Property was in a brilliant location with a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and station and no more than 10 mins to the centre.
Parking was great- it’s true that you can’t park a car on the drive but it is easy to pull across the front of the gate and we had no problems parking a large 4x4. Very comfortable and well equipped inside - warms up quickly and beds were comfortable.
As it’s an old property the stairs are quite steep and accessed directly out of two of the bedrooms. May not be suitable for very young children or elderly who are unsteady in the night.

The property was excellent. Very comfortable and it was immaculate. The photos don’t do it justice. The garden is beautiful, loved everything about it.
Nothing.

The property was very good. The only criticisms I would have is that the drive was very small and if I could have put the my car into the garage I would not of been able to get out. There was however parking available in the road although it was fairly narrow. We had trouble also with getting channels on the TV. Both these problems did not stop us having a very enjoyable time at The Ferns and we would certainly stay again if we visit Ludlow again.
All good except the length of the drive.

Location great, nice quiet area but easy access to station and town centre.
Very cosy, nice garden area separated from neighbours.
Parking area too small for our car but no problem parking in front of gate on street.

Great location and good character to the place. Beds were comfy and there was everything we needed.
This is being very picky but possibly a bigger frying pan to make family meals.

Very homely. Great location and quiet. Lovely décor throughout
Water pressure very poor in the bathroom

The accommodation was perfect for a family of four. Large and well fitted out kitchen, lounge and dining room. Good location within walking distance of the town centre. The garden looked good, but not able to use it due to the weather in December! Heating system was excellent, and we even had the opportunity to use the log fire on one evening, and it was really easy to use, especially as the hosts had prepared it for starting before our arrival.
For a large group, only having a single bathroom/toilet may be an inconvenience. There is on street parking but the road is a bit narrow. Everyone here parks partly on the footpath, and we had no problem in doing the same.

Very homely and historic cottage with a beautiful garden and plenty of room! Very welcoming hosts, pet friendly, great value for money and centrally located- we would recommend!

Nice garden , quiet location and close to town. Comfortable beds and good shower. The kitchen is very modern and has everything. We enjoyed our stay.
Unfortunately no washing machine available. There's only one toilet upstairs. The stairs are very steep.

position was amazing
parking wasn’t great, you couldn’t get a car in the driveway - which we thought you could.
the road was always busy.
the road is also very narrow! There are hardly any pull in areas to pass cars, or let them through.
also the stairs are the top are quite dangerous with the ‘double step’
