Very nice beach resort with diligent staff, well maintained. Great for families. Amazing views and beach. Not in walking distance of main activities but taxis are easy to get (although very expensive). The food selection could be improved. There is really one restaurant (2 venues served by same kitchen).

Nice location. Right on the water. The furniture in the room is very dated and the bed frame needs replaced. The bed frame has broken at some point and they tried to use 2x4’s to put it back together. It makes a loud cracking noise with even the slightest turn. If you don’t get an ocean front room the view is of other guests doors and outside hallways. As such this would be considered a motel in the US not a hotel.

It's a really nicely built and beautifully located place - very clean and well maintained. The rooms are pretty spacious with nice high ceilings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant isn't amazing, but there are several other places you can walk to, and lots within a few minutes' drive. You can walk a long way along the beach in both directions. We went snorkeling right off the beach and nearby - we saw stingrays, sea turtles and all sorts of fish. We're not the kind of people who normally vacation in the same place more than once, but we would definitely consider going back there.

West Bay Club was wonderful. The staff was attentive and very generous. Their hospitality was amazing. Complimentary buffet style breakfast was served daily. Only thing I wish was that they would change some of items on different days, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Beach and pool service was amazing! You just ordered from the bar and they deliver right out to you. This resort, however, is a bit off of the main Grace Bay strip where there’s shops and restaurants, so I’d recommend renting a car if staying here. Overall, I’d give this property a 5/5!

Spacious accommodations, extremely well maintained apartments and the surrounding grounds, well manicured lawns and beautifully situated pool in the courtyard, but the crown jewel of this property is the beach, 340 feet of white soft and reflective sands meeting the green and the blue of the natural pool the coral reef provides out of the ocean. The hotel staff will wait for you as soon as you get close to the beach to set up the umbrellas or cabanas for you. The beach bar can take orders from you, once you press a little gadget at the table that comes with your umbrella. It’s a feeling of quiet luxury, that surrounds you! If you like quietness in taking in all the beauty the nature offers here, this place is a good one to be

The oceanfront unit was beautiful but the bed was horrible; especially when considering the amount of money we paid to stay there. Once the owener address that everything will be perfect. The staff was amazing and the beach was absolutely wonderful.

Had an outstanding time. The staff was more than great. Concierge was more than helpful. We had a two bedroom suite that was absolutely delightful. Great beach access. We chose to rent an suv, parking was a breeze. Very safe and clean place to stay. My daughter now lives and works in Turks and Caicos. This property will be my new home away from home.

The staff here is some of the most genuine and professional individuals my fiancée and I encountered. Roshanda (Front Desk- forgive me if I misspelled your name), Giovanni (Front Desk) and Chase (Aquatic Activities) all played a significant role in the enjoyable experience we had during our 5 day stay. Roshanda and Chase are blessings in human form. There were many others who impacted our stay from the breakfast/restaurant crew, bar staff, housekeepers and the security. For sure a 10/10.

Facility was nice. Not close to all the restaurants. Had to take taxis everywhere. Staff at beach could use some improvement. I had to ask them for towels and they don’t come and ask if you want food or drinks. You have to go to the restaurant. This is a lost opportunity. They could have benefited from this financially if staff would round and pass out menus in thr beach. Giovanni and Rafaela were fabulous with our requests.he was at the front desk and she was our housekeeper. Not sure I would go back and that is why I gave staff 3 stars.

Great property in a great location right on a very very beautiful beach! The breakfast was great and included in the cost. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was great just chatting with them! I would definitely recommend the West Bay Club and look forward to returning!

Cabana staff was terrific, especially Chris. Resort looks nice. Staff kept us hydrated with water bottles in the room which was great for us who drink a lot of water. Front desk helped us with coordinating activities which made it easy for us to make reservations.

Loved our stay. Clean and luxurious. Our suite was wonderful and the stretch of beach property is on is great. I’d just be aware of the following: 1- No good dining on site 2- Pool is relatively small. I recommend renting a car to check out other beaches and to drive to restaurants.

Staff seem very inconvenienced when we would ask for water or ice. We felt like we weren’t treated the same as others there and we were ignored a lot of the times and ended up doing things ourselves that staff would typically do for you; like help you get your towels and set up on the beach chairs. We spent 10 days at West Bay Club and we are already planning our return! We liked that it is smaller, therefore less crowded. Daily breakfast buffet included in price was quite good. Especially appreciated the housekeeping staff- they were very attentive and helpful. This property is not close to very many restaurants and not close to a grocery store so if you don’t rent a car you’ll need to do taxis (and taxis can be annoying and expensive). We were told that their sister property in Grace Bay is very similar to WBC and is very walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Grace Bay. We loved the beach at WBC- plenty of umbrellas and chairs set up, and attentive staff to help set up towels and bring refreshments. They had kayaks, hobicats, and paddle boards available free of charge. Excellent resort!

We had a wonderful stay at the West Bay Club. It had a charming, quiet, "boutiquey" feel to it. The grounds were well-maintained, the staff was lovely, the food and drink were delicious, and all of our needs were met. The beach was pristine and calm, and offered one of the widest strips of beach on the bay. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The only reason I took a star off the Cleanliness score was because the couches in our suite had some bad red stains in them which made us not want to use them, but everything other than that was wonderful and we certainly plan to return to this resort.

Property is infested with cochroaches, long wait times for staff to clean rooms. Inconvenient location, must take taxi everywhere. No activities on property. Bikes were limited to two for the entire property. Drinks are watered down. Overall waste of money.

Food and dinning options were the only thing, I disliked but everything else was good. Service is very amazing, the receptionist Giovanni was very helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely recommend this place.
