Camera molto spaziosa con bagno grande. Molto pulito e accogliente.

Siamo arrivati verso le 11:30 am (l’orario prestabilito per il check in era alle 4:00 pm) abbiamo chiesto se la camera fosse già pronta e ci hanno detto che c’era un costo aggiuntivo da pagare per un check in anticipato. Mi è sembrato assurdo, sono una persona che viaggia spesso e non mi è mai capitata una cosa simile. Quando la camera è già pronta in genere ti fanno accomodare senza problemi, non vedo perché dovrei pagare una tassa in più. In ogni caso, il servizio alla reception è molto cortese ed educato, (hanno comunque tenuto da parte i nostri bagagli fino al check in). Altra nota negativa, il doccino è fisso al muro, il getto non era dei migliori. Lavandino spazioso ma in sè molto piccolo

Very nice Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Pestana Orlando Suites - Lake Buena Vista Hotel. A special thanks to Laura, the incredibly friendly and welcoming receptionist who went above and beyond to make my stay special. The hotel overall is very clean and well-maintained, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I also found the business center facilities quite useful during my stay.

One minor issue was that housekeeping missed cleaning my room on one of the days, but overall, the experience was great.

PERFEITO PARA QUEM VAI COM FAMÍLIA PARA DISNEY

O hotel é novo, camas King, geladeira e microondas. Banheiro novo com chuveiros potentes sem aquelas banheiras velhas e desconfortáveis dos hotéis mais antigos da Internacional Drive. O quarto ainda tem uma ante sala com sofá. Perfeito. Tem diversos funcionários (Antonio e Raquel) que falam português e são muito atenciosos. Tudo perto do supermercado (Target - 8 minutos, Disney Springs 7 minutos, Farmácia Wallgreens 6 minutos). A International Drive fica a 2 km o Outlet Premium a 800m. Tudo top, preço justo e local perfeito.

Café da manhã não está mais incluso na diária e custo U$11,00 por pessoa e não vale muito a pena.

Atendimento na recepção sensacional , diferencial que falam português , Antonio muito atencioso . Quartos , banheiro , piscina tudo perfeito , tudo novinho , hotel construído a pouco tempo . Com certeza voltarei em breve . Ameiiiiii Localização perfeita perto de tudo Disney , restaurantes .

Quiet, comfortable and clean

Modern hotel, very comfortable room, good size and very clean. The staff was great. It offers transportation to the parks, has a swimming pool and laundry facilities.

I think the breakfast could be better. Toasters don't heat well, few fruit options, slow replacement.

el desayuno , tranqui , podría haber mas frutas , pero esta bien , la ubicación es ideal para ir a los parques esta a 12 minutos de cada parque , lugar re tranquilo.

Foi uma experiência de descanso em Orlando

Tudo no geral foi ótimo, tivemos um aposento grande com cama king, sofá cama, mês de escritório, frigobar, microondas e cafeteira. Cama super confortável, travesseiros de plumas muito confortáveis, roupa de cama impecavelmente branca. Nenhum cheiro, pois o hotel é recém reformado, com piso na maior parte frio, tendo carpete somente na área da cama. Apesar de não ter luz de teto, a luminárias são suficientes. No banheiro, muita comodidade, com boa pia e balcão, secador de cabelos e toalhas brancas fofas e limpíssimas. Banheira e chuveiro com lindas cortinas. Os corredores limpos e ouve-se quase nada dos seus vizinhos.

Great location! Could use a lesson in customer service!

Great location and great breakfast!

Front desk staff was very unfriendly and not at all helpful. The transportation picked us up at Universal Studios and refused to take us to back to our hotel (because they didn't hear us when we stated our hotel drop off) and actually left us at another hotel. We had to find an Uber to get back to the hotel.

O cafe da manhã é bom, porém não existe uma variação no cadapio o que acaba sendo um ponto negativo, principalmente para quem fica varios dias. Quanto ao conforme, localização, atendimento, excelente.

Non andrò più in un albergo della catena Pestana.

La posizione per visitare i parchi Disney è molto buona. Il parcheggio comodo.

La colazione è VERAMENTE DELUDENTE! Abbiamo comperato i prodotti da portarci a colazione. Il caffè decaffeinato non ha funzionato per 2 giorni (su 4 giorni di soggiorno) quindi solo caffè liofilizzato normale.

Cómodo y bien ubicado

Muy cómodo y tiene transportes a los parques (con horarios específicos), y si no alcanzas el transporte, está tan bien ubicado que no sale caro un uber a los parques.

El desayuno que incluye, pero soy mexicano, así que estoy acostumbrado a muy buena comida que Orlando no tiene.

Clean, friendly, spacious and close to all things Disney.

Poor staff. Rubbish breakfast. Tried to take resort fees twice!!

Rooms large and nice new building. Fridge, microwave very useful

"Breakfast" was appalling. Few staff, who were very unhelpful , with poor English /zero customer service ability. No organisation at all, paper plates, plastic cutlery (if you were lucky- they hadn't knives the first morning). No milk alternatives or allergies catered for. Very poor choice of food. One single type of jam for the toast, no butter/spread or anything else. 2 small pop up toasters (not fully working ) -overcrowded with lots of people waiting. The second morning they didn't even have normal bread to toast...we walked straight out and had to go elsewhere for proper food. Breakfast was a large reason for booking. Wont be returning. Excuse was that they've just taken hotel over from comfort inn (early feb24)..not good enough. The last straw was that on check out, the lady insisted we had to pay resort fees, but we explained we were fully paid inc tax and resort fees, through Booking.com. She was insisting we had to pay even though the man who checked us in said we were fully paid. We had to show her the booking.com email to convince her. She didn't even apologise. We wont be returning, even they fix the shockingly bad breakfasts.

Atendimento. O hotel tem atendimento em português e as pessoas são muitos solicitas. Hotel novo. Otimo quarto, camas confortáveis.

O chuveiro sai pouca água. Não sei se era um problema apenas no meu apto. O café da manhã tem muito poucas opções. A limpeza apesar de ser diária deixa a desejar.
