Su arquitectura es hermosa es clásica y los cuartos hermosos solos que sería genial si tuvieran tina pero en todo lo demás es hermoso me sentí viajando al pasado

Ya he visitado el lugar y la primera vez me encanto por esa razón decidí volver con mi familia pues a mi hija le encantó el lugar, esta vez que fuimos algo negativo que encontramos es que ya habían quitado la opcion de desayunos, también para el dia que fuimos a hospedarnos estaban haciendo mantenimiento en la fachada asi que no pudimos abrir nuestro balcon, pese a que informamos no nos dijeron nada, solo hicieron como si nada y dijeron que estaban en mantenimiento porque se aproximaba semana santa. yo por no hacerle el rato mal a mis hijas sali del hotel a caminar.

my room was near a bar that put crazy music and I couldn't sleep. you could feel the bass and clearly hear each noisy song. be sure to have a quiet room.

Hotel is administered professionally and all details of my stay were first class quality. Excellent hot shower, comfortable bed, quiet and clean room, housekeepers very efficient, front desk staff helpful, breakfast good and served well, convenient electric sockets, close to all historic city points of interest...

I can't find anything that I can fault. Pretty much a great place to stay.

This is a beautiful and well cared for hotel with a lovely staff.

The location was perfect. I loved the staff, always helpful and nice. The whole staff worked hard to keep everything clean and efficient. The breakfast was good but needed some different choices like granola or pancakes.

Great Stay

Lovely, colonial hotel in an excellent location, only one block from main plaza. Also, close to many restaurants and markets. Room very spacious and clean, wifi excellent and breakfast was adequate. Staff very professional and friendly.

Noise from restaurant, but this only lasted until approximately 10:00 pm.

Very noisy place

It's a really nice old building. The room has a nice bathroom with strong shower. The people are nice.

Sadly, it doesn't matter how nice the architecture is if you can't get a good night sleep. The room has no sound insulation and this is a big problem as outside is a very echoing court and a kitchen which operates from 5am until after 11pm. From the kitchen is clanging, banging, shouting and music. I can sleep through a lot, but this hotel made me very tired through lack of sleep because of the noise.

Superb

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They accommodated food requests and the staff kept the room tidy and clean. Good pizzas, too! The staff made suggestions on things to do and places to visit. I'd encourage people to visit the La Plazuela Hotel. It is not, however, a budget hotel if that's what you are looking for.

Laundry services were high. Wish they would have varied the breakfast choices a bit instead of just offering eggs and bread/arepa each day. Since most people do not stay as long as we did, that may not be an issue.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower has a high water pressure. The staff was really nice and helpfull to arrange a trip for us to the Purace Nationalpark.

was amazing place...i felt like part of a family all the staff could had not been better... was a wonderful family like stay in an amazing building
