- NOTE: Vehicle/trailer parking & a boat launch are available at Waterman's Marina (~4 miles) for an additional fee
- NOTE: Your safety matters. The property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located on the garage facing the driveway, camera 2 is located on the ground level bar area facing the canal, and camera 3 is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door facing towards the canal. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
