Very comfortable, fascinating, fun, secluded in the middle of a busy city. They didn’t miss a detail. The best of the 60s with a very private and expansive vista of the Buffalo Bayou valley. Love to do it again!

Stayed here twice this May for our kids’ graduations which were help on separate weekends. Both times were amazing- it is a unique vibe but very homey and comfortable! Its in a great neighborhood and has an amazing back deck space and view. Parking is limited to 5 spaces like indicated and literally no more. We had a small issue the first weekend and it was taken care of by the time we returned! Super attentive host!!! We will be back!

Couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you.

Very cool residence; the art, indoor furnishing, retro stemware, and location makes this location amazing. I enjoyed the living and dinning rooms; socializing with my family, talked about the art work, played games, or having a cocktail or two. The outdoor space needs some work; but nothing that would prevent you from enjoying a front and center seat on the bayou to enjoy the sounds and views. I would recommend to adults if you’re looking for a groovy vibe and perfect location to enjoy HTown

My son was getting married. My husband and I stayed here with my parents and my daughter and her husband. The house was very spacious… We had room to have our hair and make up done before the wedding… Loved sitting out on the patio every morning… Was super close to our venue. Definitely need to know that there are quite a few stairs in case you’re bringing someone that that would be a problem for. Also, the third floor bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom on that floor… But that was fine for my daughter and her husband. We would definitely stay here again loved all the fun decor , and especially the view out the back windows on the Bayou and the trees.

We were in town for a wedding and I wanted to get us a nicer place than just a hotel. This home was perfect! It was very aesthetically pleasing and I loved the back area by the bayou. Beds were comfortable, and the main living area had plenty of space for all of us to sit.

We had a wonderful time here and it satisfied our needs. Our flight was delayed and it was very rainy when we checked in. There were no lights on, so it was difficult to find in the dark and hard to enter. If everything went as planned we would not have had any issues. Great place otherwise.

What a great house! Comfortable, eclectic, well appointed, and in a beautiful natural setting for a big city. Will definitely stay there again next trip to Houston.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the peaceful back deck. Though right on Chimney Rock you couldn’t hear any road noise in the house and it was a great nights sleep.

Property was great and beautiful. Could have been even better if the back porch area had been swept and need more towels! Host was great and loved it overall.

Really cool home with a beautiful spot on the bayou, and an easy drive from lots of restaurants, etc. Lots of stairs which we didn’t mind. The sunken living room was a great spot to spend time with family, and we would have loved to use the patio had the weather been better. We will likely stay again when we're in town.

We had a wonderful time. We were nervous that it might be noisy being located on such a busy street but it wasn't at all. We loved it. We would stay again.

This home was beautifully decorated and a fun time for a family get together. There were great amenities for cooking both indoor and outdoor. There were a few bugs we caught in the home, but being by a body of water, it’s common. Thanks for the ease of use and quick response times!

A cozy home with lots of creative details! Very clean, original artwork, nicely appointed furniture, great master bath, comfortable beds! Plenty of space for us and two adult children. On a fairly busy street, but surprisingly quiet inside the house. The house manager quickly responded to any questions. A very pleasant stay!

We had a lot going on with our sons wedding and had a nice refuse with the house and quiet wooded backyard.

Great Stay - wonderful outdoor space - - very interesting decor. Susie was great. Didn’t understand that this place had 4 levels, so be aware. Also, for us the parking was limited. None of our vehicles (2 pickups and suburban) would not fit into the garage. Drive way is one car length long against a very busy road. Would stay again!

Absolutely LOVED our stay. We sat and visited for hours in the great room looking through the glass at the tranquility of the trees outside. Other things that were over the top included the eclectic art and design, the master shower and master bedroom. We definitely look forward to coming back again. Five-star experience.

Our family of four stayed over Christmas 2022 while visiting my in-laws. My 22 yo daughter was ready to buy it. It’s just a fabulous place - just as pictured! Too bad it was freezing; we would have loved to spend some time on the back deck! Super clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!!
