Beautiful home!!! A family summer vacation, ended up with 13 family members: 9 adults, 4 children. Grandkids & adults loved the large heated outdoor pool! Gas grill poolside. The teenagers and adults also enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Twelve year old grandson loved the basketball court in the driveway. Plenty of board games & a deck of cards for family game nights. Two kitchens were a plus! We used the upstairs kitchen & the downstairs fridge to store extra food. Lovely dinning room & kitchen table overlooking pool area. Plenty of pots & pans, dishes, coffee mugs, glasses, casserole dishes, bowls, & silverware. Had a 12 cup coffee pot & Keurig with plenty of coffee K-cups. We brought coffee filters & our coffee pot. Bring your own crockpot or blender if you need one. House was very clean and everything worked! All mattresses comfortable as well. Plenty of bath towels, washcloths, & pool towels. Laundry room very spacious and nice. Had a lot of hand soaps for the sinks, starter dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets. Plenty of toilet paper & paper towels. Some of the others in our group brought an extra 6 pack of TP & paper towels. We stayed a full week. Hair dryers in some of the bathrooms. Iron board & iron. Wegman's & Trader Joe's close by. Took the grandchildren to the Strong Museum of play, the Rochester Science Center & Planetarium. Would definitely recommend for a large group. Good communication with house manager. Overall a very nice vacation spot. Kathleen

This property suited our multigenerational family of 9 perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. It’s located close to area expressways, shopping and entertainment. The property manager was accommodating and responsive. If the needs arises, I would rent this property again.

We were a large group in town for my sons graduation and the house was perfect for us.

We were in town for my mother's burial and memorial service. The house was a perfect size for all the extended family to get together and remember her after the service. We were able to spread out comfortably. There were two issues that I did not bring up with the rental agent, but thought I should pass along. The front door handle on the inside needs to be repaired. It fell off multiple times when we were going out the door or opening it to let someone in. It was easily put back, but was annoying. The second issue was more worrisome. There is a step down (not big, maybe 4 inches) from the kitchen into the hallway near the laundry room. This area is dark and the flooring is also dark making it hard to notice the step. Both my toddler grandson and I fell stepping off the edge and not seeing that it was a step. I would suggest maybe putting some yellow tape or some other indication that there is a step there so that others don't fall as well.Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. The Nespresso machine was nice to have and the starter supplies and basket of snacks and water were appreciated. The pool and hot tub were not open for the season yet, so I cannot comment on them. The pool area looked nice.We had no other issues and would rent again if we were in the area and needed a large home.

Exactly as advertised and wonderful location in Rochester!

We were in town for a family wedding. Enjoyed the home, just as described in the listing. Property manager was super quick to respond with any questions. We got a beautiful snow and needed a shovel to scoop the front walk and they dropped one off within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this property.

The property was perfect for our group. My only suggestion would be more dishes. Not adequate for the number it sleeps.

12 of us stayed at this lovely, spacious home that was rented for 5 nights. Reserving the property and checking in were seemless. Plenty of parking space. Our property contact was very easy to work with, addressed all of our questions, and worked with us to arrange an early check in. Several members of our group commented that they loved the beds, which they rated as A+. Two issues that we encountered was a shortage of coffee mugs and wine glasses. The house sleeps up to 15, but there were just 6 wine glasses and not enough mugs for 12 people. Also be aware that there is a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods, but no regular coffee maker. This was somewhat impractical for 12 adults over a longer set of days, so we purchased a coffee maker for our group to use. The main kitchen is tight for cooking for such a large group, but it was definitely helpful to have the downstairs kitchen to use simultaneously. Having 3 refrigerators for a group that loves to cook was a huge plus. Based on previous reviews read, we brought along some extra pots and pans and a blender. Great location, excellent food shopping less than 10 minutes drive away, and would be more than happy to stay here again!

This was a beautiful house with more than the usual amenities. The swimming pool and hot tub were particularly delightful. Our party of 8 enjoyed dining in the charming dining room. The laundry room was a distinct pleasure. There were 3 refrigerators which made our lives easier because we brought food frozen to cook. The initial impression was is that you are in the country because trees surround the house. Actually, we were very close to the city of Rochester with many fine dining restaurants. There are many sites to see. We particularly enjoyed a tour boat on the Erie Canal. Passing through a lock was amazing. The owner and manager couldn’t have been more helpful. We highly recommend this place.

Very big house to accommodate large group. Some of the bigger bedroom could have two double beds instead of one king or queen size bed for more sleeping options. The kitchen needs a few more items for cooking large meals. Like pyrex casserole dishes for lasagna or casserole meals. Larger type serving bowls and non-stick skillets for easier use in preparing meals. Also some smaller plastic type cups and plates for children. The Pool was excellent.

This house is beautiful and very roomy. Our four-year-old granddaughter called it an adventure as she tried to see every part of the house. The pool was the center of our entertainment. The house contact person was very friendly, helpful, and accessible. Linens and towels were provided as well as most other necessities. However, if a large group stays for more than a few days, be prepared to buy more paper towels, toilet paper, and possibly more dishwasher soap. There was enough shower supplies for us (body wash and shampoo). Of course, anything you might need can be bought within a mile since there are stores all along the next street. There is a lot to see and do in the area or you can just stay at the house relaxing by the pool. It was the perfect place for our vacation as we had several family members coming from across the country and we needed a big place for us to stay together.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean. The kids absolutely loved the pool, which does have a deep end (we weren't sure from the listing). There's an outdoor dining set, lounge chairs, a grill, and pool toys. The kitchen has all the basics but could use a few more things to cook dinner for a large family. Suggested additions would be dish cloths, dish towels, more pot holders and baking pans, ice cream scoop, scissors. A rug inside the front door would be helpful too. Things that were provided were hand soap, tissues, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, some toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets- all so helpful! The house is on a main corner but it's a nice area and we weren't bothered by the traffic at all. The beds were so comfortable too! Highly recommend!

The house was quite large and very nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and back patio were great perks. It's a really nice neighborhood that's just a short drive from shops and restaurants.
