Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days...

My mother was transported to Stanford for emergency surgery. I was able to rent this location that was about 9 miles from the hospital. The unit had everything I needed plus some extra. I have a lifted truck which is usually a challenge to park, although I couldn’t use the garage there was plenty open space to park. If available I would rent again

The room was great, but I’m conflicted if I would stay here again. You need to download an app, then create an account and then follow instructions really carefully in order to gain access into the room. There is a four digit code that you need to enter on the door.
Upside:
It’s a furnished apartment. Super clean. Comfortable bed. All the bells and whistles. Nice neighborhood. Fast internet.
Downside:
You need to either take all your trash with you when you check out, or place the garbage can outside the door at a certain time frame during the night. If the garbage can goes missing, you owe $350....
I was confused since they charge you $150 cleaning fee, that they wouldn’t take the trash out for you ???
They give you an extra key, that you need to put into a brown envelope sealed envelope and leave in a little folder behind the door when you leave.
I did not love the fact that I had to download an app, then create an account, only to delete the app after my stay. Who knows where all my personal information goes, but I’m sure hotels do the same thing.
Looking back, I probably would stay there again, now that I know what to expect.
Just know that the process to get through the front door for your first time is pretty annoying, if you can make peace with that, you’re going to have a great day!!

This isn’t a hotel and Check-In instructions came late. This should be an air bnb listing.
It was close to Facebook; however, they want you to empty your own trash...etc

This property had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 5 people and access to a pool and spa. We also enjoyed the video arcade where all games were free!

I was worried about access to the apartment, based on the reviews I saw, but this went very smoothly. I was provided with clear instructions the day before I checked in. The apartment was clean and well presented. I was there for 9 nights, so 1 small bar of soap, 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 tablet for the dishwasher were not enough. My biggest complaint was the noise. The apartment was at the front of the complex adjacent to Haven Avenue with the 101 freeway beyond and the traffic noise kept me awake at night.

The check in process is horrible! Was dropped by my Uber in the pouring rain and the instructions fail to give a specific door to enter.
Dragged my bags around the entire place trying to find the entrance after scouring through the instructions and reaching out to the contact numbers with NO help.
However, I figured it out and the apartment was nice. I would consider it again only because I now know the process and if I was staying for a long period of time.
