This place is a joke. We booked it for the hot tub and pool for kids. The pool was green and nasty. The hot tub was cold and unuseable. There were no towels and mold everywhere. There was mushrooms growing inside window sills. When brought to staff attention the manager proceeded to grabbed the mushrooms and asked if we wanted to make spaghetti. Eww that can get you sick. The room was small and smelled funny. There was mold in the bathroom. Horrible place to stay. If it wasn’t so late we would’ve went somewhere else. Not happy. !!!!!

The Hotel was under renovations, the staff did not let us know we had figure this out on our own. The hotel was dirty and nasty. Bed was full of hair, sheets not changed at all. Washroom shower floor dirty, toilet disgusting, sink was dirty mirror not cleaned at all. Over all very unacceptable we left within 20 minutes after checking in totally unacceptable. Please train your staff to let customers know what is going on (renovations) provide a room that is clean and acceptable. thank you

The pool was advertised, but it was green with likely algae growth. The front desk told me it was supposed to look like that. The bath also had no stopper, which makes it hard to give baths to children. Ice machines didn't work.

The room was very nice and our stay was good, close to where we needed to be to conduct business and see family and friends. The hotel was difficult to find but that was because we were not accustomed to the location. Would definitely stay here again.

The renovation was not complete for our room. The tv did not work. There was a layer of dust on the floor and bathroom vanity where our clothes and feet became filthy. We received a prank phone call at 11:30 at night. Not a relaxing stay.

Woman at reception was excellent. Elevator was kind of dirty. Sheets on one of the beds had dirt stains. Bathroom ceiling was moldy. Shower was clean, water pressure excellent.

The front desk staff were super nice, the breakfast was lovely, the main foyer was beautiful. The room was also okay. The washroom was quite great as well. Noise levels were lovely even with ongoing renos. Could not hear anyone next door. The shower was a bit confusing to start, but the water pressure was great after we got the handle on it. Would have loved if the AC unit fan actually stayed on when we pressed the continuously on button, but not the end of the world. Driveway up the hotel was a bit rough, many large pot holes, but the view once at the top of the sunset over the mountains was lovely.

Not once was there any mention that this hotel was going through renovations. And to be honest, it did not look like anything was happening quickly to fix this. This room was probably the worst room I have ever stayed in. The carpet was ripped, wallpaper coming down, holes in the wall, holes where the shower curtain rod was replaced....(the list goes on). The only good spot was the staff was friendly.

Front desk clerk was very nice and professional. This hotel is run down and old looking. Fixtures furniture decor. Bathrooms especially It needs an interior face lift big time.

The property is under construction the driveway full of holes the hot tub was not working and could not use the pool it was as green as the grass the breakfast was awful the eggs where watered and the bread & bagles were hard as rocks we didnt eat and coffee was cold we checked in at 4:30 pm and left by 7am could not believe how bad it was for a Holiday Inn & Suits , usually the are top notch this one was not , no where close to it

The gentleman that checked us in was pleasant and made the check in process easy. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The gentleman at checkout was also pleasant as well. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Disappointing but ended up okay. They are renovating so hopefully cleaner walls and furniture in the future. Many years of stains.

Hotel was fine for overnight stay. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Front desk staff was so friendly and willing to help with any and all needs. With that being said, hotel needs upgrades. Definitely older.

I know there is construction nearby, the entrance road is pretty beat up. Also a more visible entrance sign would be helpful, as we drove past it the the first time. Otherwise it was nice.

Room mix-up at check-in. My room was “given” to another guest. I did not get the type of room booked. They are also undergoing some needed renovation, so currently some room conditions are a little less than excellent, but that should change soon.

The rooms /bathroom are dated and there is no lock box. The location is a little remote.. meaning you can’t walk from hotel to streets to shop. Staff were superb.
