This home was wonderful for the size of my family. The yard was amazing. We were able to do a 4th of July cookout with the grandparents who live in the area! The kitchen was fully stocked and everyone was comfortable in all the rooms! The only thing is the house is on a busy road. We could not hear anything in the house, but people with young children may want to know.

AS advertised - was only a little further to the golf I wanted to play than I anticipated - could have used another bathroom for 6 adults

Our stay was great! Property was clean and much bigger than the pictures made it seem. We had a total of 9 adults and everyone had there own space. Very roomy and comfortable. Check in was easy with no surprises.
If we find the need again, we will definitely be back. Thank you Jesus for the hospitality!

We loved this property. I actually think it is much larger than what the pictures show online. It was very clean and there were many ammenities. The host was quick to respond to any questions and he offered many ideas for things to do throughout the weekend. I would definitely return.

The owner was most helpful during our entire stay! He sent us events in the city and gave us so many directions. The home worked perfectly for our group of 5. We were so happy to have found the perfect place.

This home is spacious and decorated with character. The rooms have fans and AC units. The bathrooms and the kitchen are renovated, with updated appliances and amenities. The yard is open with a nice view—a great place to stay with friends or family. The drive to downtown Grand Rapids is within 20 minutes, and Holland is within 45 minutes.

The home was clean and spacious. Members of my family had never stayed at a VRBO and were surprised with the cleanliness and comfort.

Beautiful accommodations. Clean, well stocked, orderly. Room to enjoy family. My son married his college sweetheart so we needed to make the trek from Seattle to Grand Rapids for the festivities. It was lovely to not worry about the accommodations during a busy time. We had all we needed to make for a peaceful visit. Excellent communication with the property manager. We hope to stay again for the next visit.

We enjoyed staying close to family. The size of the house enablevall the kids and grandkids to come into town. Place was perfect.

We were having a family holiday party in town and our side of the family were coming in from different states and places around Michigan. We also had two children and one one year old with us.
This place had bedrooms for all of us! No one had to sleep on the couch! Especially great was a room with a bunkbed and a queen size bed so that the kids and parents could be in the same room, but not the same bed.
Everyone commented on how perfect it was for our group. Jesus was super helpful and readily available by text.
If there are any areas for growth, I would suggest the following:
1. Denote in the description the extra fees for parties over six people and that the fees are per day.
2. The heat was a little uneven--hot in some rooms and cold in others. I couldn't close the vent in my bedroom to regulate the heat, so maybe make sure they close or open freely.
3. A handful of big plastic mixing bowls that can be used for salads, mixing things, storing food while there.
That said, we worked around those things and I'd definitely bring the family back there in the future. Thank you Jesus!

We were specifically looking for a place in this area for a getaway for 6 women. We also needed a main floor bedroom and full bathroom due to stairs being difficult for two of our ladies. This fit the bill perfectly! We each had our own bed, there was a nice large dining room table to gather around for games and food, and the kitchen was plenty large enough for multiple people to be prepping food. The house was on a little bit busier street, but we enjoyed walking the nearby neighborhoods in the early evening. Host was very responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: excellent house, very comfortable in general with ample dining space, outdoor space with small playground, and multiple bedrooms. Excellent communication with host. The house has many beautifully-designed economically chosen details. The bathrooms are both comfortable to use and there were ample clean towels. The location is easy to get in/out of.
Cons: this house would be a 5 star experience and more appropriate for a longer-term stay with
- better sheets (cotton),
- more quilts for cold nights,
- additional basic cooking amenities like oil, vinegar, and salt, and
- no need to clean after the stay (cleaning fee paid should go to a cleaner who can do all the basic cleaning including linens, dishes, etc.). There can be an additional charge if guests leave an excessive mess.
- my adult cousins in the bunk beds also felt the mattresses were very uncomfortable (they are early 20s, slim) so would suggest changing those also when budget allows
- the fragrances around the house provoked an asthma attack, which can be dangerous and is fairly common, so I would suggest not using fragrances/room fresheners.
Overall I would be happy to stay there again and would probably bring better sheets and some quilts and would ask to turn off any fragrance plugs and air out the house for several hours before arrival.

The house is lovely and we’ll represented in the pictures. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. It was nice to have a great kitchen for cooking/prepping, and lots of space to spread out. We had 8 of us staying (including 4 prior football players who are big guys) and we were all comfortable in the house. We also had plenty of parking (5 cars).
Jesus answered all our questions very quickly. The house was well located to our activities.
We would absolutely consider staying here again on our next trip to the area!
