About this house rental
Lovely home with canal views and dockage in Oyster Bay I. Large great room with fireplace, dining area leads out to deck and stocked kitchen with granite. This home has an elevator, hot tub, fenced in back yard, outside shower and lots to enjoy. Owner suite has it's own full bathroom with steam shower and water view deck. Great vacation home is new for the 2023 season. Jacuzzi tub. Property protected by outdoor security deposit on all three doors, front door, back deck and under carport directed at the entrance door.
Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's). THIS HOME DOES NOT PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS. PLEAE BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.
