The hotel was neat and clean. The room was very nice and comfortable. However, the service in the bar/lounge and dining area was the worst we have ever experienced. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. The bar people had no idea how to make very simple cocktails and took forever to figure out how. Every waiter acted like they were extremely put out that they had to serve us. The food took forever to get to our table and when it did arrive, it was almost inedible. My husband never got his food, our friend received something completely different than what she ordered. We had to beg for some bread, the service was horrible. Such a bad experience we have never had. The hotel is far away from any other restaurants, so you are stuck with these rude unwelcoming people. We were there two nights and wished we had never booked this hotel. Stay away from this one. You will be very uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Also the decor is stark and cold, just like the service people. Horrible experience!! Stay away!!!

We arrived by motorcycle off the ferry from Dubrovnik. The hotel is easy to find, well appointed and more than enough parking. The staff was quite friendly and helpful and very nice. The property is very clean and modern. The food in the dinning room is excellent and they make a good drink! Breakfast was also very nice. We loved our stay here and were sorry to go but Rome called. This is an Outstanding Hotel. 10/10. 5 Stars.

When we booked on the advertise the breakfast was included but the receptionist has been told us it is not included. That is the only inconvenience about the hotel. Make sure about breakfast before book it.

Very clean and in order the building and the rooms no complaint at all. Available parking. I was able to watch the Euro Cup from my room without a problem since it had all the channels you could want. Airport Shuttle available as early as 4:30 am so that's a plus. I will totally come back.

Convenient shuttle to airport 24/7, Skip eating there- food borderline awful. Only reason for this place is a comfortable place by the airport especially with early flights the next morning.

This hotel was very convenient being clise to the airport for our next morning flight with free parking. Very clean and spacious and relaxing after driving around all week exploring Puglia. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner as we didn't want to drive back into town again. We returned the rental in the night and got the free shuttle back to the hotel. And took the free shuttle to the airport next morning. Less than 5 minutes drive to airport. Would staychere again for the convenience.

Went to check in and one of the customers asked the receptionist about parking and she replied with an attitude we aren’t a parking garage. Me to help I told the guy there is parking downstairs in the lower level. Then the receptionist started raising her voice at me telling me that section is closed, I said there is no sign stating it’s closed, instead of reprimanding me go downstairs and put up a sign stating it’s closed, btw there were a 100 cars down there, she raised her voice even more to the point I said lower your voice please. Anyway she must be the owner’s daughter or something, if I was the owner I would fire her. Last time I go there.

Fit the purpose as we had a 630 am flight. If you are looking for a place to have supper, go to the restaurant (not the deli) in the adjacent apartment building and order the Spaghetti Assasinate….amazing!

Classy hotel, but due to its location near the airport there's little around it although there is a pizza restaurant on the block that was crowded. (We didn't eat there.) The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Made sure we had a take-away breakfast in advance of our 6:30 a.m. flight and they kindly provided us with a ride on the hotel shuttle--given some other reviews I didn't expect this (I asked for a cab the afternoon before). It was most welcome. My only criticism is an eccentric one: the pillows in our room were arguably the most uncomfortable I've experienced in all my 71 years. They felt like 1-inch foam cubes stuffed in a bag. Otherwise the bed itself was comfortable, the AC worked just fine, and it was acceptably sound-proofed.

This is less than a mile from the airport. A nice place to stay to end your trip and make it an easy 5 minute trip to the airport. They have a pool and spa and gym and restaurant but we didn’t have time for any of that. Water and kettle provided in the room. Wifi in the room was not good however due to weak signal.

We were very grateful for the efficient van shuttle to the airport at 4:30 a.m. to make a 6:20 flight to Rome. We could not have expected better service. We spent very little time in the room, arriving after dark and leaving so early. Our only little gripe was that the lumpy pillows were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, a good airport hotel.

This hotel is located adjacent to the Bari Airport. We stayed one night prior to our return flights to the US from Bari. The hotel is the equivalent to an airport Sheraton in the US (that's a good thing; we didn't know what to expect at a small city airport like Bari). The room was quite clean. The hotel has free underground parking and a 24-hour on-demand shuttle to the airport (2 min away). We drove into downtown Bari for dinner (worth doing) about 30 minutes away, and then returned our rental car to the airport, using the shuttle to get back to the hotel and return us to the airport very early the next morning to catch our 6:20am flight. The hotel is a good choice if convenience to the airport is needed.

The room furniture is a bit dated. The front desk staff on check out were not friendly. The restaurant dining room looked and felt institutional. The breakfast was good for being free. The gym was outstanding for a hotel gym. The pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic. The shuttle to the airport was on demand and free. What a spectacular added bonus.

This hotel is a large business hotel. No charm at all. Room was dirty, limited dining options, but close to airport. City center is approximately 20 minutes by taxi costing around 25 Euros each way.

Room assigned smelled like it was poorly covering up smoke, and we didn't have the time or energy to demand a new room on the last day of our trip. No hotel room in 2023 should be a smoking room. Front desk and shuttle services from/to the nearby airport were excellent and on site restaurant and bar were good, not great.
