Good ratio price to quality in a nice and not so remote area well serviced by mrt. Limited Choice at breakfast but nice Gardens in the structure.

Great stay in a nicely renovated hotel. Lovely service from the staff, very attentive and always got a smile on their faces. The room was a little small, but was sufficient for a business traveler. Only improvement is signage - it was a bit hard to find. Perhaps a bigger sign indicating that the Hotel Lobby is on L2 will help. Will definitely come back next time.

Staff were great. In particular, our bags were delayed at the aiport. The staff made great suggestions on where to go shopping. They checked in with us via WhatsApp, and confirmed that the bags had arrived and arranged for them to be delivered to our room. Location is a little out of the downtown area, but has great nearby restaurants, and the MRT is quick and easy to use to get around.

The hotel is in excellent condition and the room is clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. There are plenty of dining options around, especial the "The Vista Star" mall. There are also plenty of local shops. The area is safe and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is more suited for business travelers. The MRT tram/train and bus station is just two minutes walk.

Overall the hotel hospitality is great but the third party (outsource) laundry service is unprofessional. They got color running over my slack which is an ultimate disappointment.

What a great hotel ! Ticks all the boxes. The staff were very welcoming & helpful. The room was lovely with a fantastic view. Very clean , modern, close to transport & the mall. A very pleasant stay thank you 😊

Hotel is good and all accessories are pretty well and usefully, and go greens. Location is the business area not good for shopping but it’s silence if you want have a good rest.

New hotel, minimalistic amenities. Like the design and the room. The hotel is next to a mall, convenient and suitable for those who r on business travel n whose office is nearby. Their lobby comes with coworking space which is really nice. They also have water dispenser and wireless charging on bedside table. What i dont like is that they dont provide complimentary parking and parking fees is really expensive.

It's a beautiful new property, 5 minutes walk from Star Vista Mall. Excellent rating exclude restaurant ( there is none) & minor construction onsite. I stayed over 10 days due to my dad's hospitalization. Returning to Citadines 's room & swam at pool was my sanctuary. Wonderful staff to greet, assist made me feel that they were well trained with good mind set. Hope to return to this beautiful property later this year.

The windows were extremely dirty, not sure if they really cleaned the exterior windows. But the room and toilets were extremely enjoyable. We were early, and the staff told us to wait. We were fine with that. However, the staff forgot to call us at the check-in time and we had to approach the reception to get our keys. Later patrons who came in received their keys earlier.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, prime location that's easily connected to other prime locations across the country via both the East-West and Circle lines (MRT), and exceptionally clean and well thoughtout facilities (the shared working space on 2F is awesome). I truly felt like being at home throughout my 9-night stay here.

It's a new property so it's beautiful: fresh, new, and will offer even more amenities when dining is operational. The pool and fitness center are lovely, as are everyone from front desk to housekeeping. The quality of towels and slippers is very good and they are eco conscious! The location was perfect for public transport. It's quiet but with easy access to malls and grocery store. I had a truly great stay!
