We have stayed at this hotel numerous time because of its convenient location to the airport. Very nice accommodations, and I have always been able to get a space in the garage for our rented car. The only complaint I have is that exiting and entering the garage with something other than a tiny vehicle is a HUGE CHALLENGE. It would be so nice if something could be done about this.

Friendly staff with quick response times. Nice room with a separate door to create a hallway. This ensures a more quiet environment- a nice touch. Good breakfast and attentive staff. Shuttle to and from airport - look for their own black van/bus (marked NB Nuevo Boston)

I love my stay on Nuevo Boston from the reception, to the room and especially the breakfast buffet was delicious and the servers were very nice and attentive.

Breakfast is great! However, the hotel room has no coffee maker of hot water kettle. There is no way to get any hot tea or coffee.

There was zero cool air (fan) or air conditioning in the hotel room. So the rooms were incredibly warm and way too hot to sleep comfortably at all. The pillows were either rock hard and too high and gave me neck pain, or was almost flat and gave my mother no support. There was no explanation or attempt at assistance for the air situation. We were “simply” told—sorry..the air conditioning and any air is off. Sorry! We were told to open the window. But there is no screen and construction and traffic noise outside the hotel—so we obviously did not want to leave the window open all night. Despite the window being closed, we could still hear the construction and traffic (even tho we asked to be in a room where we wouldn’t be disturbed by traffic noise) Never would have thought they’d be doing construction on the street early on a Saturday morning! Also—we could hear furniture and ppl moving things above us and it seems like the housekeeping was happening very early above us and outside in the hallway. And they were VERY noisy!! Our sleep was disturbed many times and it was just not comfortable at all. Also, with so many English speaking guests, one would assume the restaurant would have staff that spoke a bit of English. We found it very difficult to deal w the staff when we went for dinner. All in all, this was not what I was expecting when I booked this hotel, and did not appreciate having a horrible nights sleep the night before I had to take a 7hr flight.

Good option close to the airport. The airport shuttle is a great service and really convenient. There is not a lot in the immediate area but a short walk to a big mall and multiple supermarkets

No comfy beds. Far to hard mattress. Stupid to have swimming pool closed when it is sun from clear sky and 29 degreess celcius every afternoon in my 4 days stay. The training room is a disaster. 10 m2 and overfilled with equipment. And bad ventilation, that do not function before enter a hotel card when start up the training. Was never reach good air in there during training. not space for training on mat, - and no free weights. For breakfast I miss tomato, cucomber and more than one cheese to choose from.On the plus side: One young man in the restaurant very helpful.

I arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m from the airport with my 10-year-old daughter. Sergio, the overnight staff member, was very rude when I asked if he was alone, as he was checking in a family of six. My daughter was extremely tired, and we needed a room as soon as possible. He began yelling at me in front of her. I filed a complaint with the front desk manager the next morning. I will definitely not be returning to this four-star hotel. I'm not sure where they get their stars from. Also, bring your own soap and shampoo.

Very clean, near major shopping mall, street parking and hotel parking, secure well-lit area, and close to airport. The only two confusions if driving was whether to park in front or drive down the ramp to underground parking; if you go down the ramp by mistake and choose not stay in hotel parking they will give a key card to leave the parking area; upon trying to go through the exit gate the instructions are awful. What you have to do is get out of the car, go to a gap at the left side of the gate, put the key card into the receptacle, and the gate will open. They should replace their instructions with what I just wrote.

The hotel facilities are excellent, the only thing that did not meet our expectations was the shuttle service, when we arrived at the airport we had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle (the hotel is 10 minutes from the airport) and the next day when we had to be at the airport at 5:30 am, they did not take us and argued that they had no space on the shuttle until 7:30 am (inconceivable), we had to take a taxi and pay for it ourselves.

Free shuttle service to and from the airport, immaculately clean, large rooms, modern, air conditioning, and close proximity to food (both at the hotel and in the surrounding area). Highly recommend and would use again if in Madrid with need for an airport-area hotel.

I liked the hotel but the dining options are limited. This is understood as it is a convenient hotel to get to the airport. However, Spain is known among other things by its food, the hotel doesn't offer quality food. Also, I left my big container of body lotion and they didn't call me to let me know that they havevit.

Conveniently located hotel by Madrid airport. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Nice pool. Pleasant staff. Rooms spacious and clean. However…. Restaurant is the only place to go since it’s a semi-industrial/commercial area hemmed in by the highway. Large restaurant with lots of tables. Staff swamped by customers and unable to keep up. Everything took a long time from getting drinks to receiving the meals. I had to send my chicken fillets back since they were raw inside. My daughter had to also send hers back because they included meat in a salad and she specifically advised she was a vegetarian and wanted The salad without the meat on top. Pricey and very slow. An unsatisfactory experience. Beds were not comfortable. Lumpy and hard. Not one of the three of us had a good night on the mattresses. Bedding clean and in good repair. Spend some money on decent mattresses please. Breakfast good and plentiful. Shuttle a nice bonus. Probably would not stay again because of lack of food choices nearby and very uncomfortable beds
