This family-friendly home is just steps away from a semi-private beach, and mere minutes from Kohler Andrae State Park, Road America, Kohler Waters Spa, and several exceptional golf courses.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
(bedding, pillows, towel sets, body wash, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided)

Master Suite (top floor): King bed, fireplace, Apple TV, expansive walk-in closet, dressing mirror and an private bathroom equipped with Kohler shower amenities, dual sinks, and a bidet toilet.

2nd & 3rd Guest Bedrooms (top floor): one with a Queen and Twin bed, 2 closets, and dressing mirror; the other with a Queen bed, closet, desk, and dressing mirror. The guest bathroom on this floor offers a relaxing soaking bathtub/shower and dual sinks.

4th Bedroom (lower level): CURRENTLY BEING REMODELED-this room will have one full-size bed, carpet, closet, and recessed lighting. A 3/4 bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink is conveniently located on this level.

There are two roll-away cots available for children to use, and two pack-n-plays are available for our tiny guests.

MOVIE ROOM/DEN
The spacious den is perfect for relaxation or family fun, with a massive flat-screen TV, powered reclining sofas, mini fridge and microwave, cabinets full of board games and family-friendly dvd's, plus a classic PACMAN arcade!

Adjacent to the kitchen, the bright and cozy sunroom features a new sofa, heated floors, and lots of windows and skylights providing a perfect spot to unwind. Settle in with a good book and listen to the soothing waves of Lake Michigan while enjoying your morning coffee or observing the graceful deer!

Freshly furnished living room with fireplace, sofa, and swivel chair, and remote controlled AC. You'll find local guidebooks in a basket and local playing cards in the end table drawers.

Large family dining table with seating for 8 and additional bar stool seating for 6 around the expansive kitchen island. The cocktail cabinet is stocked with assorted glasses, wine/bottle opener, shaker cup, and wine stoppers.

Remote workers will appreciate the private office room, equipped with desk and rolling chair, monitor, printer with ink, copy paper, sofa, built-in bookcases with mini-library, and writing desk.

TREEHOUSE/DECK/BACKYARD & BEACH FUN

Expansive deck with plenty of seating and play space, gas grill and fire table with propane

Fire pit with complimentary firewood (as available--firewood is stocked seasonally and availability can not be guaranteed)

TREEHOUSE-Kids and teens will enjoy hanging out in the furnished treehouse with indoor and outdoor lighting, kid-size futon and papasan chair. Here they’ll find more board games, coloring books, and a PlayStation 3 with a variety of games. Underneath they can create a fantasy garden with the artificial flowers provided.

An infant/toddler swing is provided for our littlest guests, or take a stroll to the playground at the end of the street for more park fun, soccer, or basketball!

COMPLIMENTARY BIKES, BEACH WAGON, SAND TOYS, AND BEACH TOWELS (2 adult bikes and 2 youth bikes)

With ample space for family fun and a serene atmosphere, Curtiss Castle beckons you to spread out and relax. Whether you choose to indulge in outdoor activities near the enchanting Lake Michigan or immerse yourself in the world-class golf courses in the vicinity, this idyllic retreat will serve as your home away from home.

Please respect the maximum number of guests is 11, including children and infants. No parties or additional guests are permitted.

Security Cameras: There are 3 outdoor security cameras (front door, back door main entrance, and treehouse facing fire pit to monitor fires) and one in the garage to allow us to ensure the garage doors are closed and the bikes are put away. There are no cameras inside the house.
