and you would be able to adjust it. There are 2 elevators but, throughout our 2 night 3 day stay, one of the elevators was not working so it caused a lot of frustration for the guests and workers. Overall, if you not concerned about the finer comforts this is a budget friendly hotel.

Staff was amazing helped usbto change room after we request due to issues with the bed. The new room's bed is okay, it still creaks but better than the previous. What we dont like was small flies in the room and there was a booger in the wall. Wego blue line is also 2 blocks away and there was a cannabis store close by making the area smell bad.

We loved our stay at the Comfort Hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. The pool was refreshing with shower to rinse off. Room service was very fast to fulfill wishes of new linens or towels. We had a super vacation! Thank you to the Comfort Hotel staff!

Extremely nice staff and walking distance to area must do's!
6.0 / 10.0
The condition of the property is poor and in need of a deep cleaning. The pool area is small, smelly and not clean. From the entrance door, there’s a room in disrepair to the left and wide open to view and poor lighting, then, when you can get your key to open the door to the pool, the smell of mildew hits you like a ton of bricks. Black mold on the shower wall all across and underneath- not a chair had been moved from the walls and cleaned in eons and it closes early. It also had to be 95 degrees in there.
Our room was right off the elevators (5th floor) and was of course horribly loud with people, carts and doors banging. It’s one step up from camping. Lumpy beds with old stains and horrible pillows all different sizes. The fridge kept our things cold, but the freezer part was all frosted up. No mirror outside of the bathroom, so hard for three people to get ready. Very small room as well.
The breakfast was nice and a good selection, varying each day (we stayed 2) The coffee was good. Busy spot and hard to get a table, but staff keep this area cleaner than the rest of the hotel thankfully and were friendly.
The walk to Clifton Hill was not too bad as far as proximity, however, it seems sketchy and we didn’t feel safe walking at night. We walked a few different streets to find a safe route and it was not well lit, depressed and it felt very unsafe. I would not recommend for young families.
The parking should be free for paying hotel guests.
