Summary: Look no further. Nestled on a picturesque residential block in the centrally located Lower East Side, and just steps away Milwaukee's iconic Brady Street, Historic Third Ward, and Downtown, this unit features 3BR+/1BA with a large entertaining space, king sized master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, queen sofa sleeper, eloquent finishes, and ample extras. The Space: This unit is an upper level 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in a duplex building. Per typical Milwaukee flare, a restored 19th century duplex on a very nice semi residential street block. The living room lays host to a large window with in wall AC unit featuring a modern, relaxed feel. There is a 55" ROKU smart TV equipped with Netflix. The oversized sectional along with the armchair is sure to be the perfect space to sit back, relax, and enjoy your time away from home. This space is perfect for a family vacation or a weekend away with friends. Navigating through the living room you reach a fully remodeled kitchen equipped with all stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and sink. We provide pots, pans, cutting board, knives, silverware, dish-ware, and baking pans, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, a coffee machine with complimentary coffee, cream and sugar to get your morning started off right. On a loop back around, the master bedroom is located directly to the left of the main entrance. The master bedroom consists of a king sized mattress and luxury upholstered headboard. We include four pillows (two firm and two soft). The master has an additional in wall AC unit for those toasty summer nights. The master also lays host to our supply closet which is padlocked for access exclusively to our cleaning crew. Apart from this there is a large open faced closet space to keep your belongings organized. Coming out of the master you will find the guest suite. In the suite, a full sized memory foam mattress, two night stands, and lamps will greet you. There is also a small closet for your belongings as well. Walking out of the guest suite you will find what we call the "kids room." A bunk bed with two twin memory foam mattresses, a small night stand, and chic ottoman dwell in here as well. The "kids room" is ironically also designed for adults! MAX WEIGHT LIMIT 200 lbs (one person). Please be safe! Progressing through the unit, near the kitchen you will find our clean yet tasteful bathroom equipped with all the towels you will need for your stay, along with a nice warm shower with great water pressure and complementary soaps. Guest Access: Key pad entry The Neighborhood: Lower East Side is the most walkable neighborhood in Milwaukee. To the East you have Brady street, just a block down you have the east pointe marketplace and Fresh Thyme Market. This area nestled in by the Milwaukee river, which provides a great scenic hiking trails. Walk just 5 blocks south and you are in the heart of downtown, where you can shop, visit museums, or see your favorite sports team. Getting Around: The neighborhood is more than walkable, especially to Brady Street, Downtown, and Summerfest grounds. The streetcar is free and open to the public as well. Ubers are cheap and easy. You can certainly bring a car and park it on the street in front of the unit. Other Things to Note: We have security cameras set-up at both entrances to the property to ensure house rules our followed. There are no cameras on any of the interior spaces of the unit. PLEASE be mindful of your lower level neighbors, they are very sweet and will respect your peace and quiet as long as you respect theirs. Parties of any type, loud music, banging, or yelling will NOT be tolerated.
