About this apartment rental
This beautiful and specious one bedroom apartment is located just five minutes’ walk from the centre of Bath an ideal base from which to explore the historic city.
The newly converted flat has been furnished in a comfortable colourful and contemporary style by owners, artist and architect Jean and Martin Farrell, the apartment boasts a spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen dining area and bathroom with walk in shower.
On the ground floor once you enter the property there is a small hallway with the space to hang your coats and take of your shoes to relax after the journey or long day exploring the city.
Hallway leads in to the living room where you will find a sofa bed, smart TV, little working corner and the cupboard with extra hanger and storage.
Sofa bed is same size as double bed and can comfortable sleep 2 people.
Living room can be close with a big sliding doors to create the privacy for guest using the area to sleep.
Once you passed the living room on the right you will find the bathroom with walk in shower and on the left staircase to go up to a bedroom.
Bedroom has a super king zip and link bed, chest of drawers and hooks with hangers.
Straight forward going down from the living room is the kitchen dining area leading to a lovely little back garden.
The kitchen contains the basics needed to prepare, serve and enjoy a simple meal, with a free stand cooker, microwave, coffee machine as well as utensils and tableware for 4 people. There is also a fridge/frizzer and dishwasher.
There is underfloor heating in the living room and gas central heating throughout.
Free WiFi is available through the flat.
