Rarely I am so happy and positively surprised on a boutique hotel! We had senior suite for our 4 person family for a week. Firstly, the hotel itself is beautiful. There is small pool in the middle and nice terrace restaurant for breakfast, dinner and evening drinks. Room was ”cave style” and spacious. Especially shower room was vwry spacious and beautiful. We also had our own roof terrace with superb caldera view. Secondly, the staff was super friendly and attending the whole week. We experienced very good service in Santorini in general, but the hotel staff clearly exceeded expectations. It is the small things like restaurant staff getting to know you and get your morning drinks automatically knowing your preferences - or staff serving you extra wine glass to enjoy the sunset. We got guidance and help with taxis, including staff taking us to the meeting place (as you cannot get close to hotel by car so eg good to let them know your arrival time to have someone help with your bags). Our son experienced food poisoning during the last evening in one of Fira’s foodstands (”Obelix” - dont go!). Again the staff saved us by giving us very long late checkout with additional service to let our son recover prior the flight. Having travelled and experienced luxury hotels for tens of years, this one will be one we will remeber as a great example of both unique venue and service. Highly recimmended

Anteliz Suites is a beautiful hotel, perfectly located in a quiet part of Fira with a gorgeous view of the caldera. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious and lovely. The breakfast was superb, served on the terrace overlooking the sea. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

Amazing experience. Beautiful view from the hotel - it sits exactly opposite to the volcano or caldera view. Lovely people. They had porter service to help with transport of baggage. They arranged the taxi. They helped with early check in too. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

The private villa was fantastic! Beautifully designed, spacious with marble throughout. The view was outstanding and the location was perfect...walking distance to everything but quiet. The private pool overlooking the caldera was priceless. Probably the best place to stay in Santorini!

I would greatly recommend the suite with infinity pool with an amazing view on the caldera. We really enjoyed our stay with the possibility to see breathtaking sunsets directly from the pool. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful and the breakfast is really abundant. If we really need to find something that could be improved is something related to the breakfast. Typical greek desserts or cakes would be greatly appreciated.

We had an amazing 3 night stay with a family of 4 in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms . The suite was extremely nice . Breakfast was a La carte and a pleasant shift from the Buffetts in other hotels . The sunrise and sunset view from the balcony in one’s room really did not require one to go anywhere and see subset . Loved our stay and would highly recommend . Extends friendly and hospitable staff .

We loved the Anteliz Suites. The advance communication was detailed and precise. The room was lovely , service was immaculate, with nothing being too much trouble whether it was making a dinner reservation or moving a lounger umbrella. The breakfasts were excellent. The whole of the premises was beautifully kept and we really appreciated the pool along with the stunning caldera view. I couldn't find fault with any part of our stay.

Highly recommend Anteliz Suites for your stay in Santorini. The view of the caldera is gorgeous, and the staff is amazing! They catered to everything we needed, from the welcome drink to transfers and arrangements to Oia. It is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Fira.

Beautiful hotel on the pick of the Hills with gorgeous views to the ocean and the Calderas, breakfast was delicious and the staff is very friendly and courteous with great service and attention. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms and grounds are pristine. Perfect location and views. No need to leave the hotel to find a spot to watch the sunset. Breakfast was amazing and hotel staff was excellent! Highly recommend!

They make you feel VIP. Great welcome and perfect location. Staff friendly especially George. Constructive comments would be that the jetted tub in our room was cold water. Would be great to have a way to warm it. If I knew i would not have booked that type of room. Offer a variety of pillows.

The staff and management were very accommodating and went out of their way on so many occasions. This property has the best views of the ocean and the town of Fira. It sits high on the hill and if you can get a suite with a small infinity private pool than its absolutely the best view one can ask for. The manager always sent someone with us to meet our taxi as the taxi cannot get there. A lot of places in Fira do not have car access and you must walk a little to meet the taxi. They made sure we did not get lost and also negotiated the fee as they know what it should cost. The taxis do not use meters so the price should be discussed before getting in. Our room was clean, spacious, nice shower and comfortable bed and pillows. We highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly loved everything about our stay at Anteliz Suites. The service was truly outstanding and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The ambiance is lovely and we would definitely stay here again.

The physical plant of property itself is beautiful. We had two rooms for our group of 4. The suite was expansive. The finishes in the bathrooms were inferior compared to other areas of the hotel. This could normally be excused except for the fact that the floors, which carried through into the shower, were extremely slippery when wet. We had a few near misses, which constituted a real safety hazard. Even if the dangerous floor in the bathroom could be excused, the behavior of the staff could not. I will spare the details but several of them are rude, condescending, even confrontational. We just could not wait to get out of there after two days. Also, the property contracts with a very expensive taxi company and they are completely unapologetic about this. If you decide to stay at this place despite the fact that they treat guests so poorly, you will do better finding your own transportation.

The moment we got to the hotel the staff was so nice and friendly. We had left our passports on Paros and George and Anthony helped us by calling our Paros hotel and arranging our passports to come by ferry the next day. The hotel is in the perfect location in Thira and has a beautiful pool and bar with amazing views! The breakfast was the best we had in Greece. We would definitely stay here again, 5 Star service!!

Excellent location with awesome views and accessibility to all points of attraction. There’s a 5-10min from your pick up or drop off point but they have their staff to carry the luggage. Anthony, Elizabeth and George (front office) were very helpful. We will be staying there the next time we visit as well. Already recommended to friends and family.
