Beware of hidden fees with extended hold yikes we were charged an extra 86.77 that they claim was a pending charge for incidentals after they charged us 100 for incidentals and they not say it’ll take 5 days to return it. I’ve never had two incidentals charges and especially one for such an odd amount. We were told only the parking charge was staying so we shall see. Sheets were dirty - we asked for new ones and they gave us wet ones too. Never stay here they try to rip you off and hope you don’t notice it.

The Dust In The Room Made My Stay Very Miserable! My Son Sneezed All Through The Night. The Bathroom Was Dirty But Besides Those Issues, The Water Park Was The Absolute Best. Won’t Be Returning Anytime Soon Though.

The water park area is very nice and very kid-friendly. The kids always love it. The wave pool could use some cleaning along the sides. Check-in takes extremely long. I wasn't able to complete pre-checkin at the kiosks because I booked through a third party. Most of the wall hand sanitizers were empty and never refilled which is horrible because germs can very really spread in a place like this. The wrong sized sheets were in the closet for the sofa bed so my toddler had to stay up for an extra 2 hours waiting for housekeeping to bring us the correct sheets for the bed. That was rough because he was exhausted from playing at the water park all day. The food is very over priced and basically just fast food.

The only issue that I have with this location is the line. When I say the amount of time that it takes to get individuals through that line is absolutely preposterous!! I literally stood in line for 50 minutes with only three people in front of me. There should never be less than poor people at that front desk How long those individuals take to get you situated especially when you've already done everything online. They kept offering the kiosk, but end up having to come right back over to the line even though they were directed to the kiosk saying that individuals would assist them. So the kiosk is not foolproof or as helpful as intended to be. That stuck out above everything how long it took to get in there. The facility itself was nice, the amenities were nice, the room was okay but it would be better to have actual comforters and not thick sheets calling them comforters on the bed We were literally freezing and had to cut on the heater because the blankets were so thin. Other than that it was a good time. Just a petty side note when they tell you that those $23 fries will feed three people I don't know what kind of people they were referring to it was a small tray with minimal cheese minimal meat and piled high with dry fries. Hard pass for next time.

Expedia reservations do not seem to allow check in through the kiosks so I had to manually check in at the desk. Even then they had a difficult time finding my reservation. It needs some work on somebody's end.

Our check in time was pushed back by two hours because our room was not ready. For this inconvenience, we were given a food voucher to eat at any of the restaurants in the lodge. This spoke volumes to our party of 5. We appreciate this gesture of kindness as we were tired and had driven several hours.

The activities for kids and waterpark are superb. These rooms are basic overpriced and need a complete updated overhaul. Just stay at the hotel across the street and get the waterpark day passes.

Excellent customer service at hotel. Dunkin’ Donuts kept making our coffee terribly. I appreciated Supervisor Zak of the hotel coffee shop taking the time to ensure I was satisfied with our coffee experience. Old school customer service for sure. DD, gotta get the coffee right if you’re the only brewed coffee option at a hotel. Zak said he would get to the bottom of it. Zak saved the day with his efforts and I will remember that, and will be sure to share my good customer service experience every chance I get.

My didn't enjoy it at ALL. it wasn't anything for teenagers to do. I wish we would've just drove to the one in Tennessee. It one is catered to families with young kids 1-7. We won't be back. The amount of money I spent and everything closed at 8pm. Check in time isn't into 4pm my kids stayed in tbt pool for about 30 minutes because it was for little kids.

Don't like paying for parking. I went through Expedia this time to book our stay but then the lodge added a $39.99 fee When I checked in they said I had a credit but no one would respond to my request to find out about the $74 or 79 credit was not on my invoice We enjoy this place with the grand kids, and feel safe. We keep coming back 1 or 2 times a year because we like the activities

We really enjoyed our time and it was a lot of fun with the exception of our room not being clean we found someones pants under our mattress and then toys all in the top bunk. You could clearly see they cleaned the room very poorly. They came the next day and re cleaned but it still felt unclean.

This place was absolutely incredible! My child and I had an absolute blast. I've never been to anything like this place. It's much much much more incredible than what you see on tv or the internet. It's on the pricier side, so whenever we plan to go back I will take into account that, but it was worth every penny. My child and I would get up at 8/9 and wouldn't get back to our room until 11/1130 each night. There"s so much to do! She loved playing MagiQuest and the waterpark. I loved the dance parties they had in the main lobby at night. The room was super clean, the bed amd couch were comfortable. My kiddo loved having her own little wolf den area to herself and I loved having my own little area to myself as well.

When reserved the room online and viewing the room it was different when I actually checked in. The room is small once you see the room. And it smells like stinky sock and didn't get text to be notified that the room is ready and the wrist bands wasn't explained enough upon check in. But regardless my grandkids have fun

Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Having everything on the wrist band was nice and convenient. Beds were firm but comfortable. I wish there were microwaves in the room, but there are some down the hall. We had lots of fun!
