Clean, stylish, and centrally located.

Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a really awesome walkable location right in the heart of the Gaya Street area. Lots of great restaurants, markets, and a nice park nearby. The staff kindly let us store our luggage for a few hours after checkout which was very helpful.

Be careful going up and down the stairs if you have big feet like me! They're very narrow.

The furniture really gave such a vibe to the place, also everything is new. The staff was the most caring and welcoming!

Can't think of anything, the lift probably too small for someone claustrophobic but I didn't mind using the stairs instead.

Perfect stay right in the middle of Kota Kinabalu city

If you stay there on Saturday night, most likely a bit noisy due to the bustling night market activity at Gaya Street.

overall we stayed for one night on our way to kundasang. it was a simple stay.

Simple for overnight trip and very clean. We had a room just nice for my family of 4.

it’s unique that the bathrooms are not inside the room. perhaps the hotel should mention it.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, very friendly and welcoming and they really go the extra mile to interact with their guests and make them feel like home. The hostel is very clean, in a great location and the beds are very comfortable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough

Comfortable for budget one night stay in the city

Strategic location with morning and night market around the area, and lots of eateries with shopping centre. The hotel is new with new facilities. No cabinet, but who actually needs cabinet in hotel 😏 The room equipped with smart TV, with Netflix and YouTube. albiet small with this price, it has everything u need. Good for short, free and easy stay. They gave us a room behind the street, so it's quiet and the window is soundproofed. The staff is nice and polite, and checked on us when we meet. Perez helped us during checkout, we have nice experience in overall.

There's a weird smell in the toilet that will linger awhile in the room. No safety box for people who requires it.

Great Location! plenty of cafes & restaurants nearby. room is comfortable & it has a smart tv, you can netflix & chill after a long day exploring KK. night market along jalan gaya on Fri & Sat just infront of the hotel, a bit noisy but not much once you’re in the room

parking. since there’s night market on Fri & Saturday, and then weekly tamu market on Sunday morning, you need to park your car a bit far from the hotel.

Staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Hotel cleanliness and brightness. price is extremely well positioned given the location of the hotel to the centre of KK.

You are next to Gaya Street so on a Friday and Saturday night, as well as Sunday morning there can be a little noise. This is just the market and people socialising, not partying. The hotel offered us ear buds to help us sleep. We didn’t have them and we were fine.

Very friendly stuff. All new and very clean. Location perfect as very central. Also helped to sort out some problems with the car rental company.

There is some noise on weekends because Gaya street, night market is very close. Noise stopped at 11.30 pm.
