位置極好，性價比高

1.位置極好去哪都很方便 2.廚房設備可以做簡易料理很棒 3.有洗衣機可以使用 4.有人在宿舍抽煙，住宿方解決問題很迅速 5.住宿方非常用心和旅客溝通，這點很棒

1.房間比較小一點點，但我們行李很少，沒問題。若行李多的人，建議訂大間的 2.這次入住有旅客抽煙，怕煙味的人可能會很受不了，員工是在房間噴芳香劑，但其實我也不喜歡芳香劑，很化學的味道。

Alles super, gerne wieder!

Super schnelle Kommunikation. Ich hatte die Situation, dass ich einmal verlängert habe und ein anderes Zimmer buchen musste, da meines bereits gebucht war. Alles unkompliziert und der Host hat sogar angeboten, mein Gepäck in das neue Zimmer zu transportieren. Des Weiteren hatte ich versehentlich eine Nacht zu viel gebucht, was mir allerdings erst eine Nacht vorher aufgefallen ist, auch hier war der Host super nett und hat anstandslos der spontanen Stornierung zugestimmt. Die Zimmer hatten alles was ich brauchte, allerdings gab es zumindest in den beiden Zimmern in denen ich war keine Fenster. Hat mich jedoch wenig gestört, da ich tagsüber ohnehin durchgehend unterwegs war.

Die Matratze im zweiten Zimmer welches ich gebucht hatte war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich aber dies ist natürlich persönliche Präferenz.

Zoek het zelf maar lekker uit!

Goede airco, goede locatie

Geen ramen, zeer slecht bed je voelt de vering, zelf je prullenbak leegmaken na vertrek....dit slaat echt werkelijk nergens op!

Sitio agradable con muchas facilidades

El sitio tiene muchas instalaciones como nevera, lavadora, secador de pelo, plancha... En la habitación hay tanto aire acondicionado como ventilador

La habitación daba al baño por lo que entrabas a la habitación y olía a humedad. El resto de la casa no olía.

Great for a short stay!

We found the location brilliant and the staff were extremely friendly. We extended our stay another night and booked directly which saved a bit of money. There is a good kitchen and free water throughout your stay. The rooms are very small however, the beds are very comfortable which made the stay comfortable despite the cramped space.

My first time in Penang Island is great!

I am happy to stay here. The location is close to the Komtar bus center and even near street food areas and recommended dining places. The facilities are complete, including the use of a washing machine (although I didn't have the chance to use it, unfortunately). The bedroom is clean, and the AC is cool. I appreciate the security facilities for entering and leaving the hotel. There's a balcony for drying clothes as well. The hotel offers self-check-in, and the information provided regarding check-in and check-out is very informative. Everything meets my needs. There's a cafe below the hotel to buy breakfast in the morning. I could also leave my bag after check-out. Thank you for the service!

La habitación y cama muy cómodas. Buenas instalaciones y buen aspecto en general. Auto-Check in cómodo. También nos dejaron guardar las mochilas tras el check out. Muy limpio. Buenas zonas comunes.

A nice stay and a nice hostel

It was a really nice hostel with very comfortable beds. There was a common aria with a sofa and a tv and also a kitchen with a fridge. The showers and the toilets were also really clean and nice! We had heard that the street downstairs could be loud in the room but it was quiet in the night and nothing that bothered in the morning either. It was great communication and easy to extend the stay. The staff was also very nice.

So far overall is okay. Strategic location.

One of the room that we stay have smelly odor. The place is quite strategic but the only thing is there a bar below the unit so there loud noise came from the bar during night time.

excellent stay - don't hesitate to book :)

great location, close to the centre and plenty of food options nearby. they were kind enough to allow early checkin. they asked me to move to a different room (better one) which I appreciated since the transfer was seamless.. although the building isn't very new, the inside is clean and well furbished, and really clean.

none at all - for the price I've paid for, everything was worth the value paid for.

Very good

Responsive host. The place is near bus stop and walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. There was a washing machine and an iron. They let us leave our suitcases after the checkout until evening.

Great experience

The room was bright and conveniently situated in the city. The owner was very nice and arranging through our virtual exchanges, we had a sleepless night after many flights and he let us check in earlier which was very kind as we were wrecked. He also gave me some information on what to do around. The cleaning lady was also a kind woman. The big plus is the kitchen, you can cook and you have a sitting space out of your bedroom to eat and the free washing machine. Contrarily to what I’ve read on the reviews, it wasn’t noisy at all in the flat. We extended one more night as it felt a bit like home!

The commons are cleaned regularly so it’s nowhere the cleaning lady’s fault but the other tenants didn’t really flush or cleaned the toilets after themselves and also through their cigarette ends in the toilets so it really smelled like smoke. Sometimes it’s annoying to get there and having to wipe the whole toilet seat as it’s wet from the bum gun, not the hotels fault just some people who are not really clean. Mattress was a bit hard though it’s common in Asia. When we extended our stay, the price was slightly higher than what we paid on booking, not a big deal but surprising as in 7 months of travels I always paid the original price. Overall these are really small inconveniences that didn’t really taint our stay in this amazing city!

The owner was incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. The homestay itself was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Mac Inn94 for a great stay.
