The location is fantastic with great connectivity. The rooms are a good value for the price, and the washroom is spotless. Th. There are plenty of restaurants and street food options within 100 meters, and A2B is conveniently located near to the property.

Over all experience was good

Much more comfortable and smooth stay .convenient for all my needs . Location wise best place .I strongly recommend this property for every one .staff was very cooperative and rooms were very clean as shown in the picture.. well maintained over all experience was good

This spot is in a great location with lots of dining options nearby. You've got Green Meridian, Orion, Plantain Leaf, Gufha, and plenty of other restaurants in the area. Plus, the Kapileshwara Temple is just a short walk away from here.

It was a well-maintained and enjoyable experience.

I've visited Tirupati multiple times, but this stay was exceptionally comfortable and hassle-free. Staying at Seven Inn made everything much more convenient for me. The location is perfect, and I highly recommend this property to everyone. The staff was extremely cooperative, and the rooms were as clean as they appeared in the pictures. Overall, it was a well-maintained and enjoyable experience.

Great mid budget option for weary travellers.

The manager on duty, Sunil, was really on the ball. Welcoming, anticipating our needs, sorting out any problems. Makes all the difference. Property was clean, reasonably priced and had just enough parking space for our motorbikes. Little shop downstairs for snacks. Great, wacky, cave-like restaurant (on the top floor of the Pai Regency ? Hotel) round the corner.

Chai was verrrrrry slow coming in the morning.

Hotel is new and in good location. All restaurants are nearby, walking distance. Staffs are very courteous and supportive.

No restaurant in Hotel. They bring breakfast also from outside. So we have to find our own places to eat.

Poor customer concern management and no response for the lost item in room.

Stay was good no issue with stay. But customer concern management is poor.

I missed my samsung buds TWS wireless head phone at property room n checked out. Later I came to know and enquired about the missing of my wireless headphone, they informed me will check and come back..even after my physical visit to the stay place they told same thing that they wil check and inform me..but so far there is no any information from them...as it is costly electronic equipment (Approx 11000/- Rs) the way they showed customer concern management is poor. No courtesy to call and give the feedback too...even after my repeated calls there is no response.. I lost my trust on treebo groups as I lost my costly equipment without any response from the hotel

The location is very close by to Alipiri Toll plaza and also it's in the heart of the city.

Not worth for the price. Except the location of the hotel, nothing else was as expected. Rooms are very small, bathrooms are not at all maintained.

Good hotel for stay, Amazing staff with friendly manner.

Proximity to Tirupati temple. It was good experience nice location and a new hotel. Spacious rooms with clean and hygienic bathrooms. 24 hours hot water for bathing as well. The hotel is very close to the entrance of the uphill road and exit of the downhill road of TTD. Good parking space at the basement.

More stylish and comfortable than one and two-star hotels

They have good Wi-Fi connectivity at the property. they have separate Wi-Fi routers to give enough speed I was concerned about that but there is no issue with internet. Property is located in prime location it doesn't feel through in desert area which is good about this property.

No restaurant in property but no issue they are very good restaurants nearby just right Infront of the property which doesn't make you feel uncomfortable.

Property is located in Kapilatheertham circle which prime location for devotees can avoid lot of traffic. Staffs very polite. I would recommend for families. Overall it's a decent stay.

We got good guidance from staff regarding darshan. I would say friendly staff. Overall it's a nice stay.Good public transportation facility available to travel to tirumala. if you use public transport also to tirumala you will be pick-up and drop is right in-front of the property.
