I do not recommend staying at this residence. I do not expect a hotel amenity, or customer service. But I do expect a comfortable stay which this residence is unable to provide. I booked an ocean view. They have security guards downstairs and nice lobby. We had no issue checking in. The room was very noisy throughout the day. The noice is from hotel staffs. When we complained, the front desks staffs claimed it from construction and from other guests and there is nothing they can do to rectify the issues. Our stay was not comfortable because they didn’t help solve the issues. However after multiple complaints and escalated to the manager. They did refund me one night. I modified the review to reflect that they did try to address our concern after the event. We were hoping that they could do something during our stay so that we could have a comfortable stays. I hope you will have better experience than ours.

I do not recommend staying at this residence. I do not expect a hotel amenity, or customer service. But I do expect a comfortable stay which this residence is unable to provide. I booked an ocean view. They have security guards downstairs and nice lobby. We had no issue checking in. However, everything else went down hill. The room was very noisy throughout the day. The noice is from hotel staffs. When we complained, the front desks staffs claimed it from construction and from other residences which they cannot do anything about it. However, I did not hear the construction noice. It was loudly chatting noice. It started at 630 am and lasted throughout the day. Despite multiple complaints, they could not rectify the issue. When we were downstair talking to the front desk, one of the other guests were also having the same complaint. He said he booked a 30 days stay and it has been this loud for the past 30 days. The best answer I got from the front desk is that this is residences , not hotel, so we cannot do anything.

Very upset with my booking experience. I booked the best suite with 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. I was very upset. Because I was forced to choose one of those options as they would not cancel and refund me even though they couldn’t not give me the original suite I paid for and booked The breakfast was horrible and the downgraded room was not nice and is not a 5 star. I’m still very upset about how they handled the situation. I even asked them if they can at least charge me for the lower room price as we need the 3 beds and had to downgrade and they Would not! They still kept my money.

這趟旅程之所以那麼美好就是因為這家飯店，房間的設備非常的齊全。乾淨且廚具、餐具齊全的廚房讓我們省了不少錢在吃飯的部分。早餐晚餐和愛人一起煮一起吃，感覺特別好。房間還有洗衣機可以使用，去沙灘回來可以洗所以髒的衣物非常方便。我期待下次的旅行住在這家飯店。

Can’t expect the same hotel service as North America - no flexibility for late check out, was charged for lost room key etc. North American hotels would typically waive these costs to improve the customer experience. Overall very good but set your expectations.

Great accommodation. Loved the couch. The bed was soo soft and comfortable. Great to have a washing machine. Cooked in the kitchen a few times and it was great. Right across the street from the beach. Not a great view but very enjoyable stay.

It was great stay in one big apartment. They were very profetioal. Swimming pool was very small and it only get sun in the morning. But they had a beach just across the road with sunbed and bar. Very modern interior with all the plaits and glasses. Only thing I wish it had a coffee machine in the kitchen. Great for family

As each unit is privately owned, I can only make comments on our unit. The location of The Costa was fine if you being away from larger groups. You will have to walk 1-2 Km's to get to beach clubs and day use areas. Good restaurants and bars are 1/2 to 1 km away. The building and our unit were very clean And the maids were very hospitable. Our unit only had the basic of amendities. Two small cups, two beer glasses, two small wine glasses, no drinking glasses, two forks, two knives etc, two plates, no dish clothes, etc. Additionally there was information provided for area attractions, restaurants, maps, etc.

Good location and great views of the strip/ ocean. Check in was a bit of a mess. We booked two 2 bed suites, one suite was similar to the pictures- modern and updated. The other suite was nothing like the pictures, dated and mismatched furniture. Was a bit disappointed that the pictures showed one thing and what we received was different. overall the property is nice.

Don’r recommend and will not return. Bad experiance with the staff, which is obviously directed by the horrible managment. Asked for $200USD cash only deposit. After argument they did accept credit card. Dirty walls and fixtures in the room. Reception cant speak english, no staff on premises, only one pereon. Would not allow late check out at 2PM even the hotel is half empty. At check out was accused of stealing an umbrella, which was never in the room. Managment does not know what they are doing. This hotel should be removed fom expedia.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was perfect with great views. The location is right on the beach and there were a number of restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Nha Trang.

Elevator from lobby to 16 floor has to get off from lobby to second then take another elevator from two to 16 is very unconvinced. The resident hotel is pretty old. And I'd never come back again sorry .

The Costa Apartments are a great alternative for a stay in Nha Trang city. Ideally located on the main road running along the beach front, they are quiet and well cared for with helpful staff. There was nothing we required. Swimming pool options excellent as is the coffee shop underneath. Very handy to everything and very safe.

This is the 2nd hotel we stayed in Nha Trang which is much better than we expected. We reserved two bed room apt with two seaview balcony which in the central location, walking distance to every sights. Room layout is big and comfort with new style TV, new washer machine and aircon etc. B/F is set menu with several choice. Costa seafood restaurant is the best in the town and inhouse guest granted 10%discout. Highly recommended this service apartment, value for money. If the towel change to new, everything are perfect.
