We got what we asked for and it was prepared well.
It was all good.

Seeing Oliver and the goats outside were awesome. The room and amenities were great! We took part in the 420 festivities while out there and ken had a room just for this. We loved it! The breakfast was okay. We will definitely be coming back.
Definitely not as close to the airport as I thought.

Great hosts, fantastic setting with large bedrooms and full use of a shared kitchen area. Lots of interesting decor and a terrace with a hot tub and airport view. Fantastic breakfast cooked by Ken plus great conversation with Danyelle. It feels like your in the middle of nowhere but still only 25 mins to airport. Would definitely stay here again!
No window in bedroom but the rest of the house makes up for that!

Comfortable BnB. Expansive view of the surrounding flatland. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, kind hosts. Just 30 minutes from the airport, no traffic to deal with.

The host was nice! The area is comfortable and clean. There's a lot of facilities to make you stay comfortable.
Breakfast isn't until 9am. The location is in the middle of nowhere in CO, even though it's close to the airport. It'll be very expensive to do ride sharing from here to downtown Denver as it's about a 40 minute drive.

We liked everything. Ken was very accommodating. We came in late, around 2AM and Ken was waiting for our arrival. He also asked us when we preferred to have our breakfast served and what our preferences were.
The linens didn't smell fresh, but like someone else already slept on the bed. The location is good for a 1 night stay upon arrival from the airport.

Quiet Country setting in a nice Newer home. Loved that the room had a Balcony with views.
It was out a ways with some gravel roads. The power in the area had completely gone out after arrival which was nothing the host could control, But Ken and his staff were wonderful and did what they could for us, so stayed anyway.

Our Lyft driver dropped us off at the wrong property and the host graciously came and rescued us in their car as we were dragging our suitcases down the gravel road.
1. When we arrived the host stated "we had to do a bit of reshuffling so you'll be sleeping in the master suite". Basically they overbooked so had us stay in their bedroom-- which was really weird.
2. I was cool with all the pics of their beloved fluffy poodle, even the customized staircase for him to get on the bed but we were not OK with the bedspread that doubled as a dog blanket. There was a large shredded patch in the middle covered in dirt and dog hair. Yuck! We then wondered if the sheets had been cleaned before the host realized they'd have to give up their bedroom.

Not much
We booked and paid for 2 nights at this property to finish off a 3 week trip. We had previously stayed at a B&B in Panguitch that was fabulous. This also looked wonderful on Booking.com with rating of 9.1. We only stayed 1 night. It was totally isolated. We like quiet as we live in the countryside in Scotland but nearest restaurant was 10 miles away. And shops even further. The bedroom to be fair was old fashioned but just acceptable. There was no fridge or coffee facilities. For that you had to share with other guests down in the basement which was down 2 sets of double stairs. Down there was filthy. The breakfast table could have done with a good clean. The containers that breakfast was served in were not clean photo attatched. The windowsills were covered in bugs, dirt and dead plants. The outside furniture was also dirty and the grass had been cut and cuttings were strewn all over the path that guests were to use to access your room. Female host was proud of the fact it was a property where you could smoke cannabis, really?? I have no problem with people smoking whatever they want but don't make that the star of your facilities 😠😠😠

Ken was extremely friendly and even prepared breakfast earlier than scheduled because of our early departure. He also provided transportation (for a fee) to/from the airport which was a huge blessing. And, one other thing: very comfortable pillows. :)
The house is rather out in the middle of no where so without a car you wouldn't be able to get to restaurants or any services.

Smelled of dog urine and felt dirty. Large roach in bathroom. Too far from airport and anything.

the hosts were very friendly, the hot tub was excellent, the common kitchen area downstairs was very handy. The breakfast was a definite highlight!
it was a little tough to get to, especially with the flooding that weekend (not their fault, obviously)

The house is beautiful with a lot of amenities. Only Ken was there for our stay, and he was very nice. There was a mistake with the bill in that they double charged us (once through Booking, once at the place) but they quickly remedied it when we brought it to their attention.
The place was not neat or clean, and it smelled of pets so that it was hard for me to sleep, which is not at all normal for me as we have a dog. The bed was super soft and leaned in to the middle. Our toilet had an empty roll of toilet paper when we arrived, which makes me wonder how thoroughly they cleaned before we arrived. The location was farther from the airport than I imagined from the write up - may be 15-20 minutes, we could get there just as quickly if we stayed on Tower Road in the hotels there.

It's a really awesome place. Sort of place that you could stay and relax for a few days. Ken and team create a great atmosphere and there are all sorts of games and activities to keep you occupied while you enjoy the mountains. We particularly liked the hot tub.
Nothing really.

The staff was very nice. Our flight was delayed and we got there around 1am. We were still warmly greeted.
The breakfast was great! I really like the homemade omelette.
A little far from the center of city.

Very friendly owners.

Amazing friendly hosts for this small castle off in the middle of the fields around the Denver airport. Rooms can support many people if need be (they even have a tripple-decker bed!). Hot tub outside, balconies for warmer weather, and baby goats. Decor invites questions - there is a story behind everything. Also, a smoke room. Home made breakfast - a true Bed & Breakfast
Getting there from the denver airport is a bit of an effort and involves unpaved roads. However, totally worth it. Best thing to do is call ahead and have them come pick you up (cheaper than using Lyft).

They offered to make breakfast earlier when we needed it, although it wasn't their usual time. It was delicious!

If I could describe it in one word it would be exquisite! The house was astonishing in all aspects, inside and outside.
Nothing really — I loved everything about it!
