Beautiful West Village awaits! You’ll love booking our newly-renovated, stylishly decorated side-by-side apartments with a total of 6-Bedrooms and 4-bathrooms in this amazing neighborhood. Perfect for groups in town for conferences and events!

THE SPACE:
Welcome to our little slice of heaven in the West Village. Newly renovated, and freshly styled with authentic Detroit art, our 6-bedroom/4-bathroom side-by-side apartments grouping will suit all of your needs! This is a unique opportunity to rent all three second-floor side-by-side apartments in a mixed-use development. Units include smart TVs, fully stocked kitchens, with coffee makers and dishwashers included. Our bathroom comes with all the necessary towels and bath products, and we offer extra sheets/pillows/blankets for additional guests. Guests enjoying a longer stay will welcome the washer/dryer, and you will be able to stay connected with our 250 mb WiFi. Please note properties are on the second floors of three duplexes connected by an exterior deck in a mixed-use complex. The businesses below them are currently a bar, a restaurant, and a massage studio.
Please note, one of the units has a small bar on the lower level and noise can be heard during their business hours. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before, during, or after your booking experience!
THE AREA:
We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. You can reach us through the Airbnb conversation thread, or you can speak to our 24/7 Guest Experience Department.
OCCUPANCY:
This listing allows 18 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations there cannot be more than 6 people overnight in each unit. Over occupancy may result in eviction.
PARKING:
There is a parking lot behind the building where guests can use up to three spaces (if available) and otherwise there is free street parking directly in front of the building. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal property while parked in these areas. Parking is at your own risk. We strongly advise securing your vehicle and refraining from leaving valuables inside.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Detroit to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Two of the units are above businesses that operate during the day and we ask that you be courteous and respectful during normal business hours. The third unit is above a bar that is generally open at night.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. People smoke in front of the building on the sidewalk all of the time, please feel free to smoke there. Please do not smoke on the deck.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am.
SECURITY:
For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.
Please note that any house rules violation will incur an additional $150 penalty charge.
Drug and Substance Policy
At Great Stays, we are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all our guests. To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment, we have established the following policy regarding drugs, alcohol, and tobacco:
1. Illegal Drugs:
Absolutely no illegal drugs are permitted in the unit or on the premises. Any evidence of illegal drug use or possession will be reported to the Online Travel Agency (OTA), the local
police, and may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
2. Legal Substances in Michigan:
In the state of Michigan, alcohol, marijuana, and tobacco are legal substances. However, their use on our property is subject to the following conditions:
* Alcohol: Guests may consume alcohol within the unit or on the premises, provided it is done responsibly and without disturbing other guests.
* Marijuana: Smoking or vaping marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Guests may only use marijuana in designated smoking areas on the property.
* Tobacco: Smoking or vaping tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Cigarettes may only be smoked in designated smoking areas on the property.
3. Non-Compliance:
Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate action, which may include eviction, reporting to the OTA, and notification to local authorities.
